"Done skiing, I set out to investigate two things Bend has in abundance: food truck pods and breweries. At the Midtown Yacht Club, one of the newer pods, food trucks and a permanent bar border a graveled open space with seating and fire pits." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Tried the pizza week special from the P!zza food truck. One of the most unique yet still delicious and flavorful pizzas i've ever experienced. The head of fun round off trivia going on and good atmosphere. Bummed there was no water available in the big sports cooler while I waited for my pie so I left to eat drink elsewhere

Matthew Krunglevich

Google
Another excellent find for food and drinks. Classic outdoor food lot with 5+ different food cuisines. Indoor space is open industrial with ample seating that flows outside. Family friendly with live music. Plenty of beer and wine to choose from. I enjoyed that they selected several breweries from outside the area, and are hosting other beer events. Prices as expected. A much needed asset in the NE side of Bend..

Google
It's a simple idea: pair food trucks with a central tap house, provide tables, enjoy. They nailed it. The truck options are excellent (though I usually just go BarRio - never been disappointed), the tap room has great choices and the overall vibe, rustic, social, casual, is just my style

Google
i’ve been hesitant about stopping at this place for quite a while just because of the name me and my wife decided to give it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. It was dog friendly wide variety of beers comfortable inside like the atmosphere good choice of food carts. I’ll definitely come back

Ami Bhatia

Google
The food’s not great. Like, frozen food is better. The beer list isn’t great but they do sometimes have a rare beer on tap! The atmosphere can be okay. If you’re a person of color or queer, try to avoid staff and the manager or you’ll get the stink eye.

Google
Have stopped by here a couple of times while visiting Bend. Wonderful variety of carts and beer/drinks. Outdoor and indoor seating available.

Google
A happy vibe here with several food Trucks Inc lots of vegan choices (tougher to find in Bend) , good beer choice too. In the sun today it was marvellous

Steve Moreland

Google
Used to love this place.😑 Great choice of food trucks and beverages. The fire pits aren't running or as large as they once were. No longer my place. Don't be disappointed like me. 😵‍💫

Yelp
We had a great dinner here. It's a permanent food cart pod with a bunch of indoor and seating, and a building that sells beverages and has bathrooms, etc. They have a great selection of NA drinks in cans, plus a bunch of beer and cider and other things on tap. It was busy here on a Monday night but our food came out quickly. There's a good selection of food carts for different dietary restrictions and preferences. I got a tostada salad (with added chicken) from Barrio, it was delicious and a big portion. My spouse got a small cheesy bread and Caesar salad from the pizza cart. I also got a cider on tap -- the bartender was very friendly and let me sample a couple of ciders and even gave me some suggestions. I finished my meal with a sweet and refreshing vegan milkshake from Lively Up Yourself.

Jeff S.

Yelp
Always great beer. Food trucks give you options for everyone and are pretty consistent.

Steve L.

Yelp
I've been here before a couple times. Always great seating. Good atmosphere, and nice drink choices. People are always polite, and staff inside is helpful when it comes to deciding what to drink. However, this time I brought my wife because I thought she would like it. Our experience was not great this time. Taco shop was closed for an hour so we couldn't get that. Tot truck was closed. Hot dog truck had a sign inside advertising veggie dogs, but apparently they didn't ACTUALLY have those. So we decided on a Margherita Pizza and a Caesar Salad. They were fine. The house made ranch was the star of the show and the Caesar dressing was pretty good for the salad. It just sucks that so many places were not available and she didn't get to have a good experience. Our couples rating was a 2 star experience, but mixed with my 4 star experience alone I'll give it a 3. However I don't know if I'll be back there again next time I bring our football team to town with how many other choices that are available.

Martina C.

Yelp
Well if you need variety, you've got it. A tap house with beer, wine and cider to drink on site and for purchase. Multiple food carts to suit multiple tastes, huge outdoor seating area and a bathroom. Ding ding ding. You've got it here at Midtown Yacht Club. I can't leave a review for any of the Carts on site to cloud your view because my service here was excellent. I walked in to what looked like a pretty long line but it took maybe 2 minutes to go through. They were fast and nice and moving the line through quickly. We will be back again next time we are in Bend!!

Alicia W.

