I recently stayed at this hotel which was rated as a 3-star establishment, and I was the lead guest for my reservation. Unfortunately, my entire stay was marred by the incompetence of the receptionist. Upon check-in, the receptionist displayed a shocking lack of knowledge regarding the hotel’s policies. Not only did they fail to mention the complimentary breakfast, but their overall demeanor left much to be desired.
During the check-out process, the receptionist’s actions were equally frustrating. They called me just 10 minutes before the official check-out time, displaying a complete lack of respect for guests’ time and privacy. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was a significant letdown.
Moreover, the disappointments did not end there. The hotel lacked basic amenities, including proper shower gel and utilities.
When you’re paying a certain amount for accommodation, you rightfully expect a certain level of service and privacy. Regrettably, this was not the case during my stay, primarily due to the receptionist’s incompetence. With such a poor experience, the only thing this hotel managed to check-in was my disappointment.
