Disney Treasure Review: What to Expect on the New Disney Ship

"A brand-new ship in Disney Cruise Line’s Wish class inspires a sense of adventure, evoking stories like "Aladdin," "Moana," and "Coco" with immersive experiences, themed décor, and tiny details throughout. The soaring Grand Hall is a frequent hub for magical encounters — from spotting Jasmine and Aladdin near their statues to stumbling on a character dance party and joining the Fab Six — and the ship’s entertainment is a standout: nightly Broadway-caliber productions include "Disney Seas the Adventure," "Beauty and the Beast," and the all-new "Disney The Tale of Moana" ("Disney The Tale of Moana" is only available on this ship), the latter featuring the beloved soundtrack with songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda, larger-than-life puppets, breathtaking projections, massive set pieces, and delightful surprises. Accommodations total 1,256 staterooms (inside cabins, ocean-view rooms, family verandah rooms, concierge-level suites, and over-the-top Royal Suites), highlighted by the two-story Tomorrow Tower Suite inside the ship’s iconic red forward funnel with Epcot-inspired design (keep an eye out for Figment), while family Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah sleep up to five with a queen, a convertible sofa, a pull-down ceiling bed, and a wall pull-down bed; separate toilet and shower rooms and ample storage make mornings easier. Dining centers around three main rotational dinner venues — 1923 (an elegant Hollywood Golden Age–inspired room with animation artwork), Worlds of Marvel (an interactive, MCU-inspired experience), and Plaza de Coco (an immersive musical dining experience that "picks up where the movie left off"); note that Worlds of Marvel and Plaza de Coco present different shows each night, so if you plan to skip a dinner night, consider missing one of your 1923 seatings. Two adults-only, fee-based restaurants offer refined dining: Enchanté, a Beauty-and-the-Beast–themed fine-dining experience created by chef Arnaud Lallement of L'Assiette Champenoise (which has held three Michelin stars for a decade) — splurge on the tasting menu — and Palo Steakhouse (dinner and brunch); The Rose lounge sits at their shared entrance. Casual options include Marceline Market (buffet), Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods (walk-up stands with barbecue, Tex-Mex, pizza, chicken fingers), specialty coffees at Jade Cricket Cafe, Heihei Cafe, and Cove Cafe ("iced Vietnamese coffee for me, please!"), and Jumbeaux’s Sweets ("Zootopia"-themed, more than 30 flavors of homemade gelato). Bars and lounges are richly themed: the Haunted Mansion Parlor is filled with Easter eggs from the classic attraction, Skipper Society channels Jungle Cruise quirkiness, Periscope Pub evokes "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" (with fish overhead recorded in Epcot’s The Seas with Nemo and Friends), and Scat Cat Lounge is an upscale piano bar with imaginative cocktails (including one garnished with half a peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich). The ship uses rotational dining so servers stay with you each night (shout out to Josette and Nelson for consistently great service). Deckside amenities include multiple pools, a Toy Story splash area, the AquaMouse water attraction, the Hero Zone (air hockey and a massive inflatable obstacle course), Wonderland and Never Land cinemas, and a sleek fitness center with classes; spa and salon offerings include Senses Spa & Salon, Hook’s Barbery, and Untangled Salon, and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is available for children. Kids' clubs are highly immersive and segmented by age: The Hideaway (older teens/young adults), The Vibe (teens 14+), Edge (tweens 11–14), the "It’s a Small World" Nursery (six months–3 years), and Disney’s Oceaneer Club (ages 3–10) with Marvel Super Hero Academy, Star Wars: Cargo Bay, Walt Disney Imagineering Lab, and Fairytale Hall (kids can even slide down into the club from the Grand Hall). Adults-only options include the Quiet Cove Pool and adults-only dining and bars. Accessibility features include accessible staterooms (including communication staterooms for guests with hearing disabilities), additional special equipment upon request, ASL interpreters available on request, and beach wheelchairs at Castaway Cay; a full list of accommodations is available on the cruise line website. The ship sails seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Port Canaveral with stops at Disney’s private island, Disney Castaway Cay, and seasonal Halloween and holiday cruises; the cruise line is rapidly expanding its fleet ("This is an unprecedented era of growth for Disney Experiences, and a dramatic period of expansion at Disney Cruise Line," said Josh D’Amaro), with plans to have 13 ships by 2031 and a next ship in the class scheduled to debut in November 2025. Don't miss the show and fireworks on Pirate Night and the farewell show in the Grand Hall on the final night, where guests can hug their favorite characters one last time." - Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes is a senior editor at Travel + Leisure, covering everything from luxury hotels to theme parks to must-pack travel products. Google
We found that Mickey’s of Hollywood is a large Disney merchandise store, with a wide variety of items. These guys have a little of everything and the layout makes it easy to move around. The store is clean and orderly and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Like any other souvenir store on a Disney Park. Cups, toys, dolls, shirts, earrings, and anything else. Also kids running around and people everywhere.

Customer service is absolutely amazing. Especially Ana, she had a conversation with our family with such great positivity. We will definitely visit again on our next shopping trip and look forward to working with her. Disney Management - Hire more people like Ana! She put a smile on all of our faces.

