MiCasa All Suites Hotel

Quiet & pleasant hotel. Located in the embassy enclave. Requested a large bed, high floor. Our room was at the 7th floor. Thanks MiCasa ! Very huge rooms with attach kitchenette, huge floor to ceiling windows, very happy with that. No more snack bar, and we are grateful for that. Else we wouldn't have found these 2 great cafes located just beside the hotel - Zus Coffee & The Flour Whisperer. Filtered water instead of mineral bottles - good sustainable practises. The hotel has a fusion style japanese french restaurant, unfortunately we weren't able to try them. We didn't order breakfast as we like to try the local flavors instead. Friendly hotel staff. So glad we make this choice.🤩🤩😘

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and even allowed us to stay longer since our flight was in the evening. This made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The service, hospitality, and warmth of the team truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!

A true hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we arrived, we knew MiCasa All Suite Hotel was the perfect choice — whether for couples, friends, or family. The suites are spacious, ultra-clean, and the calm atmosphere makes you feel at home, but with the comfort of a luxury stay. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed to start the day right. The location is excellent for moving around with Grab, making the whole city easily accessible. The staff were simply wonderful — warm, caring, and always attentive. A special thank you to Nelly, who kindly arranged the return of my forgotten AirPods, a gesture I’ll never forget. The doormen were also always ready to help with a smile, which made every moment smoother. My wife and I had a flawless stay, and we’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, complete with a small kitchen and utensils, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is quite strategic, though you will need a vehicle or Grab to get around. Despite being underrated, I really liked it here — it wasn’t crowded, everything was well-maintained, and an added bonus is the option to redeem vouchers under the CHM Club.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious experience.

Warm welcoming and smooth checking in from Mr Iman after midnight. A clean, spacious room with comfortable couch. Facilities such as save, fridge, kettle, iron, microwave, shower toiletries and sitting bar are available. Plus points were quiet and free parking at the basement. The location was strategic, walking distance to KLCC, Petronas Twin Tower, MRT station, supermarket, eateries, gas station and coffee house. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended to travellers in Kuala Lumpur.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel could use a bit of renovation, but the location was fantastic — close to everything and in a very safe area. A convenient and comfortable place for a short stay.

We checked in smoothly with the help from Yana (a very sweet and beautiful lady) over the check in counter. Briefed us well on the benefits of enrolling as a member to enjoy discounted breakfast.|Room is spacious, aircon is cooling enough for Malaysia weather to have a good night rest. Water jet pressure is good for a great showering experience.|Overall, it is a wonderful stay with the help of attentive staff around in the hotel. Keep up the good job 👍
