MiiT Coffee

A very cool spot with a super convenient location. There are plenty of seating options, and I really appreciated that some areas have rules restricting laptop use during certain hours. It's a refreshing change, especially since so many cafés have turned into free co-working spaces. They have a great selection of specialty beans for filter coffee. I usually stick to espresso, but I noticed some unique beans with notes of bubblegum, strawberry, and watermelon candy from the Netherlands. It was such a surprising and delightful experience-flavors I never expected in coffee! On my next visit, I tried a more classic fruity filter coffee, and it was equally delicious. I also indulged in a slice of chocolate cake, which was just perfect. The staff has an amazing vibe-friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The music was also on point: chill electronic beats that added to the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Come try it out and discover something new for yourself!

Lunch offer. Salad + soup = 8.50 €. Very light, not filling. Mango Marakuja cake 5 euro, taste 6/10.

Amazing food. After long deliberation i chose jackfruit 🌮 tacos..wow!! Side order of Nachos. My friend had mushroom burger and sweet potatoe fries...good choice all round..we took home a nutty 'snickers' bar' and a chocolate coconut bar...yum 🙌

Great cafe, nice atmosphere, good music, they play just modern chart music. The cacao (hot chocolate was very plain and ordinary) so I give just 2 stars and that’s for the boring hot chocolate. Also it was over priced compared so some other places .

Absolutely brilliant vegan food, I'll be back again this week. A new thing on me is the 'chia caviar' ! I loved the pistachio tart, hope to get another one of those. Vegan food heaven.

I have mixed feelings. Their food is good but not great. Plating /food presentation leaves something to be desired. Prices are too high for what you get. And yet, I really appreciate how many vegan options they have and the variety of their options. The best thing I tried was the vegan tiramisu. One of the best vegan tiramisus I’ve had. I really enjoyed the taste and texture but it was way too sweet. Half the sugar would have been much better. Their vegan LOX toast and apple crepes were ok. The toast had some great flavors but would have worked much better on a dark rye bread vs the stale-feeling white sponge bread it came on. The crepe tasted good but was too sweet and too greasy. The yogurt with granola was offensive. The granola was beyond stale —like so chewy we couldn’t eat it (the granola also had no flavor—how can you mess up granola?). And it was not mentioned on the menu that the yogurt was sweetened and flavored. So again, too much sugar. The place itself is cozy and staff was friendly.

We visited the café for breakfast and chose the English breakfast. Instead of scrambled eggs, we were served fried eggs with burnt edges and overcooked yolks. The vegan sausage was cold. The coffee, priced at around €4, was burnt and had a sour taste. Additionally, we noticed the staff eating in the dining area, which was unusual. As residents of Latvia, we expected a menu in our native language, but it was only available in English. The price did not match the quality, as we paid €34 for two and were left disappointed. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The potato pancakes with chia caviar and carrot salmon toast were good. The vegan English breakfast was just OK. The service was good. I would return to try the waffles or pancakes /crepes but my hubby didn't like the food. Still recommend the MiiT Coffee, visit it at least once.
