Compared with experiences in other countries, other clubs, the only amazing thing is the fact that it's so expensive that you always have a place. the team is amazing, it's fun, the cold towel really helpful after a training, but it feels experience could be improved to match the pricing, i'll just name what is present in competitors that I don't find here: little ecobags to take wet clothes of, dyson hairdryer, big space in changing rooms (Amplify), great booking app (SmartAss), more solid running courses that match your speed (Episod). Overall a nice bootcamp, teachers are great, but could / should do slightly better to justify the 35-40€ per session. I guess it's good to network because talks in changing rooms are a lot about people comparing which swimming pool / spa is best (Ritz vs Crillon vs...) I guess I wasn't so comfortable with the Elite atmosphere that don't match the equipment. Great vibe in the sessions, I like the pairing they systematic put. More challenging than some other places on + side with great athletes attending :)

If you are looking for the best workout in the world with the best community and trainer than look no further than Midtown and Manu! There are a lot of workout studios throughout the world that claim to be the best in the world and nothing is better than Midtown and Manu. This is a community that all consistently show up to mentally and physically train like athletes. I've traveled all over the world and trained with many trainers... Manu and the community he has built are the actual best. He knows exactly what to do to push you to your physical and mental best and is a physiology and mental performance genius!

Best workout! I’ve been going several times a week now for more than five years. Manu and his team are super motivating and help you get in top shape…plus it’s fun. A gem of a little fitness community in Paris.

I moved to Paris a short time ago and went trying tons of gyms in town looking for something intense and with a good community. Manu and his crew are the tops in town. They’re well equipped and it’s sparkling clean with very high quality extras. They give everyone tailored feedback and help; knowing when to push you, when to correct your form and when to lay off you a bit. This is the place to go if you want an intense workout but don’t want to be intimidated.Their culture accepts all ages, fitness levels and locals/expats/travelers...as long as you willing to give full effort.

It was great!! No matter what, they will push you, and you will sweat... like a lot. When you’re in Paris for a longer time you will get lazy and won’t do as much sport as at home. So it’s a very good exercise to keep your condition up. I literally had sore muscles for like three or four days, so yeah... it was really intense. They speak English so you won’t have any problems following the program even if you don’t speak french. I’m looking forward to my next stay in Paris and will definitely visit again!

Hardest bootcamp in Paris... but with the nicest people ! Awesome dedicated coaches and managers, highly motivated clients, nice facilities and juice bar. It's tough and you sweat a lot but the vibes are great overall !

Great place for a hardcore workout, but some things could be improved - no warm up, no cool down (dangerous!!) and would love if there were accommodations for a variety of fitness levels (e.g. 20m, 30m or 40m goals on the treadmill)… Would still go again though!
