Very unorganized, and my experience this time was bad, I wanted to buy 2 ribbons that didn't have price tag but I checked the price with the app and when I was paying the cashier says that's not the price, since I was in the store I should buy it online to pickup 🤦🏻‍♀️. They should have the option to help you right there instead of doing that ridiculous transaction. Very disappointed, I will not drive 30min. Again to go to this store.

Got yelled at that they were closing in 40 min wen I walked in. That’s a really long time before close to be yelling at people. Then when I asked for her to check me out at the register 5min later . She said we have self checkout. I said I would like you to please check me out. She said okey it will be just a second while tying up a balloon. Then proceeded to blow up two more balloons rather than helping me. This place sucks . Doesn’t even sell sewing machines. Wack.

I enjoyed going into this Michael's and when I went in there I went to go get a few things that I needed. I ended up purchasing a vinyl cutter and not just any vinyl cutter but one that was 24 in. I had no desire initially to go do that and now I'm the owner of that machine so I'm going to have to come up with some things to make. Haha

A little bit of a rant here, but I think it’s worth sharing. I was purchasing some acrylic paint this evening that was marked $4.99. The barcode description matched the item (so it wasn’t something misplaced). It rang up $5.99 so I called it to their attention. A manager came up and said “yeah, the price is wrong. We barely have anybody working here and we can’t get the store priced correctly.” Retailers have every right to modify their prices; however, I do think they should honor posted prices. The experience probably won’t keep me from ever shopping at Michael’s again, but it will make them a last resort… over a $1 and a manager that lacked common sense. It would’ve taken the same amount of time to make my day and honor the price.

So much to look at and buy for hobbies crafts just to mess around and great ideas to keep yourself busy

Well, Michaels has done it again! Surprised me In a very nice way! Not only were canvases extremely reasonable, but now this..this Rainbow Love! Yes, gay pride, really, just love. Thank you, Michaels, it warms my heart to see this! Finally. May everyone remember, It is love that won! Everyone deserves a chance at unhidden LOVE! Beautifully done, Michaels. Thank you!

Michael's has a vast array of art supplies. They have the ability to buy both in person and online. You can go to the store or you can have your purchases shipped to you. They frequently have sales with drastic price cuts. Their canvases were recently 70% off! You can get a credit card with an immediate 20% discount and it has built in discounts on everyday items. They have an app with a great reward system (you can have rewards without the app, but the app really simplifies everything.) The sales staff is always friendly and helpful. Their framing department is second to none. Framing is much more expensive than Hobby Lobby, but you truly get what you pay for. Most of my Hobby Lobby frames have looked cheap and one even fell apart. Michael's did an incredible job on helping me make decisions and then framing my deceased dad's military shadow box. I highly recommend Michael's.

Michael's always has good prices because I'm not a crafty person. Every once in a while, there's something I need to buy there.

I don't go into Michaels as much as I do some other places to get my crafty stuff. I'm not sure why though, I guess it's just a habit/ autopilot to go to other places. However, recently Michaels carried something that I needed that I think the others didn't. I'm not sure I actually looked into that very well, but Michaels was what came up when I did a search for the item so I may have also just went with it! When I went in to get it, I realized first of all that I'm pretty sure I live closer to this than where I normally go (so maybe I should start coming to this one more?), but maybe it just felt that way. It seemed well organized, but since I'm not as familiar with the layout I didn't know where to go (though this isn't to say that I DON'T still get lost elsewhere too!!). Because of this, I noticed that there didn't seem to be as many staff members around to help as I'm used to seeing. Maybe it was the time of day, or maybe that's normal. It was just a little harder to find someone to be able to ask for help. I also feel like maybe their uniforms don't stand out as much, maybe that's not true, or maybe that's the reason it seemed like there weren't as many around, I don't know. Either way, I eventually found someone and they were able to help me. At first I think they were confused about what I was needing because I had to describe it a few times, but luckily they took me right to the right spot! I liked this because sometimes at other places they just try to describe to you where to go and it's like... 'that's not helpful, I get lost really easily'!!! So long story short: good place, really not too different from similar spots. I'll try to start keeping it more in mind as an option for my crafty-type supply needs in the future!

I prefer the store over the website, wanted to order online with free shipping. I could not get free shipping when my order was over the amount. Then while looking to add more to the order things were removed from my cart by other shoppers. I will never use Micheal's website again.

This store closed last year and reopened. The quality of the products is not as good as it was before the store closed. The store has a busy staff, but not a very knowledgeable staff. The Wi-Fi is poor so when you try to access your phone for coupons it can be difficult. Of course the Michaels app is poor and it is hard to find coupons on the app. This store is no long a 'go to' place. Too bad.

I understand that the Michael's Craft Store at 41st & Yale, Tulsa which was badly damaged in last year's tornado is to reopen this Friday, Aug 24, 2018!!

I went looking for knitting, crochet and scrapbook supplies. I found some yarns I could get for way less regular priced at Walmart. I found greater variety of options at Hobby Lobby; even discovered new tools that greatly impacted my crafting. Michaels also stopped carrying the felt appliqué stocking kits that my mom likes to work on so much. The 40% off coupons is the primary reason why I shop there. I like the chain but found this location lacking. I'm hoping it's because of season transition time. Watch for sales and it's not that expensive especially compared to specialty shops.

By far my favorite chain craft store. They're always helpful and take double coupons.

Its a nice store, full of things you might need. But I can go to Hobby Lobby or even Wal-Mart for much of it and save a few bucks. While I was browsing today the lady on the cash register was rather vocal and bordering on abusive towards a girl I'm assuming was in training. It left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm sure the poor girl didn't want these minor mistakes (that don't even affect the sale) to be pointed out so loudly customers several yards away could hear them. For me attitude of the employees is a big factor on if I will shop a store. I will drive further to one of the other locations in Tulsa next time I have to look for something I haven't found cheaper elsewhere.
