Bought a 4k oled open box for and had been told no major issues and works good (employee was extremely respectful and patient). Box was on sale by maybe only 90$ so I took his word and didn’t think there would be anything majorly wrong. Drove 2.5 hrs back home to unfortunately realize there’s a gash in the monitor screen with a black smudge. Drove all the way back out and was initially told by another employee that’s the risk you take with oled monitors and in a sense my fault? Didn’t find that justifiable and eventually ended up talking to Patrick and Adam. These guys were not only professional to the highest manner, but accommodated to ensure I was satisfied with my visit back. Sucks to have to drive, but two of the nicest/professional people. Will be back for a pc build later.

I recently walked into Micro Center to buy a MacBook for myself. I left impressed. The customer service stood out right away. The team asked thoughtful questions and focused on what I needed. No pressure. No upselling. They simply helped me find the right product. The deals were strong as well. I ended up buying an iPad for my son too. A special thank you to *Daniel Baran*. After my visit, he helped me over email with a small return. He handled it quickly and with care. Service like this leaves a lasting impression. I came in for some mouse pad and just checking out the store overall since I don't get to go to Microcenter that often. While I was walking around 2 gentlemen Seth and Christiano came up to me offering to price match the Asus mouse pad I was holding. They managed to get me a good price on it. I wanted to highlight their attentiveness and their professionalism in helping me get a deal in the store. It was a great experience overall. I promised to do a survey for them but I unfortunately lost my receipt and I am not local, so I couldn't return. I will definitely come back again. I just don't know when.

Wow, this place is awesome. If you’re into 3-D printing like I am, this place has it all. There are tons of printing filaments of all types and colors to choose from. I have a Bamboo 3D printer I got from there and I love it. Still making stuff for the house to organize my things. And I give away a lot of great stuff I have printed to to my client st work and friends and family. And of course they’ve got everything you could want for computers, electronics, and games. They provide everything you need to update or build from scratch your computers and gaming consoles. My sons live for the drones and drone supplies. They provide everything you need for those too. If you check out the pictures, you can see they can supply all your needs. This place, reminds me of the old computer lands when they were at their heydays. Everything you can ask for and people walking around who could help you. They have some awesome game set ups, including cockpit, set ups for flyers and cockpit set ups for car racers. They have a couple set up so you can even give them a try so you gotta check this place out.

Was looking for a phone for my girl and asked an employee about what hardware features the Blu N4 had. Received a moderately okay response, but then was directed to "just get a raspberry pi if I care about that stuff," and the employee walked away. I hunted him down and flexed a bit, talking about HALO networks I've ran with a ham radio sdr setup on a RPI, and watched this mans eyes glaze over. On another occasion, I was sold a IdeaPad Lenovo tablet, where the employee had stated it came with a case and screen protector. This was not the case, and we were also not offered the price match to best buy, where we ultimately purchased the tablet. On another occasion, I came in looking for raspberry pi hats, and was told "if you use a pi, you should already know what you want," then left to my own devices. Overall, the store is nice and the product is good if you know what you are looking for, but the service is getting worse as of late. Sadly been shopping at seed studio, digikey, best buy, and Amazon, as opposed to microcenter due to the terrible service. As the employees left me to do, I'll just handle it all myself. Sad times :(

These guys are second to none when it comes to customer service and knowledge. They hooked me up when I made the mistake of not knowing I was supposed to schedule an appointment for the "build and learn" and got me out on time because I was on a tight schedule. Can not recommend these guys enough!

Disappointing. Prices high. Merchandise disorganized. Nearly all 3d print materials out of stock. Was so looking forward to visiting. Big letdown. If this is Microcenter I don't get the hype. Easier to shop online and better prices. Predict closing in 2 years or less.

I've had good experiences with Microcenter. It's great to have a brick and mortar tech specialist store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store policies are generally good. -1 star is due to the 15 day return window (less than industry standard 30 day) and the lack of integration on the website vs in person (For example, online reporting of in store stock tracking is pretty mediocre and can't be relied on). Aside from that, it's a great store.

