MiCasa All Suites Hotel

A hotel with good location, reasonable room rate and helpful staff. A very attractive combination for budget conscious travelers. We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel during November 2025. Our booking did not require advance payment and we paid at the time of Check In, which was smooth. Our room was huge with a kitchenet and a specious bathroom. The room featured big comfy bed, large TV, bedroom slippers, tea/coffee facility, electronic safe and ample space for our luggage. The entire hotel also looked clean and tidy but certain areas do look a bit tired and old, particularly the corridors and room doors. Staff behavior and attitude was positive and friendly. There is a bunch of restaurants around 400 meters from the hotel but we mostly ordered room service during our stay. Food quality and quantity were good but it was a bit pricy. There is a Zus coffee shop next to the hotel which was useful for us for breakfast since the cost was much cheaper than the hotel's buffet breakfast. The hotel does not have a dedicated airport transfer service but upon request, the staff do book cabs through apps like Gozo for guests. Remember you may have to pay cash. Overall we had a great stay and do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay! My stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Location wise, the hotel is right in the middle of the city, super convenient to travel around. The room was super clean, super spacious, well maintained and complete with a fully equipped kitchen, very convenient especially since we were travelling with a baby. Staff were friendly, we requested a baby cot last minute and they arranged it immediately without any fuss. Truly appreciated their hospitality. Great experience overall! And thats the reason we already planned another stay in this coming december.

Clean & spacious rooms, comfortable bed. The pool is beautiful ( shallow for families but you could do laps in a circle). Little interaction with the staff except for Madhu- Madhu provided excellent service with a welcoming smile every time we entered or exited the hotel. I greatly appreciated his exceptional service and work ethic. Take a grab to get here- trains were not efficient and more costly I’d you are 2 or more from the airport. Walking is difficult as KL is not built for walking which is sad ( Google Maps is often wrong for walking paths) hotel = Great value.

I love the environment of this suites! Very luxury with klcc view. The room very huge with kitchen and the window is so wide! To the staff Mr. Ariff, Mr Ashiman & Ms Yana very helpful, friendly and so niceeeeeee! Their bellboy too! Also, got wedding hall opposite hotel which is daun grand hall and dove hall at menara the icon. It is very easy on everything there! Got valet also parking basement free for guest who stay there. Overall 11/10 for everything 🫶🏼✨

Great hotel. I stayed here for ~2 weeks in August. The room was very large and comfortable. Big bed, nice decor, kitchenette, lovely bathroom, strong WiFi (enough to play online games with no issues). Compared to the price I paid it was brilliant and far above expectations. The location is great. Walking distance to KLCC from which you can get to Pavilion/Bukit Bintang easily. Also access to Intermark and the Linc (which has a good supermarket shop inside for supplies and is less than 5 mins down the road). I have stayed around this area in KL before but this provided a much better experience. There are cheaper rooms on AirBNB and Booking.com but those rooms/serviced apartments have a risk of being much worse than they look and other similar hotels nearby are far more expensive for limited improvement. Definitely my favourite hotel in the area. As I stayed a while, I made use of the laundry which was a little pricey but to be expected for being in a hotel and nothing too strong. I did not make use of the restaurants but I checked out the breakfast buffet which I will be honest did not look interesting to me (fairly classic unexciting hotel breakfast). To me thats a little disappointing but you are in KL go eat something cheaper and more interesting outside your hotel anyway. I did not use the pool. The staff were great. Particularly, the desk staff who were incredibly patient and useful. Due to some changes in travel plans I had made two separate bookings and they were great at making sure I could stay in the same room and remain uninterrupted. Also no drama around deposits which I have had elsewhere in the city. During my stay, I had my birthday which they noticed and left me a dessert as a present in my room which was lovely. Ultimately, if you are looking at an affordable but very pleasant hotel in the area I could not recommend MiCasa more. When I return to KL next it will be where I stay.

The room is very nice and clean, worth every penny. Noise level is excellent, good for gathering. Service is exceptional, staff is very polite. Yana is extremely helpful with the rooms arrangement and management. Basic and cooking amenities like microwave is available .

Quiet & pleasant hotel. Located in the embassy enclave. Requested a large bed, high floor. Our room was at the 7th floor. Thanks MiCasa ! Very huge rooms with attach kitchenette, huge floor to ceiling windows, very happy with that. No more snack bar, and we are grateful for that. Else we wouldn't have found these 2 great cafes located just beside the hotel - Zus Coffee & The Flour Whisperer. Filtered water instead of mineral bottles - good sustainable practises. The hotel has a fusion style japanese french restaurant, unfortunately we weren't able to try them. We didn't order breakfast as we like to try the local flavors instead. Friendly hotel staff. So glad we make this choice.🤩🤩😘

Stayed at Micasa KL from 24-27/11/25. Excellent service by manager Mr. Elton, Mr. Arif(dmkul) for arranging OKU parking, Mr. Eddie and Mr. Devi. Nice and clean rooms. Good food. Good service from all staff. Environment calming and homely for a peaceful holiday in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a big city.
