I ordered a selection of large and small cupcakes in a range of flavours for a baby shower and they were both beautiful and tasty. Thank you very much, they were wonderful.

Oh I need to give out this place 5 of 5 stars, because the cupcakes is really good and sold out very fast. Make sure you are early enough to try those cupcakes! By the way, hot chocolate are awesome tho! And the staff is super friendly, ready to serve all customer needs! I am very impressed and satisfied! I'll definitely going back again! highly-recommend place ever!

This is a cozy coffee shop. We really liked the coffee latte and the latte tea. I noticed that they have all sorts of sugar (white, brown, sugar pills) and apparently delicious cupcakes. The waitress was very friendly. I recommend this place if you want a good coffee or tea.

The cupcakes are amazing and the staff seemed nice. But, it’s oddly unwelcoming atmosphere. There’s a nice seated area on the customer side of the counter where they decided to put a sign up saying “staff only”. Doesn’t take long to eat a cupcake but they seem not to want any customers to linger. Didn’t even feel comfortable to wait for a friend in there, so I waited outside.
Strange as some of the photos on this listing have cups of coffee ☕️ and it seems like a customer experience?!? Anyways, Felix cupcakes.

These Cupcakes are delicious! As an american I’ve been looking high and low for the most authentic tasting cupcakes in and around Zurich and these are definitely it. Ordering, payment and delivery was super easy and everyone I spoke to was super nice. Will be ordering again soon! Thank you Michelle’s Cupcakes for making my birthday extra special! yum 😋
