Came to get some diamond art and was really disappointed in the employees at this store. I asked for help from multiple different employees and no one wanted to help. All the employees are extremely lazy. The only employee willing to help was the manager with long hair in a bun. He said his name was Cory. He was extremely helpful. I would give him 5 stars but the rest of store gets 1star .

Came Bangor from out of state for a large scale decorating job, I went in to Micheal’s and bought 107 items today, most were big floral picks (approximately 2-3 feet long each) with the exception of 5 or 6 spools of ribbon. I spent close to $550 on these items, when we asked the manager for a couple of trash bags to put our product in he first said they only have the paper or reusable bags, which were way too small for our items. When we said those bags wouldn’t work for our items he still refused and was extremely rude. He blamed the “state mandate” on his unwillingness to help. And made ignorant facial expressions at my husband. We even offered to pay for them. I not only had to scan all 107 items individually while 2 employees (the manager included) stood there doing nothing… my husband went next door and the store beside Micheal’s gave us trash bags.. and we didn’t even shop there. Absolutely ridiculous. If I weren’t limited to shopping options here I would have left everything right there.

The store is packed with supplies for all types of crafting. Give yourself time for browsing, there is a lot to see. I like that there is quite a lot of storage systems, and organizers to corral supplies at home! Their jewelry making supplies are quite extensive from beads to various findings.

This store has gone downhill. The aisles have just gotten smaller and smaller due to over stocking merchandise. There are large merchandise islands down the entire main aisle so you have about 3 feet which does NOT allow for 2 people with carts to walk by each other, you have to try and turn down another narrow aisle and hope there is nobody in that aisle because you CANNOT get by. There are boxes of stock all down the aisles and just tossed everywhere. It’s very difficult to move around in this store and honestly seems like a fire hazard. Do not recommend this store for people with mobility issues.

An absolute great place to get all of your craft/hobby items! We come here for all of the artists in the family. They have a great selection of acrylic paint and posca markers.

Usually this location is great. This time they look like they are going out of business with many empty aisles and shelves. Also many items without pricing.

A very nice store. The help are very attentive and friendly. New fabric department is getting new fabric daily. Selection is great!

3 employees in the back couldn't figure out how to cut 2 yards of fabric working together. In the end I just asked them to cut 72 inches of fabric and I ended up with 41 and a half. Please show these poor souls how to use a measuring tape and calculator.

Employees are always friendly and happy to help. They have tons of fun craft projects and a great selection of yarn!
