Mikasa Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Ibiza, perfect for those seeking a refined yet relaxed stay—away from the crowds but with an unforgettable view. One of the hotel’s standout features is the panoramic terrace, offering a stunning view of Dalt Vila, the old town of Ibiza. At sunset, the golden light over the ancient walls creates a magical atmosphere—ideal for enjoying a drink or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery. Another detail that makes a real difference is the breakfast, served every morning from 8 AM to 12 PM—a generous time frame that suits the island’s laid-back rhythm. But what truly stands out is the cleanliness of the rooms: everything is spotless and carefully maintained, with a fresh and tidy feeling as soon as you walk in. The housekeeping staff is attentive and professional—definitely one of the hotel’s strong points that makes the stay even more enjoyable. In short, Mikasa is the perfect place for those seeking understated elegance, comfort, and a breathtaking view of one of the Mediterranean’s most charming towns. Highly recommended.

We have just spent seven wonderful days in Mikasa and we enjoyed it so much! The staff are absolutely lovely, they look after you so well and their niceness gives the whole place a very warm and friendly feel. They also help you book stuff like Rent a car, entry to clubs, etc. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the rooms are nice and clean, we had an amazing sea view. The location is really good because it's just next to a ferry that takes you to Ibiza town in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend, would come again.

A Disappointing Stay at Mikasa Boutique Hotel My recent stay at the Mikasa Boutique Hotel in Ibiza was a disappointment. While the pictures and website created an impression of a luxurious experience, the reality fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price. The room was surprisingly small, lacking basic amenities such as a closet, table, or even a shelf to put clothes or a phone on. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever encountered; the shower was so cramped that it was impossible to turn around or even wash my feet properly. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, their positive attitude could not compensate for the significant issues with the hotel itself. The hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment than the boutique experience it claims to be. A major concern was the lack of a reception from 11:00 PM until the morning, a policy that could leave you locked out if you forget your key card. The most frustrating aspect was the staff's response to my concerns. The front desk employee was aware of my unhappiness with the room size but chose to ignore it with a smile, rather than attempting to resolve the issue. It was clear that a larger room was available, but it was not offered, which was a significant letdown. Ultimately, the Mikasa Boutique Hotel did not live up to its reputation or price tag, and I cannot recommend it.

From the moment we arrived at Mikasa Hotel Ibiza, we were captivated by its charm, comfort, and warm hospitality. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location to explore the best of Ibiza. But what truly set our stay apart was the incredible service — especially from Anna at breakfast. Every morning, Anna greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly made us feel at home. Her attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and cheerful energy elevated our mornings into something truly special. Whether it was remembering our coffee preferences or making sure we started the day with everything we needed, Anna consistently went above and beyond. She is truly a gem and a shining example of what exceptional service looks like. We can’t recommend Mikasa Hotel highly enough — not only for its boutique charm and comfort, but for the heartfelt hospitality that makes all the difference. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Anna, for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely week we had at Mikasa Hotel, the location is perfect between Talamanca Beach and the Marina/Old Town. The staff from start to finish were so friendly and helpful, our room clean, and while we only had breakfast once, it was yum. I'd highly recommend a room with a view. If we come back to Ibiza we'd definitely stay again.

Mikasa Ibiza was hands-down the highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to make us feel cared for, and it made all the difference. We even had a great conversation with the manager, who shared her refreshing take on hospitality: she believes it’s about creating a home-like experience, not just filling rooms (and pockets) like some big hotel chains. That’s exactly what Mikasa delivers, and the name “my home” feels so fitting.||Our stay felt personal, warm and memorable, thanks to the team’s genuine care and the gorgeous setting. The location is stunning, with awesome views over the marina. The hotel itself is cozy but beautiful, blending comfort and style perfectly. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! Perfectly located, easy to get to town by the nearby taxiboat. Staff is incredibly helpful, very friendly and easy going - got great advice for exploring the island. Rooms and the hotel are very clean. Breakfast was super nice, too - taken on the terrace overlooking the sea and the harbour. You have the feeling of coming home! I can highly recommend it.
