Great food and an amazing beer selection at Mickey Finns Pub in Wicklow! The prices are very reasonable too – just €5.00 for a pint, which is a nice surprise these days. Every dish we tried was really tasty, so we can definitely recommend the food. The only letdown was the staff – not rude, but not particularly friendly either. However, the biggest downside by far were the toilets. Unfortunately, they were extremely dirty – honestly one of the dirtiest we’ve seen in Ireland so far, which really took away from the overall experience. Would still go back for the food and drinks, but the hygiene situation definitely needs serious improvement.

Food is really good. Great choice of beers. Service is terrible. Waiting for a beer on sun over 30min just to find out that a waiter forgot to put order through. After that waiter forgets two times item we ordered. Glass a water took over 15min. After that makes you walk to a bar to pay a bill. The staff needs a serious training.

Google
Lovely food in Mickey Finns pub after doing a tour of the Wicklow brewery. The menu pairs the beers from the brewery with specific meals nicely. Would definitely recommend trying the St Kevin’s Red Ale or Hopnut.

Excellent food here , the chef is very talented. I really recommend it , everything was absolutely decilous. Busy place, got a table no problem. Fish and chips was top notch. Starters were excellent , Prawns, mussels ,brie. Definitely recommend. Doesn't disappoint.

Google
Very good overall. Didn't totally love the beers, but they were good. The food was good and service was too.

We arrived for lunch to find the restaurant poorly lit. Menus were presented on tired clipboards with worn pages, which did not give a good first impression. Although the waiter brought some water, we requested proper bottled water—it was served lukewarm and without ice. At that point, we paid for the water and decided to leave. First impressions are important, and unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.

10/10 all round, from customer service to the food, unbelievable. There own beer is deadly, very refreshing.

A large group of us visited unannounced. Wanted some speedy food on way to the Dublin Ferry. Server was excellent and the whole group was served within 10 minutes. Food was outstanding and selection of beers phenomenal. What a GEM of a place. Thank you to everyone.

Yelp
Excellent ans delicious food. Horrible service Ambience was fine, but unfriendly staff made us feel unwelcome. Also they don't allow you split the bill so make sure you have cash unless one person is prepared to foot the bill for all!

Yelp
A true gem in this little area of Ireland. I'm a food lover and this is some of the best in Ireland. The pumpkin salad

Yelp
We were only staying in Wicklow for one night and the place we originally Yelp'd was closed...and we went to the next place we found was open and YES, AM I EVER GLAD WE CAME HERE! I ordered the "Black 16", a Coffee Vanilla Oatmeal Stout and it was the BEST drink of my three-weeks through Europe! For dinner he had the Fish and Chips whilst I had the Beef Pot Pie. Duuuude, that pot pie was SO GOOD! We finished our meal by sharing an off-menu item of Beerimasu. Super delicious! And the staff here were so great! What a Tuesday night!

Yelp
Fantastic place! Everything we ordered was amazing. Our Airbnb host recommended them to us. We ended up stopping in twice during our short visit to Wicklow - it was that good! They do a great job with everything. Even have their own Brewery! Our favorite is the WB-40 beer! Service is outstanding. We got to have the very nice waitress, Lorraine who had great recommendations. Thank you very much!

Yelp
Very nice pub. Lovely interior and outside terrace, cozy and friendly. The food looked nice, but we already had a dinner booked elsewhere. Will have to be back. Very good local homebrews.

Yelp
I ate here for dinner while I was traveling through Ireland on my last night here. My Airbnb host recommended it and boy am I glad they did. I got the steak w/ portobello mushrooms, mashed potatoes, onion rings and peppercorn sauce. I'm not a huge steak person but I for some reason tried this one. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. I'm happy I ordered it. For desert I had the baklava. I've had my fair sure of baklava but I'm no expert. That being said, this baklava was orgasmic and the best I've had. Absolutely amazing. 5/5.

Yelp
I only live 15 minutes away and I thought this was just an 'old mans pub' but it is unbelievable, I was so pleasantly surprised! Food was out of this world and so professional, the presentation and quality of the food was amazing and the service was great! It's very quirky and homey at the same time. We sat in the larger back room away from the bar and it had a stove inside which was a lovely touch! Outside was a smoking area with a history of the pub and quirky decorations like a piano and Indian statue and various other things. They have their own brewery and the owner told me they sell to 42 others around the country and have recently won an award for their beer that they make! They provide brewery tours during the summer for tourists! I ordered a black Angus fillet 8oz with portabello mushroom, onion ring, mashed potato and garlic butter (all mouthwatering apart from the onion ring) and the desert was the roasted pecan and pistachio caramel slice! I needed to lie down after it! It felt like Christmas it was honestly hands down, beautiful food! Highly recommend this place! Please come and support! And the staff are lovely which makes all the difference

Yelp
This place is a must! Every time I go home I make sure I take at least on visit here! The food is so tasty I had fish chips and mushy peas the last time my sis had a pie so good! My nephew had chicken goujons they were also delish made on site. The service was great easy going friendly but professional. We sat in the back away from the bar it was summer so they didn't have the fire lit but there is a big fire place which gives it that comfort feel. They have there own brewery and very tasty beers that they also sell! We went out side after our meal to sit in the sun it is beautiful and they have a big write up of the history of the pub. I've had some great nights out here too bar staff are great a real easy going place to let loose and enjoy live music and have the Craic! A must visit if you are anywhere in Co. Wicklow. This is a great way to showcase what a real Irish bar is!!

Yelp
Very cosy little pub in the Wicklow mountains and one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Highly recommend
