We were touring Skane before dropping our son at Lund University and this worked out great for us. The train station (Ramlosa) is about a 10-minute walk (look up the walking directions before you go) but, according to our son, doesn't sell tickets for cash so you need a working European charge card or a loaded JoJo card.||||The breakfast was great, truly Swedish, with giant buns, meat, cheese, fish (of course) and pickles! The coffee is excellent.||||There are a couple outdoor spots to sit and chat and smoke and drink. There's a giant grocery store around the corner and self-catering, fully stocked kitchen to cook it all.||||We didn't use a car at all our entire stay in Scandinavia, so the proximity to the Ramlosa station was very helpful.||||Excellent English, as usual, and the staff was very helpful when our luggage went astray. We had a (smallish) room with a double bed and bunk beds for the three of us.||||The Internet was wonderful!||||There were some other noisy guests late at night. Guests ranged in age from 17 to 70, which was very interesting. The rooms aren't cleaned during your stay (we were there four nights) and you strip the beds yourselves before you leave.
