Took a free craft class here and Tera, the evens coordinator, was so positive and helpful! I will definitely be coming back for their future events since it was so fun

Lori at the framing department was extremely helpful and friendly. She made my christmas gift look beautiful and was able to complete a rush order. Thank you so much Lori and Michael’s! You rock!

Can you really dislike Michael's? If you are here, it's because you know why. Prices for painting products is considered reasonable. Staff is knowledgeable which is appreciated.

Usually my trips to Michael's are pretty standard but last Friday was frantic. I needed a very specific item and got there less than 1 minute before they closed. The lady could've turned me away and I was prepared for it but after explaining that I only needed 1 item, she let me in. I grabbed the item and was back to the check out in about a minute with the help of another friendly lady. Neither lady rushed me and they even gave me the credit card spiel when I checked out 😅. Stupendous customer service and shout to the 2 ladies who closed up on Friday 7/11/25 (sorry I didn't get their names but I wanted to get outta there so they could leave)

I had a tough project I was working on and they really helped me in the framing department and an all areas of the store. All the employees are so kind and helpful.

No hello, No thank you. They don't answer their phone. The store is cluttered. Online customer service was great, though!

Issues with discount coupons. Forcing the customers to add Michael's application on the phone is something new. My email coupons were always acceptable before. Returned all my purchases and will go somewhere else.
