Hotel is fine, nothing spectacular. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast is good though. Be aware that if you ask the reception to book you a taxi to the airport, you will be charged with a very high (predetermined) fee. Better to make use of the airport shuttle and not book via the receptionist

Surprisingly good. Besides the problems you find everywhere in patagonia (thin walls mot much noise insulation) the hotel is good. Good breakfast Helpfully reception 24/7 Warm and cozy rooms Clean its value for money. Only downside is Internet which is ridiculously bad. Doesn't take much effort to improve that.

We loved this hotel and stayed twice here during out trip. Beds are comfortable, hot water is pretty much unlimited. Location is two blocks from the main street and all it's attractions. Free parking. Breakfast is above average. It's a 4 star hotel for the region.

Stayed for 3 nights The location is great, very close to restaurants and shops The room was okay but the bathroom wasn’t great. The drainage for the shower was very poor so when you had a shower, there would be puddle of water. It was very pleasant, so this is why keeping it 3 stars

Very basic room, no free water bottle in any hotels in Argentina. We requested king bed, hotel set up two twin beds together, so uncomfortable, the wall is thin, you can hear all the noise, fortunatly, not in main street, close to center, 5 more parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is basic at 6:30am, we planned to go out earlier for the day,

A comfortable hotel two streets back from the main drag. |Comfy beds, good heating in the room, although as a bonus it was possible to open the window to get a little fresh air. We appreciated the addition of a fridge in the room - a bit of a rarity in South America.|The only downside was the lack of a window in the bathroom.||Breakfast is served in the on-site restaurant. It was adequate.|The restaurant does serve a lovely rib eye with Malbec sauce on their dinner menu!

The room is very basic - kind of run down and no temperature control so it was extremely warm in the room. However, the one thing that was extremely negative that I need to state was regarding the morning we were to check out of the room. It was 7:45-8am and my husband and I wanted to sleep in after a few days of early morning hikes and excursions. Someone opened our hotel room while we were asleep and entered our room. I heard the door and woke up in a panic and I see thru the reflection of the mirror by the door that someone was there. I screamed hello and my husband woke up and also panicked and yelled too (we were so tired lol) - this person didn’t say A THING and just ran out of the room. At first I thought was it housekeeping, but no one knocked and usually they would say “housekeeping?” … needless to say, we immediately told the front desk and the woman literally laughed it off and said “oh my colleague thought you guys left so he went to check on the room”… I felt that was extremely unprofessional and very unsafe. The breakfast was good though. And in a good location.

Really enjoyed my trip here. The hotel was nice and comfortable. It had decent food. The staff was truly extraordinary. I didn’t tell them that it was my birthday, but after arriving from hiking i came to the room to a cake. Thank you for your hospitality. It means a lot. I’d highly recommend if you are looking to do a lot of excursions while staying close to the center.
