Came from Black Forest for a birthday weekend and another visit. A unique way to have a very tasty dinner and see the workforce...the best looked after coo's are just the other side of the window from your table.
The fondue with spices, dried meat and beer was very tasty and a good white wine and local beer topped everything off.
The lady (probably the farmers wife..), looking after us was very nice and helpful too and spent a little time chatting about the whole process.
If you're looking for a dinner in a restaurant atmosphere this might not be for you. However, for a dinner made from all the right local ingredients in a simple and non fussy setting then this may be it!
