I took a class here and the facilities were clean and the staff was courteous. It is a stop on the public transit system so it was very convent to get there from my hotel. There was a bit of construction going on, so there was some unexpected noises throughout the day, but nothing that disturbed our session.

This is the absolute worst parking garage I have ever parked in in my entire life. We have been waiting for 1 hour after a concert without moving 1 inch. Our car is turned off in the parking garage waiting for any movement. Absolutely insane and ridiculous. I will never park in this garage again. ABSOLUTE TRASH. There HAS to be a better system. Unbelievable. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Another iconic building in Downtown Miami. Definitely worthy of a visit. If you do go, hit the button to the top in the elevator, to see sweeping views. The public are allowed to go there. Once you are up there, you can see this area of Miami from a different wow factor insight. Check out my pictures for a taster.. Newly renovated "Sky Lounge" is awesome! The gym is nicer than some gyms you have to pay for. Staff is nice and the building is clean.

As a historical landmark in Miami, I would THINK that the property managers would have noticed their torn & tattered American flag by now. It has been nearly 2-3 weeks since Hurricane Irma and everyday I have to stare at this destroyed flag still on their flagpole. Is there nobody that will go and at least take it down? It's a shame to stare at!!!! Completely disrespectful to our nation's flag! Where is the management to take care of this??? It needs to be taken down immediately!

I work in the tower and I love the location. The view from here in downtown it's awesome. The building is always clean, bathrooms specially. The security guards are amazing and super friendly. Specially Keith, he knows everyone's name. The gym in the building is always cleaned and towels are provided. I still wear flip flops because because fungus can grow anywhere. Management is always up to day in letting tenants know of anything happening around the area as well as in the building. There are two places to eat in the building, Gualts and Au Bon Pain. Everything is walking distance. Parking in the building is tight, if you have a big truck I don't recommend it as you have to squeeze into places you don't know if you fit. It can also be pricey, but a lot of areas around here provide parking in the tower.

Let it be known this is not an apartment building. It is all offices with a nice rooftop terrace where people take smoke breaks. The restaurant in the sky lobby is closed for renovations, now the only thing there is a tiny Cuban place that serves chop chop and Cuban coffee. The downstairs lobby has an Au Bon Pain that makes terrible coffee and even worse sandwiches. I've worked in the building for over 7 years (god I am getting old) and it's a cool place to come to work to. Building management is friendly and responsive. They show free movies in the 19th floor auditorium although I have never been. 5 o'clock strikes I am the hell out of there! The garage unfortunately is operated by the City of Miami who couldn't care less whether the elevators work or about cleanliness. The security staff never patrolled until recent car break ins, fun stuff. Oh yeah, this is the building that lights up in different colors and is shown in every Miami TV show or movie when they do the panoramic helicopter fly by. Sort of cool.

I really enjoyed the views of Downtown Miami from the Terrace at the Miami Tower. I went here for my Cousins Wedding and most of my time was spent roaming the terrace and photographing the hell out of it. I really thought the space was perfectly suited for her wedding and learned that they have often been host to such occasions. The white latticed wooden topped arbor is on large stone columns and curves gently along the large pond installation. There are many trees and plants spread about the terrace and it all makes for a lovely scene.

This review is about the gym In the Miami Tower. Although it is great that management provides the facilities free of charge for tenants, some changes are necessary: - The showers reek of germs - The carpet floors need to be removed as the place smells - The wood panel all over the glass mirrors creates a hazard when working out. I suggest they be lowered to half the size. - Equipment needs to be wiped down. - Weights need to be re-stacked. - Music would be lovely as background. I believe that most tenants would not mind paying a fee as long as the gym is maintained up to speed.

When I was 15 years old, my first job was working for a law firm in this building. That was about 11 years ago which was quite some time before all these new luxury high rises came to be apart of our skyline. Back then, Downtown Miami was nothing like what it is today. I remember going to their Sky Lounge for breakfast or lunch and sitting by a window overlooking the city. You don't make much of these things when you're 15 but even then I knew it is definitely a site to see. Now there are so many beautiful rooftop and skyline views throughout our metropolis.

whoa! imagine feeling like you are floating in the midst of skyscrapers while sipping on champagne and dancing the night away to live music with the temperature at 67 and not a cloud in the sky, a perfect miami night. this was my saturday night. my cousins wedding was absolutely fabulous!! the sky lobby is sleek and modern with floor to ceiling windows. they walls were draped in white fabric to disguise the office building look and make it a picture perfect white winter wonderland lit by candles. the actual building was lit in blue with white snowflakes. gorgeous. the sky terrace is a-ma-zing!! a huge "pool" surrounded by plenty of floor space. the layout is a little awkward for a wedding, bc it doesnt allow for a traditional setup where the dance floor is in the middle and all the tables surround. so this night the tables towards the back couldnt people watch and be in on all the fun action going down on the dance floor. but this space would be perfect for an cocktail event (cough, yelp elite event) there was space for 2 huge bars, 10 man band, dj, and food stations, and about 240 guests. everything was beautiful. their preferred vendors were awesome from the catering to the cake, delicious! my only complaint is the parking. you have to use their huge and confusing parking lot, which means taking 2 elevators. some of the older guests had a hard time getting around. overall this space is beautiful and a hidden gem in miami. most people know the building with the colorful lights, but have no clue whats inside.. check it out, you wont be disappointed...

Don't have an accident in this bldg. You can die b4 they will get you help. On Saturday after a concert, I fell in the bldg on the marble and landed on a knee replacement. The two ppl at the desk would not help me and nor would not let me sit. I kept asking for help! I am 67 Finally after 30 min they called the paramedics when they realized I was not going away. I left an incident report and.... Today I called and management company and they were non responsive. Obviously, if it had been a heart attack, I would be dead.

The sky terrace and the sky lobby is beautiful! The view is very nice as well. I am having my wedding at this space and the event manage is a pleasure to work with.
