Micro Center

by far one of the most exciting stores that I have been to in a long time. I like this store as much as I like bass pro and if anyone knows about fishing fanatics and bass pro shops will automatically understand what walking into this store will be like. The plus of this is it can work for both in some way or another. #1 store if you like making things, have an inventive personality or love technology.

Josh, Connor, and Courtney were all very nice and I absolutely loved how kind and helpful they all were! Everybody was very knowledgeable, has their own opinions on how they use certain parts at home which really helps me understand and break down what I’m trying to buy, and the time they each took to make sure I got the best of what I could get at the store was absolutely amazing. Love micro center!

This store is incredible, I had heard good things but it surpassed expectations. They have a ton of stuff you could never find anywhere else and it’s refreshing to have a staff that know their products. It’s clear from talking to their staff that they are personally interested in the types of things they’re helping you with. Had a guy walk me through all their Raspberry Pi options and I got this pi zero w 2, got home and printed a base to mount it in my rack. On another visit I talked with another sales person about mechanical keyboards and she knew a ton about them, you could tell she geeks out over them. Glad they came to Charlotte.

I had an exceptional experience at Micro Center thanks to Joey! From the moment I walked in, Joey's customer service was top-notch. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, but he also took the time to explain different options and helped me make an informed decision that perfectly suited my needs. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to go above and beyond. He answered all my questions, offered practical advice, and made sure I was fully comfortable with my purchase. It’s clear that Joey genuinely cares about his customers and strives to ensure they have the best experience possible. If you're ever in Micro Center, make sure to ask for Joey — he truly made my visit unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his outstanding service! Every associate was so helpful, especially Will in the computer dept!! Loved my experience, worth the drive from my house. Got a whole gaming setup for a good price!

This store has a quirky vibe that evokes the nostalgia of an old Blockbuster, but let’s not kid ourselves—it’s a complete rip-off. Prices here are four times higher than what you’d pay on Amazon, making even a casual browse feel like a waste of time. In a pinch, it’s a guaranteed money pit, where the charm of the place is overshadowed by the outrageous price tags. If you’re looking for a deal, you’d be better off elsewhere. They charge me over $30 for this cord. Buyers beware

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and very organized. They offer everything from phone chargers to 3D printers, anything and everything computers. Computer repairs and complete pc builds. Depending on time of the day you go on, they can complete a full PC build same day. I will say their selection on speakers isn’t that impressive. But, they make up for it in headphones. I traveled over two hours to go here and it was well worth the trip.

Employee Scott in the Keyboard / computer peripherals department was super helpful and friendly while helping me determine what new keyboard I should purchase. Very knowledgeable about their features and which products would work best for my preferences & requirements. Employees like him are why I’ll choose to check micro center before ever considering going to another electronics/ office store.