I want to take a moment to commend Robert in the sales department at Micro Center for his exceptional service. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us. Located on Edinger and Del Amo Avenues with plenty of parking. This is the only full-on computer store that I know of, and I love having Micro Center around. Big selection of all computer parts, software, gaming supplies, electronics, printer ink, etc. My husband is a DIY computer enthusiast, so this is his go-to store. We've also ordered online and simply picked up at the store. They have a 'Build-Your-Own' area and a 'Tech-Bar' for computer support. Shout out to Baldwin, who assisted us on the floor. He was very attentive and helped us find the right computer parts with such a great attitude. Excellent customer service! It has always been a great experience here and will definitely return.

This is definitely a place for technology interested people. The aisles are jam packed with stuff (actually feels tight, overwhelming and a bit claustrophobic). Trying to get help is a big challenge- you literally need to wave someone down and have a lot of time to wait. Don't come if you are in a hurry. Their prices are not as competitive as they once were. I probably won't be back.

Micro Center, where have you been all my life? I finally made my first trip to Micro Center yesterday, and wow, I came out after dark--time flew! The place was buzzing, and I was instantly reminded of my days working at Fry's Electronics and Best Buy (shoutout to anyone who's worked there! ). I couldn't help but chuckle at the iconic light blue long-sleeve dress shirts. It's like I stepped into a scene from 40 Year Old Virgin-- ("20 years of pimpage into 1 day") or into the past when I used to wear white long sleeve dress shirts for Fry's The 3D printer section was a standout: watching the printers in action and seeing all the filament options got me hooked. If you're into 3D printing, those $6 sample filament bags are a fun deal for experimenting.

There was not anything micro about this center. Gizmos shining as far as the eye can see. Fad gadgets blinking from the furthest recesses of the building. A whole section of the center dedicated to computer repair & maintenance. This is a jumbo gigantic techno dome. Okay. Let me try again. Think of an IKEA, but for technology. Throw in a surprisingly knowledgeable & pleasant floor staff. Add all the most marketable new and used PCs, screens, phones, and IT on the planet, and you've got Micro Center. As for my experience, some college kid sold me a used Macbook for a reasonable price. I plugged it in on site at their computer repair/check up area, and then I slipped out the sliding doors. I would go back to Micro Center just to slip out those sliding doors again. I don't believe good exit doors get the praise they deserve in most commercial settings.

This store is absolutely excellent! I truly don't know where to begin. I had to go for the past 2 days to take in my current pc for a fix, and then go back to build a new one and each time was an absolute adventure. The staff is super knowledgeable and willing to help anyone. I had the pleasure of being helped by Cris in the build your own section, and he walked me through Intel's downfall and changed my perspective on them and had me go with AMD instead. Truly a life saver! I love this store and I can't wait to come again! Do note: This store is always busy, if you're expecting to walk in and be in and out in 10 minutes please expect the opposite the check out line is always at least 20 minutes

I've been coming here for the better part of 10 years now. Everytime my experiences get better. Staff is beyond helpful, they are us. Every department seems like it's staffed with people who actually know about each product. Not like other big box stores of guys who just read the item card and move along. I've had a few conversations with different staff and so far none have givin me bad information. Everyone is as professional and interested as it gets. Section workers and managers alike. This weekend when I walked out with my P1S I felt like a dam celebrity from all the workers I passed by congratulating me and telling me how awesome it is I'm buying this printer as I walked to the front. Again, they're us. Nerds and I love it! Product is top notch, again it's run by our own people and the selection is incredible. Everytime they have something in stock I make it a point to buy here. I use to live 10 minutes away, I now live over an hour away and it sucks. But again when possible I come here for PC parts, aim gear and now 3D printers. I still buy filament off Amazon. But printers I always buy from here. That being said, I had an issue with my first P1S I bought from here. No hassle returning it here even after the 14 days. I brought it in on day 16 and the CS on the phone and in store had 0 issue taking it back from me. Even tho I had over 300 hours on the machine already. Same with the staff in the back in the 3D department. Again a simple explanation and they assured me I had a bad machine. After picking up my second one the manager literally had me wait to personally thank me for purchasing from them. Customer service is literally top notch. Prices are always very competitive! In short, if they have anything you need BUY HERE. Support local business. This is a business that deserves your time and money.

I love the niche electronics and computer parts they have at MicroCenter. I got a monitor arm and a Raspberry Pi case. And a nerdy t-shirt.

