I recently visited this Michael’s location to return an item I purchased just two days prior. Before coming in, I checked the store’s return policy online, which stated that a return could be processed without a receipt as long as I provided a valid ID and the card used for the purchase. When I arrived, the staff member asked if I had the receipt, to which I replied no. She then asked if I had a rewards account, which I also didn’t have. However, I came prepared with the purchase details from Apple Pay, showing the date, amount, and store location. When she tried to process the return, the system showed a refund of $17, even though I had paid $22. I showed her the proof, but instead of helping, she became rude and insisted I must have bought something else, even though I clearly explained that I had only purchased the one item. She mentioned a 30% discount that supposedly applied if I had bought something else, but again, that was not the case. In the end, I only received $19 back on my card, which is better than nothing, but the entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating. The employee’s attitude and unwillingness to assist made the situation worse. I won’t be returning to this Michael’s location again due to the unhelpful staff and poor customer service.

We don’t go that often but we when to get some materials for my jewelry like a UV resin and chains. But the UV resin was so expensive and they didn’t have the chains that I was looking for. I noticed the prices are kind of expensive compared to Hobby Lobby and others, will have to try it to see if the quality of the materials is better. But for a jewelry small businesses starter is not convenient at all to buy materials that expensive because then you need to sale your pieces more expensive and people will not buy it from you.

The MICHAELS staff members are fantastic!! I had a painting that needed a frame. The framer really took my needs to heart- he helped locate the perfect size, shape, color and price of a frame- then assembled it- he is an artist in his own right!! Beautiful results- I am hearing so many compliments!

Store manager or someone up, needs to talk to the old lady with black hair. It’s been two times she has been rude for no reason. Her attitude makes me not want to come to this store.

Don't like it. Don't apply for the credit card. I have not used in months. My balance was 0 now they are charging me 58.00 dollars for not using it. Go to Hobby lobby instead

Went to pick up a custom frame order. The staff is always helpful and friendly but it sometimes takes a while to find someone to help you. I waited for a while at the frame desk with no employees around. When I saw another employee walk by I asked if anyone was there and she immediately offered to call someone. Within a minute someone arrived who was friendly and helpful. My frame order was perfect. I had a Van Gogh print framed and matted. They did a beautiful job.

The on sell value are TERRIBLE. I mean TERRIBLE . I mean, %2 off ?! Yea no. Do not come here not unless if u want your money stolen.

The place has a UPS drop off and so my wife came by yesterday to pick up a package and was told it wasn't here, to check today. So she was feeling sick and sent me to pick it up. A female employee came out of the bathroom and saw me but didn't even offer to help or ask. So I went to the front and they said there was someone at the back and I said there's never anyone at the back cause I've been here before. So wasted trip cause the guy said UPS rules are address has to be the same on drivers license as on package. My address is different due to mail issues where I used to live so they would not release the package to me even though my wife had given me her driver's license as proof but still they could not release it to me.

I have always been a fan of Micheals until. My daugther saved her allowance and bought a prepaid card in December. For like $110 With that card she purchases Disney plus for a year. 1 month into the year she tries to go in and she is beong told to purchase the account again when she had just bought it. I have called apple and Disney plus they have told me that there was a despute with the card and the card was frozen and they canceled the membership. Yet noone is to blame and my daugther is out $69.99 because we bought that card thru you all. Have messaged and called an they can not help me because I do not know the specific amount that we bought the card back in December and the amount for the card. They should have at least notified us since this happened a month after and we no longer had the card

Sadly, this is one of 2 Michael stores near me; for both I need to drive between 25-35 minutes. I keep going to accumulate reward points & because if I have a coupon I want to use it. That being said.... This store is HOT. For the first 10 minutes, you're comfortable. As you keep shopping, the heat quickly becomes unpleasant. Each time I have gone, there's only ONE register open. Also, they now have a passcode to the bathroom. You have to track someone down, get the passcode & remember the passcode to be able to get into a semi-clean bathroom. This store is usually cluttered. Aisles are squished; it's hard to push a cart around. Coupons are pretty good but prices on some items are more expensive than hobby lobby. For example, a 6 pack of Copic markers at hobby lobby are $39.99; at Michaels they are $57.99. They do usually have comparable sales; i.e. artist pads at buy one get one for $.01. Before going to this Michaels, I would go to the bathroom first, take a coupon and make sure it's winter unless they really have what you want.

This store is amazing for all you crafters and artists out there. There's always a lot of great savings and there's always a sale. Definitely get the app for this store for coupons. Great costumer service and the check out line went by quick.
