I had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist's Priya warm and professional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a genuine smile and helpful attitude. They were attentive, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service friendly, polite, and truly caring. Thank you for making my visit comfortable and welcoming!

We booked a 5 night stay at this hotel. Very impressed with the size of our bedroom, a small kitchenette & fridge. The room also has a sofa and an office desk. Simple but nicely decorated. More importantly, the room is clean and well maintained. Ironing board & iron also available in the room. The staff are polite & approachable. Buffet breakfast was included and it does have choices but personally I found the food luke warm and on one occasion have to ask a staff member to warm my congee in the microwave.

We had booked two rooms and sent advance emails requesting early check-in. We understand that such requests are subject to availability, and your team did acknowledge this beforehand. However, upon our arrival around 11 AM after a long-haul flight, we were informed that rooms would only be available at 3 PM, with no effort made to explore alternatives. The gentleman at the front desk responded in a dismissive and mechanical manner, lacking empathy or flexibility—despite us mentioning we were traveling with children who needed to rest and use basic facilities. Even when we offered to pay for early check-in or requested just one room to be prepared sooner, the tone remained curt and unaccommodating. Due to this, we had no choice but to step out and book another nearby hotel, which provided immediate check-in. We refreshed there and returned to your hotel only by 5 PM. That said, we wish to acknowledge that the lady staff members were warm and courteous, which we truly appreciated. We hope that the overall guest experienc especially at the front des can be enhanced by encouraging more compassionate and solution-oriented service in such situations.

I had arrived earlier than check-in time and although room was not ready, the service delivered was to a high standard from the moment I set foot!||Yana had been supportive in doing the registration check-in, making sure things were done smoothly and to an efficient standard. Even when I had some time to wait for the room to be prepared, Yana brought about positive energy, which helped make the wait easier.||The hotel itself was well-kempt and the service was the key factor of it - would recommend to others who need to stay in KL!

I selected MiCasa All Suite Hotel for my first ever vacation at Kuala Lumpur, for a double birthday celebration with my mother, and I truly did NOT regret the decision at all.Location wise, it's conveniently near Ampang Park LRT and MRT station which connects to most major lines and locations around Kuala Lumpur to get around for convenience, as well as a good healthy walk away from KLCC, Bukit Bintang and others.Plus, it's a little away from the hustle and bustle.There are a few nearby restaurants/cafes, convenience stores, as well as a nearby mall (Intermark Mall) with a grocery mart and pharmacies if you need some essentials.Although neither my mother nor I had tried their restaurant or had time to explore all their facilities, but overall the room and swimming pool (which are exactly as advertised) has its own special charm.The pool has a range of depth which is especially suitable for beginners or short people.The bed is very comfortable. It's not too soft and not too hard, complete with a warm cozy duvet and two pillows to choose from for your preference and comfort : one soft and one moderately soft/firm. I had a pleasantly good night sleep, which is a bonus.The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven, toaster oven, cutlery, chopsticks, cups, glass, bowls, plates, a plastic pitcher, a pot & pan, garbage bin (underneath sink), kitchen towel, dish washing liquid dispenser, sponge, electric kettle, a few varieties of tea bags and instant coffee sticks, and sugar and cream sachets. (Note : There is no mineral/drinking water bottles provided).But above all, all of the hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful, hospitable and professional, and also the receptionist was very understanding with my disability and kindly accommodated all my request with a friendly smile, as well as personally guided us to our room.Overall, MiCasa All Suite Hotel left a very profound and heartfelt impression on me, to the point that I wish I could stay longer.Thank you so much for the surprise birthday cake slice! It's been truly a delightfully unforgettable experience and extraordinary pleasant stay. I hope to visit again one day!Highly recommend!!!Sangat disyorkan!!!Gorąco polecam!!!

This hotel were so calm And peaceful . |Really enjoy staying here for 3 days 2 nites .|Really near all the attraction places in kl city Centre . ||Shout out to Ms Yana the receptionist that was so helpful And cheerful . She answered all my answer with a smilling face And without hesitation . |Thumbs up To Ms Yana 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍|Really respect her honesty||Because of the Rain we can’t go out we ate their nasi goreng when we arrived there . Honestly review super delicious And Yummy . Really worth of money |Highly recomended Too ||When we arrived to our room the room was super Big And spacious . The room were super neat And tidy Too . Our room view is facing the swimming pool . That is what we really wanted for our stay . ||The next day we went for their breakfast for 2 days without failed . Breakfast was so go good . Although both days we were late but the Staff there Amirul And Ayu were super helpful with us . Thanks To both of them And we really appreciate their Service that was given To us .