I LOVE coming here! I always enjoy just browsing around looking at the newest keyboards, computer set ups, and whatever deals they have to offer. The staff here are always willing to help & they are always so knowledgable and friendly to me! This place is huge- so take your time in looking at items that you might need! Overall, great place to come if you enjoy electronics!

One of the few stores left in CA. I like coming here for all my school supply and electronic needs. You can customize your own PC as well. There's friendly and knowledgeable staff here that will build you a PC based on your user needs. There's also an option to buy laptops and chromebooks as well. I like how there's several different kinds of mouses or keyboards or headphones to choose from. There's also some good sales during the holiday so a good place to check out for your electronic needs. Located near 55 Freeway and on Edinger Blvd.

Everyone was so nice! Service was impeccable. Philip cabezas, the salesman was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and outstanding. I needed a new personal laptop-BADLY, and he helped me pick out a good one. The transaction was seamless. Martin the manager was very nice and accommodating too I will certainly be back. Also, My dad, of blessed memory was a frequent flyer here, and now I know why. This place is pretty awesome. Thanks for the top tier service, gentlemen!

This place is definitely interesting. We were browsing for a computer and so many employees would come up to us, but when we were ready to get help, no one was available. One girl was super helpful and she knew all the answers to our questions. She left us alone to continue browsing (which was fine because we wanted some time to make a decision) and another sales associate just swooped in and tried to take care of us. We wish the other girl just helped us instead because this sales associate "Sebastian" literally left us waiting for about 30 minutes. Sebastian went to the back to grab the hard drive, and just pretty much never came back out. He made us wait for 30 minutes and the store was also closing. Horrible communication. We had other plans, we didn't want to waste our time waiting so we came up to the manager and explained the situation and left. He didn't even try to help us or make things right. We left without a new hard drive and we left disappointed.

I tried building my own pc after thinking I could after my first board, I ran into some posting issues and returned my parts to Amazon and bought my new high-end motherboard and cpu at thier microcenters pc building, thier technicians and staff took apart(my old pc ) and rebuilt and installed all drivers and windows OS in the same day! It was like a custom Prebuilt ready to go, I'll never change my motherboard ever again and if I ever run into issues with both my pc's that I can't handle, I'll definitely head here first

My gf and i were getting an error that didn't allow us to boot up(the dreaded blue screen). So I brought it here hoping they could help. I LITERALLY told them getting into bios was a separate issue. I told them i couldn't get into bios normally and had to force myself in, and I told them exactly how to do it. Force restart 2-3 times to get into windows recovery environment (WinRe), then hold down F2 F12 delete. Couple hours later, our technician lizette or Lynette(the only person of color) tells us she couldn't get into bios and suspect the motherboard and cpu needed to be fully replaced. I know for a fact it's a drive issue, as we probably installed the os incorrectly, that's when this whole problem started. I literally told her, "again, I said getting into bios will be a problem and you would have to force it." And she told us she tried several times with 4 other techs to get into bios and failed. You can literally google this information, that's how I learn how to forcefully get into bios AND I gave them instructions on how to do it when I dropped off the pc. A new motherboard and cpu don't make me laugh. What a terrible attempt at upselling. AND, they only recommended we replace the motherboard and cpu, they werent even positive that was the issue, since they couldnt get into bios. We could have bought a new motherboard and cpu and still have the same problem. Thankfully we didnt make the purchase and told them we wanted our pc back. They tell us it was ready to be picked up (after we told them we would not be buying a new motherboard and cpu), we come and it's still in pieces. It took 1.5 hours to put back together. Also, they broke our cooler fan and tried to make it seem like they didn't know who did it, being me or them. It was them. That took another 45min to install a new one. We spent alot of time here when it was supposed to be a quick pick up So we finally got our pc home and 5 seconds after setting up, I LITERALLY get into bios. WOW.... that was so hard and so "impossible". Anyways I was able to solve my issue and was able to boot up the pc and reinstall the os properly. I'm literally high right now guys, and I can STILL figure out how to fix my own problem. How did these clowns get a job in IT. 4 people couldn't get into bios you guys, let that sink in. To anyone else with this specific problem, don't bring it here, you can message me and i can tell you the steps I took to repairing this issue. Do your best to youtube and google how to fix your own problem. Or find a local IT with good ratings in your area. Don't come to big chain stores like this. These losers dont know a thing about troubleshooting and repairing. This was equivalent to going to guitar center and asking the associates about guitars, they also know nothing about what they specialize in Don't bother replying to this, "business manager" your tech bar sucks

