Mikalo House

Stay was nearly perfect - the room was clean and well laid out, bathroom facilities were great, and the location was EXCELLENT! I was thrilled that it was a quiet hostel. ||However, on the first night, the peace was disturbed by a guest checking in after midnight. While everyone in the room was in bed, the guest loudly interrupted our sleep, turned the lights on, and spent almost 30 minutes trying to introduce herself, failing to take the hint that it was late and people wanted to sleep. |Please be aware that this is not a party hostel.

Very nice place, comfy bed for a hostel, clean place and a nice host. The kitchen is well furnished. I had a pleasant stay.

Great hostel inside the old town. Nice clean beds and clean bathrooms. Location is fantastic. The lady working there named Ira was absolutely wonderful, she helped me plan my visit to Vilnius and guided me to all the cool places around town.

The house was such a warm atmosphere, the staff super friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing - its in a little corner of a street that leads to a beautiful old church and lights. The entire city is beautiful. The hostel is so Nice - super cozy and clean! Recommended!

We loved The Mikalo House. Very friendly place, we had a private room. The bed was a bit soft but we slept so well. Very quiet. We had a small|Balcony over looking the inner yard and the side of a church. Loved the bells on Sunday morning. ||The bathroom was basic but very clean. Excellent shower and lots of hot water. ||Great cafe downstairs with access from the garden.coffee and food delicious. ||The reason I’m giving this a 5 /5 is apart from excellent value for money the receptionist Ira is so friendly and helpful. We got great tips from her. |Highly recommend- we are an older couple early sixties. Very happy and comfortable there.

Free parking in backyard, steep staircase, rooms need fast small fixes, like curtains or rulos

location in the city center in a very convenient place where you are closer to everything you need, the hostel itself is impeccable with its cozy and comfortable rooms. I was very pleased with the pleasant and warm welcome of the friendly wonderful staff, especially Ira and Sveta, they helped me with everything I needed, and you can pay by card. I hope I will stay here again another time. Thanks for everything
