Got the bacalhau a bras; if you’re in cheesy mode, would recommend the Francesinha (cheese-layered meat sandwich)…

I had a meal at Miguel Castro e Silva in the Time Out Market, and overall, the food was good. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced. I was expecting a bit more of a "wow" factor, but it was still an enjoyable meal. The convenience of the market setting makes it a great spot to grab a quality bite while exploring other food options.

Got the Bacalhau À Bras. The timeout market is incredibly busy, it took a good 15 to 20 minutes before the food was ready. Considering this place was located in the market, it was actually pretty decent.

During my trip to Lisbon from April 21 to 24, I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant and enjoying what I can confidently say is the best grilled tuna I’ve ever tasted. The dish was a true testament to excellent culinary skill—the surface was beautifully crispy, and cutting into it revealed a stunning pink cross-section. The contrast between the crisp exterior and the soft, juicy, flavorful interior made it an unforgettable experience. Every bite was perfectly cooked and full of rich tuna taste. I’d also like to extend my compliments to the serving staff, who were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly and cheerful. Their warm service created a welcoming atmosphere and made the meal all the more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional dining experience.

We got the octopus with rice and squid with black rice. They looked so nice BUT both were rubber like my mom’s Flipflops lol we couldn’t even cut into them without sawing at the table💔 30€ down the drain

Absolutely delicious!!! We had the octopus rice and cod with potato and scrambled, both were exceptional. Highly recommended. Green wine very fresh and inexpensive. Atmosphere in the time out market always makes for an exciting experience.

The food was not bad but I certainly expected more from the name alone and have eaten much better for a fraction of the prize in a better atmosphere. The fish cakes were really dry and the tomato rice with seafood was under seasoned. The salad was really good. It was nearly impossible to find a place to sit down on a Friday at 3pm. We tried for almost 25 minutes. I didn't enjoy the whole food market - it was too busy and finding a place to sit was too hard. We also waited in queue for almost 20 minutes plus 25 minutes waiting for the food to arrive. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I wouldn't go there again (the food market in general).

I ordered octopus and rice. The octopus cooked perfectly, and the paprika and tomato taste dominant for the rice. It’s really good if you’re looking for hot food

Didn't really understand the hype around the tuna tartar, it was just okay. The octopus rice on the other hand was cooked perfectly!