Yelp
Large option of food carts, on tap drinks, and bottled. Indoor and outdoors options so the weather isn't a problem. More seating availability than most lots. I like getting their frozen cocktails when available.

Anna C.

Yelp
Lots of food truck options, you won't know what to choose everything smells so good. There is a large outdoor space and an inside with beer on tap. There is beer, seltzers, and other dinks available in the fridge. It's not a quiet place and it was very busy when we were there. The food was great 15-20 minute wait. Pizza was flavorful and a crowd favorite. Pulled pork was delicious! Mediterranean food had a delicious garlic sauce- you must get for fries! I recommend coming here with a group, there is something for everyone- as long as you don't want a cocktail.

Matthew K.

Yelp
Great variety of food .good drinks Friendly staff I highly recommend it . Love the Vegan options

kiathompson85 ..

Yelp
Really enjoyed this spot! Went with a group of 6 for a family outing. Lots of seating outside with misters and umbrellas for some shade. We tried food from 4 different trucks and everything was delicious. I especially liked the Vegan chicken sandwich from Lively Up Yourself. Tons of drink options and non alcoholic options as well. Highly recommend checking this spot out. Very dog friendly as well.

Bethany D.

Yelp
Went here based on a local recommendation. Did not disappoint. Lots of options to fit everyone's cravings.

Ashley M.

Yelp
Rough time here. We came for dinner - at least 90 mins before closing on a Friday night, and it was clear that the staff didn't want to be there and wanted all the customers to leave as soon as possible. As we were eating outside they started clearing out and stacking chairs all around us! We still had at least 30 mins of open time! I could understand closing up early on a Wednesday or a slow night, but on a weekend?! We didn't feel welcomed and probably won't go here again.

Alan L.

Yelp
Our family which includes 3 vegans, 1 vegeterian and me , a regular meat eater went for dinner and drinks at the Midtown Yacht Club. There is something for every group of eaters and drinkers. 3 of us tried Shim Shon and Isralie Food Truck. 2 orders of SHIMSHON BOWL. Hummus, Pickled Veggies, Greens, Israeli Salad (marinated tomato + cucumber) and Falafel. I had the STUFFED PITA.Pita Stuffed with Hummus, Pickled Veggies, Israeli Salad, Greens, Feta, Amba, Tahina, A Few Fries, I went with the Chicken Shawarma . Serving size for the Bowl's were good. My Pita was packed but not big enough for a $15 charge. My grandaughter and Son tried Lively Up Yourself Food Truck. "Fake " Mac and Cheese and "Fake" Chicken nuggets with French Fries were ordered. All was enjoyed.

Sheri B.

Yelp
It's always so packed there, which must mean it's a hit with folks. I've been a couple of times, but each time I went, the cart I wanted to visit was closed, and only a few others were open. Maybe I just picked the wrong times to go.

Lauren M.

Yelp
This place is a vibe! Super busy for a Tuesday! Maybe I don't hate central Oregon after all! The misters are so nice especially since it's insanely hot here! Learning to like central Oregon one food truck at a time!

Sharad S.

Yelp
A unique experience. Both inside and outside seating , self service , a host of beers to choose from and Food Trucks - with various cuisines. Loved couple of beers which I tried and our party tried 3 of the food trucks - Pizza , Tots and Mexican one. All pretty good.

Beverly C.

Yelp
Great food trucks and a spot to enjoy good local beer and a great, dog friendly space. Folks that work there are super nice and attentive.

Divya C.

Yelp
Great food, beer and a super laidback vibe. Dog friendly too. Loved the Israeli street food!

Skadi M.

Yelp
So many delicious options, it's hard to choose. The pizza truck has interesting and tasty options with some of the best pizza crust around. Lively Up's vegan mac burritos are outstanding! Sushi is super fresh! Fun tots. Great beer selection. Super dog-friendly. They have misters on the hot days and fire pits on cold days. Highly recommended.

Natalie H.

Yelp
Seltzer and Beer were tasty! Fast & friendly service! Love the casual vibe! Indoor/Out door seating surrounded by food trucks. I had a chicken schwarma bowl and my husband had a pizza and tots - all were delicious, especially with the drinks! Would definitely come back for the food, drinks, and ambiance!