If you build your own pcs you know that MC is the place to go. Various YouTuber tech personalities come here like jay 2 cents and others. It's great that retail still exists and going there reminds me of the good old days . Friendly staff who knows their stuff. And good prices. The people who comment with a sub 3 star rating btw are obviously mistaken MC for Best Buy. My only critic: I'd wish there would be a store more mid city. It takes me an hour from LA. :)

UPDATE: "Josh" has reached out to me via email because he believes I can provide "valuable feedback." He claims to have called me yesterday, but I did not receive this, nor his voicemail. I gave him my phone number to verify, and told him to call me at 10:00am. He said he would. It's 11:16am, and he never called. Thanks for continually wasting my money and time. Even in his initial email to me, not only has there still been NO semblance of remorse or an apology, but he misspelled my name. Something as basic as that tells me everything I need to know. I am convinced there was no true interest in helping me -- they're probably just required to document that they "attempted" to rectify the situation. EDIT #2: Just updating that I've been running on only 16GB RAM since pickup since my second RAM stick was loose. Didn't even realize it until now! Truly the icing on the cake that they couldn't even put my stuff back together correctly.

they are unprofessional when the correct accounting of purchases were hidden from the account. best buy will put all transaction in the account. Micro NONE. I specify all asked to make certain all will appear on my account and none did. thousand of dollars missing and I have to do a serious audit of my card to search, payment info. also I was told about addition charges needed and I paid but those were the only one appearing in my account and it LOOKED KIME A double charge. scary looking to see if this company charges twice but with no recorded views I could not see clearly. and then I escalated to the service are and they promised to fix it and it was not. I was stupid to pirchase and extended two year Warranty but no electronic record. so they may deny service as no proof. I don't know what to do. a simple request honor your responsibility. put receipts in my account.

Okay I'm gonna out myself here; I have never been in a micro center. I had no idea what to expect. Like no expectations at all. I just knew that we needed a mount for my tv and my partner suggested we go to micro center. I found one on Yelp and off we went. This store is huge. I had no idea it would be this big. This is the place for all your electronic needs. Seriously they have all the devices and gadgets. A good amount of the electronics, I didn't even know what they were lol I'm outing myself really hard here lol But it seems like it's a one stop shop for any technology needs. Service was good, the customer service was nice. If you need help finding something, they are willing to help. And I found the mount that fits my tv. Yes! Score. Worth the trip.

Stellar customer service and employee attitude. Honestly I can order parts from Amazon but it's probably more expensive and I have to wait for delivery. That's where this gem of a place comes in. Highly recommend Micro Center and THIS location especially.

2 employees made me empty my pockets and actually went through my wallet after the security tag detector beeped when I was leaving the store. They actually shouted "Stop!" and jogged over to me as if I was about to run. It was super embarrassing. Turns out my wallet still had a small security tag inside since I had purchased it recently, and that's what triggered the sensor. But still I was treated like a thief and got searched in front of everyone checking out. I buy stuff on amazon or newegg now idk

Fixed my pc at a reasonable price. Sucks that I had to go back to reinstall an older version of windows because everything on my pc was nearly incompatible, but quick and reliable service, nonetheless.

Micro Center has fallen down from its good days. Now this store is musty, humid, and has a lot of bugs. The employees are not that helpful and just mind their own business, not asking if we need any help. When I tried to ask a few, they just walked away...Most of their items are out of stock. Some of their stuff is also overpriced. With a simple google search, I saw that compared to other stores, they marked up the prices by $20 more dollars or more, noted that it has a "on sale" sign. Not worth driving here. The only upside is the amount of pc cases they had. Showcase was nice, but other than that, Best Buy would probably be a better experience and usually on par or cheaper.

Bought a ssd to upgrade my storage for my pc and had trouble installing it and it was blank and had no operating system. Took it to the tech bar so they could resolve the issue paid $80 for them to do nothing and tell me it would take another $200 for them to install it and install windows.

