I am giving 2 starts out of 5. One star for the beautiful apartment and location, one star for the great service we sometimes had. The apartment and its location are amazing! The service was good, until we arrived. Officially you are allowed to check in at 3PM, but at 3:30 I still had not heard anything (I would receive a text message if the apartment was ready). We had a baby with us, who needed to sleep. So I messaged them to ask if the apartment is ready, they messaged back: yes you can pick up the key. Finally at the rental office, they said the key wasn’t there, because the apartment wasn’t ready yet, so they had lied!!! This was at 4:15 PM. At that time I received a phone call as well to tell me the apartment wasn’t ready. I asked if the baby could at least get in to sleep. The answer was no and they were very sorry. I asked for a solution, that was 20% discount on the first night. Of course that’s not a solution! Also I asked when the apartment would be ready, she said: in 1,5 hours (!!!!!!!!). We had to book a hotel room for 130 euros, because the baby needed a bed to sleep!
Finally at 5:15 pm I received a message I could pick up the key. Apartment is gorgeous, but one of the beds is horrific.
So I wonder what their solution is going to be, except for the discount, which they made 50% on the first night.
