This is an outright terrible accommodation. Period. **Not a 3-Star Hotel – Would Not Recommend** This hotel is *not* a 3-star experience — at best, I would rate it 1 stars. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Here's why: **Room Comfort:** - The mini-fridge in our room was broken. - The mattress was completely worn out, with deep dents on both sides — extremely uncomfortable. **Cleanliness:** - The carpets were filthy and heavily stained. - The walls were visibly dirty and in serious need of repainting. - The bathroom tub had mold, and the entire room smelled musty and moldy. - Overall, the room desperately needs renovation. **Wifi:** - The WiFi does *not* work in the rooms. This was a major inconvenience. **Restaurant (Buona Resto Bar):** - The food was very poor quality and poorly cooked. I’ll leave a separate review under the restaurant’s name. **The only positive:** - The building looks nice from the outside and location is central — but that’s where the positives end. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different hotel.

The rooms and beds are somewhat dated, the carpet in the room had not been cleaned for years. Walking on it in white socks made the socks dark gray. The walls don’t have much sound isolation. On the flip side, the bathroom was freshly renovated, the staff friendly and accommodating, and there is plenty of parking, a big plus given the location.

Very nice hotel just off the main street. Comfortable bed, pillows , good TV, teakettle, fridge. Everything you need. Very nice staff and an excellent breakfast to start your day.

This hotel seems fine until you get to the rooms. The carpets are stained. The walls are stained. There is a musty smell. I had just come back from hiking in hostels in Torres Del Paine that felt nicer and cleaner than this hotel. The beds are very springy and not very comfortable. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

It’s mostly run down. The breakfast is basic. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom and the overall look of the hotel shows it hasn’t been remodeled in years. Not worth the positive reviews I see here in my opinion.

Hotel is fine, nothing spectacular. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast is good though. Be aware that if you ask the reception to book you a taxi to the airport, you will be charged with a very high (predetermined) fee. Better to make use of the airport shuttle and not book via the receptionist

Only stayed for one night before my flight to Buenos Aires.|It's located in a quiet neighborhood, in walking distance of the main street of El Calafate.|The hotel offers parking spots (although you can easily find street parking around).|The room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was spacious.|There is a restaurant on site (didn't have time for breakfast or dinner) and they also offer currency exchange services.||There was too much noise from the adjacent rooms - thin walls.|The bed was terrible.

Surprisingly good. Besides the problems you find everywhere in patagonia (thin walls mot much noise insulation) the hotel is good. Good breakfast Helpfully reception 24/7 Warm and cozy rooms Clean its value for money. Only downside is Internet which is ridiculously bad. Doesn't take much effort to improve that.