FACTS: - Order # XXXX2303 placed on 11/29/24 at Black Friday prices. - E-mail notification sent out on 11/29/24 stating I have 3 calendar days to pick up the order or it will be cancelled. - Also important, the notification said not all items were available, but everything else except those specific ones can be picked up. - Called customer service / online chat, was told dates cannot be moved. Order will be cancelled, and I can place another order (they call them reservations) if I need to. - Order # XXXX6867 placed on 12/01/24 at Black Friday prices, per instructions from customer service e-mail. - No e-mail notifications for 3 days. - Receive notification that this order was cancelled by Microcenter because not all of the components requested were available (contradicting prior experience). List of "unavailable components" was blank. - Called customer service on 12/4/24, "someone from manager team" was supposed to call me back. - It has been almost 2 weeks. No call back. To place this order again, I have to place it AT FULL PRICE. I missed out on Black Friday deals elsewhere dealing with this place's BS. This place is a scam. Don't waste your time or money. They are shady AF and will take advantage of their convoluted rules and policies to screw you out of whatever you let them. Fry's left a void in the market, but these guys aren't the answer. Let 'em burn. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity on these thieves. Want me to take down this review? Keep your f'ing promises. Scumbags.

We had a fantastic experience at Microcenter thanks to their keyboard/mouse specialist, Eder. He went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing a keyboard and mouse. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and offered great recommendations. If you're looking for exceptional customer service and expert advice, Eder is the person to ask for.

First timer going to Microcenter (Tustin). Bought a bundle, put the PC together. Wouldn't boot, so I dropped off my computer Saturday. Told diagnostic would be done next day. Got a text it was on technician desk. No text all day. So I called in the next day, they said the tech went on lunch. Didn't receive a call all that day. So now I'm just getting the run around.

Well I am back at the nerd center! As the last standing, PC enthusiast focused, retailer, I probably will keep coming back for the rest of my life. Its been a few years since i set foot in this store and i am glad they invest in remodeling unlike the Fry's (remember that). Each time i need a quick, cheap, reliable PC and Micro center will just deliver! i always love refurbished deals that Micro center offers. Sometimes, you walk away with some really awesome deals. and this time, there is no exception. They somehow manage to grab bunch $499 MSRP laptop and sell them for $329 + tax. Thank you for delivering another great deal and keeping PC geek life alive!

This place is such a mixed bag. They'll stock new components as they release fine. But everything open box seems to be a gamble if it's electronics. Purchased one motherboard open box. Boots but no WiFi. RMA to Gigabyte and was told there was unrepairable damage. Return went alright. Got a second one to replace and it just doesn't go into bios either. I even asked if they would test it before I went out the store and they declined and just told me to return it if there was a problem. 3 stars for having stock and an easy to use website. One star off for not testing open box products for functionality or even testing it when asked before leaving the store. If you drive more than thirty minutes just get something new if it's critical to function. You won't be able to have a direct line to call in store.

The employee there are very nice and very helpful and extremely patient. We got filaments for our 3-D printer and we couldn't find certain colours and they looked high and low for it and we finally found them. The line was long, but it went quickly. Everybody seem to be in a good mood, even though it was crowded.

If you want it, they've got it. Clean well organized aisles are nice and wide for handicap.

Micro Center likely has any computer accessory you need at an excellent price! Its a HUGE store and it may be hard to find someone to help you or to find a product, but they got everything! I love the holiday deals they frequently have to save you $$$. If I'm shopping in person, I haven't found a better place for your computer needs! They have lots of other electronics like TVs and Stereos too. Check out their website for deals before you go!

My old Dell finally started slowing down, acting goofy, would blue screen but truth be told it was a 13 year old machine and my brother would bitch and complain that buying something like a Dell could be problematic because "you don't know what brand the power supply is" and "quit buying Norton". Anyway, off we go to get a new machine. I'm more knowledgeable about other things and not so much about computing because the technology changes so fast and as long as stuff runs, it really doesn't matter to me. Do I need something with bleeding edge gaming preformance? Nope, just give me a decent sized screen (for my aging eyes) and a full size keyboard (still rocking my Logitech K120 for my larger hands) and I'm golden. Unlike Best Buy, once you walk in a start looking around, you'll get someone's attention and they'll get a rep to assist you. Told him my budget and my brother goes full techobabble with the rep about specs and whatnot. Once we got my purchased squared away, my brother wanted a new mouse and was directed to a 'blue shirt' and found the mouse he wanted, on sale at that. Sales manager approached us before we checked out and thanked us for the purchase. Great place if you know what you're looking for but might get a bit lost but that's what reps are for (::coughsdobetterbestbuycoughs::)

Drove from Riverside and was worth the distance. Skye helped me gather the parts and helped me with my build. Onaje was my service tech and diagnosed my PC and built my current PC. Thank you Micro Center and look forward to going back for a new GPU.

