My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for my stay.The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail, from the lighting to the amenities, truly enhanced the entire experience. Housekeeping maintained the room flawlessly throughout my stay.One of the highlights was the superb service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out.The facilities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped gym, the relaxing pool area, or the delicious breakfast spread with plenty of variety, everything was thoughtfully curated to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Our stay at Hotel MiCasa was truly comforting and memorable, especially during such a meaningful time for our family as we were organising a wedding event nearby for our son and daughter in law. The hotel’s convenient location made everything so much easier and allowed us to focus on the celebration itself. We are deeply grateful to the Duty Manager, Mr. Eddie, whose warmth, hospitality, and professionalism touched us greatly. He was consistently accommodating and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for rather than just hosted. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the entire MiCasa team for their kindness and patience, particularly as we were staying with several elderly family members. The staff took great care in coordinating our arrangements and thoughtfully assisted with upgrading us to more spacious rooms, enabling our large family to stay comfortably across three to four suites. This consideration brought us immense relief during a busy and emotional period. We truly appreciate the sincerity, compassion, and professionalism shown by the MiCasa team. Had an amazing stay! My stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Location wise, the hotel is right in the middle of the city, super convenient to travel around. The room was super clean, super spacious, well maintained and complete with a fully equipped kitchen, very convenient especially since we were travelling with a baby. Staff were friendly, we requested a baby cot last minute and they arranged it immediately without any fuss. Truly appreciated their hospitality. Great experience overall! And thats the reason we already planned another stay in this coming december.

Clean & spacious rooms, comfortable bed. The pool is beautiful ( shallow for families but you could do laps in a circle). Little interaction with the staff except for Madhu- Madhu provided excellent service with a welcoming smile every time we entered or exited the hotel. I greatly appreciated his exceptional service and work ethic. Take a grab to get here- trains were not efficient and more costly I’d you are 2 or more from the airport. Walking is difficult as KL is not built for walking which is sad ( Google Maps is often wrong for walking paths) hotel = Great value.

Came here to stay for my US visa interview appointment. Discovered that this is a very well maintained hotel, and the years it was in service until today only proves the generosity of the yesteryears: where suite rooms were affordable, spacious, and well-equipped. It gives you the oldschool generosity you’d miss from the newer standard 4-5 star hotels: - Generously spacious with a sofa, a lying chair, and a working table, with ample space to move around. - The attached kitchenette has everything you would need from a modern home, and is baby-proof: filtered water, a kettle, a well-designed drying rack for bottles, cups or plates, both a toaster and a microwave oven, and a stowaway dustbin. Cutleries and utensils are all sufficiently prepared as well. - The deisgn is truly well thought out, from the tablelamp’s , the lighting direction, to the furniture placement.

Nice clean solid hotel. Spent 2 nights. Decent location. Staff is pretty friendly. Front desk staff is always smiling and eager to help. Room was quite spacious and had a kitchenette. Enjoyed the stay.

I love the environment of this suites! Very luxury with klcc view. The room very huge with kitchen and the window is so wide! To the staff Mr. Ariff, Mr Ashiman & Ms Yana very helpful, friendly and so niceeeeeee! Their bellboy too! Also, got wedding hall opposite hotel which is daun grand hall and dove hall at menara the icon. It is very easy on everything there! Got valet also parking basement free for guest who stay there. Overall 11/10 for everything 🫶🏼✨