Tammy W.

Yelp
Great place to come when the weather is nice! There are a bunch of food trucks and you can order drinks from the bar. There was also live music when I went. There was a bit of a wait to get a drink, but I timed it with ordering/waiting for my food, so it was okay. I walked here from my Airbnb but parking looks to be tight so a heads up if you're driving that you may need to walk a bit!

Robin S.

Yelp
The latest food truck pod/tap house to open in Bend (after the Crosscut Warming Hut opened a short while ago), Midtown Yacht Club serves an area of the city short on drinking establishments, at least in terms of walking distance. The tap house is new, built from the ground up and is fairly spacious. It's also airy with large windows, making it more an enclosed patio. They have about ten beer taps plus wine, cider and (maybe, I didn't check) kombucha. Beer prices are reasonable: $5 per pint. Outside, there's a large open area with picnic and smaller tables, with lots of shade provided by awnings and umbrellas. Six food trucks line the back of the lot, along with a snow cone vendor inside. Tots, Alley Dogz, Lively Up Yourself, Cowboy Pasta, Thai 2 Go, and Barrio. I may have missed one. Social distancing protocols - including spacing of the tables - and sanitizing seem robust.

Leslie D.

Yelp
We've eaten here several times and and the food and brew's are great. Plenty of seating in park setting with lots shade. This is pet friendly area. I recommend eating here. We had the tacos and gyro.

Noaa B.

Yelp
This place is really cool! It's very central but still a little tucked away. There are about 5 food trucks there and beer on tap as well as beer and wine in a can and bottle. Plenty of space to sit and chit chat. There's shade and big picnic tables. Great selection of beers/ciders/wine and even kambucha. There's also CBD water, soda and tea. So whether you drink or not, there are plenty of options. They are also typically open till 10 pm which is later than most similar places. Check this place out!

William I.

Yelp
Cool taproom just off the beaten path. Very nice variety with food options. Broad beer & other beverage selection to boot.

Gem T.

Yelp
I'm really liking Midtown Yacht Club. Nice folks, good vibes. Option of indoor and outdoor seating. They have misters during the summers There's always a beer that the husband like and a sweet cider for me. There's a good selection of food trucks. So far we have tried 4 of them and so far so good. I just wish parking was better though.

Bacong F.

Yelp
Tried their ciders and loved it! We enjoyed our visit here with the variety of food trucks. The misters were great on a hot OR day. Water was also available by the bar in the huge Gatorade coolers.

Laura L.

Yelp
Food carts are great, service is great, atmosphere is great. They cover/ close off a good section of the patio in the winter for additional warm seating. Always a fun time.

Courtney S.

Yelp
We loved visiting Midtown Yacht Club! Super cool atmosphere with plenty of seating. We loved the variety of food trucks to pick from. It felt like there was truly something for everybody. Of course there were plenty of choices for beers and ciders as well, and the bartenders were very friendly! We would definitely visit again next time we're in Bend.

Brian O.

Yelp
Great location with great selection of food trucks and beers. We were hesitant to come here as it always looks so busy and parking can be a challenge. I'm sorry we waited so long and really enjoyed everything about Midtown Yacht Club. The food selection is currently excellent and we couldn't ask for better options as most people could find a tasty dish. The staff was excellent and very helpful plus very quick to help in any way possible. If you're anything like us and don't like lines and crowds you'll be pleasantly surprised at how large their space lives and the selection of awesome options. Give it a try if you're in town or hanging on the East side.

Jamie O.

Yelp
Of the many food truck lots in Bend, this isn't my favorite. Went over the weekend and 2 of the trucks were closed even though the website said they were open that day. We ended up getting a drink then looking at the open trucks and not wanting any of the food, so we ended up leaving and eating lunch elsewhere. All that was open was vegan comfort food, Barrio, tots, Israeli food and sushi. It was a little disappointing. Parking - only street parking.

D M.

Yelp
Great spot with great taps and food trucks with amazing food. Haven't gotten something I haven't liked.

Taylor T.

Yelp
Super awesome place! Perfect for families and their dogs! Tons of variety. Outdoor or indoor seating with fire pits.

Juli P.