I drove from Los Angeles to find the exact keyboard replacement for my son's gaming computer. Although I was not able to locate it, I was kindly assisted by an associate named Shalom who helped me hunt for a second choice. It was worth the drive and I appreciated the great customer service!

One of the few places left you can buy RAM, Hard Drives, and random computer components in person. Staff is always helpful and prices are competitive to online.

Not only do they have the best selection of computers around, but their prices are really good. I bought a new ASUS laptop for 499.99 and anywhere else it was almost 700.00.

Hands down, the best shop in Orange County for all things tech related. Vast selection and sometimes the special offers are amazing.

It has been a while since I went to Micro Center and I was surprised the renovations. It was easier to find products and looked clean. Associates were helpful without being overly pushy. Will definitely back tp purchase more tech

I only come here to recycle my electronics. It's in the back area and you can just put your stuff on a cart and wheel it up to them. Pretty painless and I found them pretty friendly.

So. MicroCenter. Let's start with the store: it's got everything you could want. Floor staff is hella knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I had Anthony helping me assemble all the parts for my first computer in over a decade. Anthony? He's awesome. Then I went to the "Tech Bar" for a custom buildup (I haven't had a computer in close to a decade, cut me some slack) and Bryan helped me there, getting my build scheduled and rung up. Not a bad deal. Had to wait about 24 hours, but it was chill. The build is the issue. It was built fine, and systems installed and updated. Awesome. But then when I got it home and begun to investigate it? Cable management is horrendous. To the point where I want to take it apart and make it look good before I've even plugged it in. Paulo really screwed the pooch with it. My pickup with Lily was easy, and she was excellent.

I think I found the best electronic retail store I have been to this definitely trumps best buy, costco, etc. I walked in needing a new laptop, guy asks me need any help we spoke a bit I said what I needed in a laptop he directed me showed me few options from Mac books to few gaming laptop, ultra books I settled on a Acer nitro which came with 16 GB ram I said I multi task alot for work the sales person said we can upgrade ram so he went in the back only found one stick 16 GB I ended up buying the laptop and one stick of ram he told me it's $30 for labor to install ram stick he told me that once they get the other one in stock they will wave the install fee for the second 16 GB stick. I Definitely come here for all my computing needs. Return policy is good is pretty fair.

This is probably my 5th time coming here. Previously family member got all the gaming guide tools needed to build a gaming system from scratch. Recently I had to get my personal laptop internal battery installed after purchasing from elsewhere as they didn't have in stock. The service was great. If you need any pc parts, accessories etc. come to this Micro-center.

There used to be a bunch of mice out to try. There aren't anymore. Your employees rarely listen and the customer service is frankly awful. While I could have them pull some out for me to try, what good is that if the customer service is bad?

Great buying experience and competitive prices. I drove up to Tustin from San Diego because I wanted to see and feel how an Acer-17, which I had been considering buying for a while now. I was greeted by a nice young man named Diego, who helped me throughout the buying process. He not only answered all my questions, but made sure no one bought the last of the models that I was considering. (I wound up getting an Acer-18.) The checkout process was easy, and I got 24 months interest free financing as I was walking into the store. I wish there was a Micro Center in San Diego, so I wouldn't have to drive to Tustin. (I really enjoy the tactile experience when considering a bigger ticket electronic item.)

Building a new computer can always get confusing. I'm on my third one and I still don't have 100% confidence when picking out parts to know whether or not they would be good to work together so I went to ask for help picking out parts and Joseph was very helpful on cyber Monday, it was incredibly busy but the staff was all friendly. Luckily, I didn't have much problem building the PC myself but I needed help installing windows on the new build, so I went back in and visited Micro Center again and Nate O. Help me very quickly and was polite as well. The staff is great and I definitely recommend checking out the store for any of your electronic needs.
