This could only be at the top of the list as it is one of the most outstanding restaurants in Toulouse. This is traditional and local bistro food—usually served with a twist (gin and tonic baba’s are a true revelation)! There is enough choice for even the pickiest eater, and don’t fret, everything is made on the premises! Highlights include foie gras, duck chimichurri and their seasonal ravioli. The decor is simple and aesthetically pleasing, service is familial and honest — and it comes with a complimentary shot of Sailor Jerry at the end of the meal! Come for lunch, dinner or brunch, it’s open from midi to minuit!

Very bad experience, we went and waited for almost 10 minutes inside the restaurant for someone to offer us the seats despite half of the restaurant was empty. We had to wait too long every time for the waiter to come and take order and then order more sauce for the fries it took us forever to get it without getting it after all. The waiter allowed to us was busy chatting with someone at the cash counter, never bothered to come even once to ask if we needed anything else, we had to sign him from far several times to get his attention in order to get out water jug refilled or to ask if we could have more mayonnaise for our fries. He, almost in a derogatory and preaching tone, told us to wait for 2 seconds but apparently those 2 seconds never passed for him and he never returned with what we asked for except directly with a bill and a fake, pretentious and condescending smile and look ! The food is ok, too pricey for the quantity they serve, you need to order minimum 2 plates/person if you are going for small plates. It was not worth at all for the price I had to pay. The bottle of wine was cheap, not any particular label but a general carton box quality that we paid expensive and were disappointed. Overall, I will never go back to this place !

Amazing diner. We tried very local cuisine and everything was cooked with love and delicacy. The staff was friendly. They have amazing young natural wines. Will come back every time I visit the city Highly recommended!

Tasty tapas place! My favorites were the duck breast, baked Camembert cheese, the chocolate parfait ( more like chocolate mouse cake). The beef slices were nice looking but was a little bit too tough/ not tender enough for my standard.

Very overpriced food - wouldn't recommend. Maybe we got unlucky with the menu, but the food was rather unspecial and just not good. We ordered mainly vegetarian dishes (oeuf parfait, a peanut soup with arepas and falafel). The oeuf parfait was really good, however, the falafel and arepa were super dry and tasteless and the peanut soup was very sour and vinegary.

This is a great restaurant we’ve been to many times. However, tonight after waiting twenty plus minutes just to see the menu when I went to find one I was hit with the menu with a firm French “non”. Hysterically bad service but great food well come back 🤣

I really loved this place! I walked past it on my way to my hotel, and it looked cosy. Staff speaks english and will help you if you need it, even with translating everything on the menu! Loved the recommendation of the 'plate du jour' and ordered the meat one. It was really good, it looked amazing! Food was quick and the staff was amazing!

Given such enthusiastic ratings, perhaps I just got unlucky with the menu. I went for dinner, and although the food wasn't bad... it wasn't great either. Pretty overpriced, imo. You can get much better in Toulouse for a lot less

Exquisite place, with fine dining at what I'd consider a reasonable price. Got three different small plates and a bottle of wine (spllit with three friends) and ended quite full
