Middleton Lodge Estate

We got married at Middleton Lodge Estate and it was absolutely superb — such a stunning venue with incredible staff. Even our vendors commented on how easy the event team is to work with. Beyond the wedding, we’ve stayed on the estate four times in different rooms: the Dog House, a Coach House room, the Undercroft (perfect for bridal prep on the wedding morning), and most recently the Dairy Room with a hot tub — our favourites were the Dog House and Dairy Room. The Coach House is excellent for food, always fresh in line with their estate-to-plate ethos. At Christmas, the estate is beautifully decorated with festive lights, adding an extra special touch. Truly a magical place to celebrate and stay!

My husband and I were married at Middleton Lodge on 22nd November 2025, and in a word, it was sensational. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The venue itself is breathtaking - elegant, cosy, and the epitome of quiet luxury. All of the food we had was truly outstanding: from our wedding meal, the Gin Terrace, breakfast, and the Coach House. The spa is also absolutely gorgeous - the perfect retreat during an already magical stay. The staff were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to make our whole experience perfect. The events and wedding team truly made our wedding what it was, we couldn’t have done it without them. A special thank you goes to Evie, our incredible wedding coordinator, whose support and expertise were invaluable. Middleton Lodge will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we will absolutely make every effort to return. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

We have just had our wedding in The Fig House at Middleton Lodge at the end of October 2025 and it was literally the best day! We are both still talking about what a perfect day it was and how smooth everything ran. If you are considering booking your wedding at Middleton Lodge - do not hesitate - you will not regret it! ||Rosie Bell was our wedding coordinator. From the initial call to the day after the wedding she was on hand to answer all of our questions and put our mind at ease with any concerns we had. The day ran absolutely faultlessly and we cannot thank Rosie enough for all her hard work and dedication. She really made the day perfect and we had so many compliments from our guests on the coordination on the day, the food and the venue overall. Nothing was too big a request and it really was the little touches which made the day so perfect. For example during the drinks reception, me and my husband were taken into another room to have 5 minutes together and they had a tray of the canapes waiting for us in there. These small details just made everything so fantastic and the attention to detail was just faultless. Neither of us had to worry about anything during the day as everything was just coordinated so perfectly that it meant we just had the best day and it's clear to see why Middleton Lodge is such a popular wedding venue.||Thank you so much to everyone at Middleton Lodge and especially to Rosie, who ensured we had the most perfect wedding day! We will be returning for our anniversary next year and are we are already so excited to come back!

We got married at Middleton Lodge and can’t thank everybody enough for making the weekend so special for us. We had an amazing time, and it was largely down to the brilliant organisation from Steph and Rosie, and immaculate attention to detail from all of the staff on the day and over the weekend. We had visited the venue numerous times in the lead up to the wedding and always loved it from our own experiences but it was so nice to receive feedback that all of our guests loved it as much as us. Everybody was so complimentary of how smoothly the day ran, how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue and all of the rooms were, something we had already experienced but that felt even better on this occasion. Whilst every member of staff that we encountered from the Coach House team was great, we would like to give special mention to Tom, who exemplifies customer service at the highest level. He went above and beyond all weekend to ensure we were happy with everything, including sorting out a bit of a mix up with the private room on the Friday night. Every person we dealt with throughout the process was so helpful and we could not be happier that we chose Middleton Lodge for our wedding weekend. We will continue to go back again and again and would highly recommend it as a place to get married but also as a place to spend a long weekend as well. A very special place!

It is gorgeous. We stayed overnight and used the spa with a treatment and also went to the restaurant. |I loved how small the spa was. Not crowded and great for relaxing - there isn't loads of facilities on offer but i loved the cold plunge the most! |The treatment was a massage and was lovely. The food was also really nice for lunch. The restaurant was nice but a small menu. We really wanted to try the tasting menu but trying to find a date where we could do the spa, menu and overnight stay was becoming tiresome - so we just opted for the normal restaurant. |The grounds are gorgeous and yes i would recommend it. The room we stayed in was the Dairy, i absolutely loved it. Free standing bath and a shower with a large bed.

I have visited 3 times to Middleton lodge, I have been a wedding guest for the day, a bridesmaid staying at the venue for 2 nights and a visit to the Forest Spa on my most recent visit. I must say the place is impeccable. The most beautiful place for a wedding and they have it so well organised that being part of the wedding party you do not interact with anyone from the general public. There are so many different places and rooms that are all so well done. The spa is my absolute favourite, I have been to many spas and feel like I am a bit of a snob at times but I seriously could not fault this place. It was so warm and cosy, only a few other guests so never felt like I was in anyone’s way. Staff are very attentive and the treatment was perfect from Sharnelle. I would highly recommend this place. If I had to pick one negative it would be to have a little more choice of the spa food menu but the food itself|from the weddings, food on site and food at the spa were all very delicious. Amazing, as always. We go back to Middleton every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it never fails to dissapoint. We stayed in the Tack room which was amazing (pictures attached). Thank you for a wonderful, cosy and relaxing stay.

Wow... where to start! We got married at the Fig House and Walled Garden this week and it was absolutely beautiful, and an incredible day from start to finish. The gardens are stunning and so vibrant, and The Fig House itself looks just like an Italian villa. Our wedding coordinator was Evie, and I don't think there could have been anyone more dedicated or more wonderful at her job. Evie was exceptional from the early planning stages to the end of our day, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was and how smoothly the day ran, and I must agree that the canapes were to die for! Ross, who led the catering and service team, was phenomenal and such a lovely personality to have around on the day. I stayed at Middleton Lodge in a dairy estate room the night before, and the honeymoon suite the following day and both rooms were exquisitely decorated and looked as if they'd been plucked from a Neptune showroom. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. If you are considering having your wedding here, I promise you won't regret it. Evie, thank you so much for everything, we are eternally grateful.
