The room was ready before the given time and they gave us an upgrade to a large family room. The hotel have had some investment and refurshiment done recently and it shows. However they had not finished the final touches in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the rooms were warm, we had to open the windows. There was no hooks for coats, no hanging space in the wardrobe (however this happened while we were there). The sink was outside of the bathroom and more in the room, but again there was no hooks for towels. It would have been great if the final touches were completed. The breakfast was very average and bland, however there was an option the ask for a different coffee. Overall a lovely location hotel to explore the town.

The rooms were absolutely gross. The bathroom smelled like poop, constantly, and the bathtub was stained. Our bedsheets were also stained, and when we arrived, there was hair in the sink. Do not recommend, the only thing was the staff was nice and it was central, but NOT worth it.

Friendly staff, very easy access to city center and restaurants. The rooms were average. The floors were dusty, most showers had a leak/water pressure problem (we switched rooms midway through our stay due to a severe leak). The breakfast was very limited in healthy options. Only hot options were scrambled eggs (tasted okay!) and some sort of meat (vegetarian, so no comment). Not very friendly towards specific dietary restrictions (vegan, dairy free etc).

Quiet just a few blocks from the Main Street. Simple clean rooms with English speaking reception. Restaurant is meh…didn’t have everything that was on menu, flavor wasn’t bad but a bit boring. Menu was in Spanish & English. They offer boxed lunches if you are traveling/hiking.

Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel located not too far from the center of El Calafate. The rooms are rather small and our bathroom was very small and did not have much space to store things. Breakfast was very average (no fresh juices, no real coffee, little choices of food). Very average to our opinion.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Location was very close to all the restaurants and shops so very walkable. Convenient parking.

The drainage from the toilet smelled terrible, and the room was not very clean. After we informed the receptionist that the drainage was clogged, the issue was not actually solved — it was simply tolerated rather than addressed!