Yelp
Great place for some outdoor dining with plenty of variety, 6 food trucks serving up Mac n cheese, falafel, hot dogs and Cuban sliders. There's something for everyone. Casual, fun and dog friendly

Don F.

Yelp
Hop on board! Hi time you joined the Midtown Yacht Club! What? No yacht? No ocean? No worries! This food truck hub set sail a while back and has been riding a wave of success ever since. Lots of picnic tables under shade sails, lots of indoor seating too, with sports on several TVs, if that's what you'rr a likin'. A wide selection of grog (beer, wine, ciders), and half a dozen excellent food trucks from which to draw your rations to stave off the scurvy! The newest addition is offering "Jewish Street food", read- kebabs, stuffed pita pockets, and mid-eastern salads. We sampled their fare this trip - delicious! One of the busiest windows at the yacht club. Another favorite is the Bario Mexican food truck. 3 types of tacos, burritos, etc, all top quality. Pasta in a bread bowl, Tater tots+proteins, even a vegan truck and a hot dog truck round out the choices. The beer selection inside the open air pub will quench the thirst of any landlubber and plenty of seating in or out.

Scott B.

Yelp
Great place to grab a beer alone or with a group of friends. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor options (when the pandemic allows). 6 food trucks with plenty of options. Outside of the draft selections they have coolers of options for everyone's taste.

Nancy Z.

Yelp
The Bend food truck scene is definitely the spot to be! We were pleasantly surprised by the different flavors and options at the midtown yacht club. Highly recommend the Mezze Platter from Shim Shon Israeli Street Food and fried anything from Tots! Make it a perfect evening some beer on tap and live music.

Rick C.

Yelp
We ate here during a visit to Bend in May 2023. We got food from two different trucks. Both were great. Fun atmosphere and plenty of seating too. Dog friendly. Recommended.

Mr. A.

Yelp
It has great options and great beer on tap. You can sit inside or outside. It's a really nice place. However, it's so nice that it's packed most of the time.

Anthony S.

Yelp
Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good centralized location with a great vibe! Good draft beer list and canned options in the coolers. Good selection of food trucks and the fire pits are tended to constantly during the colder months. Nice open air atmosphere too!

Paul W.

Yelp
This is a super fun place with many food trucks . Great ambience , lots of fire pits . Everyone having a great time including a few pups ( which is a plus)

Micah H.

Yelp
Awesome food choices. Don't pass up the fresh sushi cart. Best in town!! Super fresh fish and the ginger is spicy!!

SAli H.

Yelp
Loved this cute food truck pod. Good food options and seating sections. They had me at Barrio! Mmmmm. Friendly workers too. Gave us an umbrella which made lunch really comfortable. Will be back!

Ashley M.

Yelp
Great selection and ambiance! I love the vegan food cart and the Mediterranean! Barrio is always bomb and the hotdog cart had great vegan options as well!

Jane F.

Yelp
So much fun, need trendy food trucks. Especially loved Barrio. It was a little chilly hopefully restaurants will fully open soon for dine in.

Jake J.

Yelp
This place is a super cool outdoor beer bar. They have a great beer selection I think they even had tripping animals

Chris S.

Yelp
I just moved to Oregon and this was the first spot my new roommate and I went to when I first came into town. I've been back a few times already. Great location, great beer selection, and the Thai food truck there is phenomenal.

Rene S.

Yelp
There are several wonderful trucks at this location. We love Northwest Fresh, Barrio, Israelí Street Food, and hot dog truck. Sorry, can't remember the names. North West Fresh has a wonderful Tempura Shrimp Poke Bowl to die for. My new fav. Good beer too. IPAs are our go-to.

Casey S.

Yelp
Great variety of food and beer selection. Nice mix of indoor/outdoor tables with friendly workers all around.

Karen H.

Yelp
Saw that Midtown was open so my friend and I decided to stop by. WOW! Of course, beer and other refreshments were available. Several food trucks with an eclectic range of choices. The seating area is nice and clean. The location is easy to access on foot or by car. So happy to see that the food trucks in Bend are all doing well. This place gets a definite thumbs up from me.

Wenqian C.

Yelp
This place is so vibrant! Wide variety of beers/ciders etc. food tracks are great. Although I would like to see more variety of food options. But overall, no complaint at all!