If you're a Disney fanatic like me, you'll love Mickey's of Hollywood! This gift shop at Hollywood Studios is a treasure trove of Disney magic. They've got all the classics, from Mickey Mouse ears to princess dresses, and even some awesome Star Wars gear. The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic, and the staff are super friendly. It's the perfect place to pick up souvenirs for my three big kids (and maybe a little something for myself too). Don't miss this enchanting spot on your Disney adventure! 🐭✨

Google
Great shop and better service. That's one thing that I can say about Disney, their cast members go above and beyond to help you out. This store has a lot of great souvenirs in it. I have found a lot of must have here. Shop is clean, well organized. Worth a stop.

This is such a great shop in Hollywood Studios that really has everything you could possibly want and more. I was able to get the Mickey 90th birthday ears and the purple potion ears at the end of December. Staff will look up where items are available and will let you know where you can find them, too.

This place was amazing! The employees are awesome, it's very organized, but as you'd expect a bit pricy. So if you go just because you may not have money to buy things the experience alone is great!

Fun shop just off of the main street into the park at Hollywood Studios. If you are looking for a fun souvenir on your way out, this is a good choice for shopping. They have a good mix of different items from throughout the parks various areas - Toy Story, Star Wars, Tour of Terror, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have several register bays so it's easy to get your purchase and get out rather quickly. They are keeping to the Disney COVID standard of mask requirements and hand sani at each entry / exit. They also control the traffic into and out of the store with dedicated one-way paths to minimize door crowding. Overall: A Solid option for a souvenir on your way out - plenty of options for variety.

Yelp
Need to pick up some souvenirs on our way out of Hollywood Studios. The path leading about of the park is adorned with souvenir shops of all things Disney, each one carry slightly different merchandise. They are all impeccably clean and well stocked. The kids walked through 4 stores before they found the "perfect" gifts.

Yelp
Mickey's of Hollywood is the one gift shop that I always need to stop at every single time I am at Hollywood Studios. While it is basically like every other gift shop this one is the largest one in Hollywood Studios and therefore it means more time for me to kill and a higher chance of me to spend money that I don't need on souvenirs that are amazing LOL! Located right near the front entrance of Hollywood Studios there are multiple entry points for this gift shop because it is that spacious. They sell a bit of everything here whether it be Minnie headbands, shirts, Spirit jerseys and even accessories and toys such as hair bands and action figures such as Marvel characters or Elsa and Anna from Frozen. The cast members are insanely nice and will go above and beyond to make sure that you find anything you are looking for. If they can't find what you're looking for they will call around to see if they can find the gift you are looking for at other stores in Hollywood Studios or at Disney Springs. Definitely one of my favorite gift shops and I love to stop and hear every single time even if they don't have new items, which they usually do because it is basically like a revolving door of toys and souvenirs!

Yelp
I definitely think if you don't have enough time to stop at 1 gift shop while you are at Hollywood Studios, that you definitely need to stop at this one. It has a hodgepodge of everything that you can think of and that is a good thing because if you're crunched for time and looking for a last-minute souvenir before you head out put your kid or yourself or someone you know this is definitely the place that you will find it. The layout of this gift shop is rather easy to understand with clothing being in a predominant Main Place right in the the front of the shop. After that everything basically becomes little souvenirs such as mugs, keychains and headbands and assorted other things. The prices are generic, if not a little bit pricey depending what you get, but what do you expect when you're at Disney World. They basically have everything under the sun that you can think of and if you can't find something that you're looking for, if you ask a cast member or they will go out of their way to try to find it for you. Whenever I come here there is always something new for me to look at. The worst part about this place though is I usually end up buying something I unnecessarily need but the benefit is being an annual passholder you get 20% off your purchase so at least there's a silver lining.

Yelp
Another gift shop right near the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios on Hollywood Boulevard. Quite a number of Disney parks have gift shops up & down the main street when you enter, on both sides of the walkway. Funny how they do that, right? :P This gift shop is pretty large but also pretty standard in terms of what you'll find in here souvenir wise. MagicBands, vinylmation, toys, plushes, pins, tons of clothes, phone cases, kitchen items, tons of mugs, other housewares, Mickey Ears - they have you covered in just about every category. So basically....it's a gift shop at Disney World! Woohoo!

Yelp
Each of Disney World's four Parks has a main gift shop and Mickey's of Hollywood is the one located in Hollywood Studios. It'll be to your left as you enter the Park and start down the street towards the huge, blue hat (trust me, you can't miss the hat). This shop isn't nearly as large as The Emporium in The Magic Kingdom or Mouse Gear in Epcot, but it certainly gets the job done. You'll find almost anything under the sun you can think of here with Mickey's spin on it... and then some. Clothes for all ages, hats, Mickey ears, plush toys, board games, jewelry, kitchenware, ornaments, trading pins, magnets, coffee mugs, all the new Disney D-Tech gadgets (cell phone cases, car charges, USB hubs, portable charges, etc.), autograph books, picture frames, and the list goes on and on and on. This store is easy to navigate and there's no need for a map like the other two stores I mentioned or World of Disney. It can get really crowded in here though which can make it difficult to move around. It's always especially crowded at the end of the night, so you may want to do your shopping at some point during the day. If you are staying in a Disney Resort, they will even send your purchases to your Resort for you at no charge so you don't have to carry everything around the Park with you all day. It goes without saying that the employees are all extremely helpful and friendly. C'mon, they are Disney Cast Members, do you really expect anything less? They do currently have some Limited Release Frozen items. The only other place I have seen these items are at World of Disney. So if you're really into Frozen (like me) and aren't planning on going to Downtown Disney, then definitely grab the items here while you can.

Yelp
This is one of the largest and most expansive gift shops in a Disney Park. There's something for everyone here! If you only have time for one gift shop in HS, visit here.
