Totally overpriced and extremely outdated. We stayed in one of the bubbles in the garden. Bubbles are outdated, decorated horribly, and very old and balled up blankets, pillows, and quilt make up the bed. The douvet didn't even have a cover. The bed was super uncomfortable as we both kept rolling toward the middle section. The surroundings are not much better, the garden is poor with no charm, and it's surrounded by a very industrial area. The Bubble was patched with chunky pieces of brown tape in various places that impacted visibility and made it look horrible. The food delivered was ok-ish but I would not recommend the experience at all. It's a cool concept but must be improved.

Would of given it a 5 but small issues Really nice lady owner but the husband what a nightmare, you can tell hes got no people skills, we called cause we had a discount code and when we put it in it didnt work we tried to call and nothing but the lady gave us a free floatarium experience which was great and the dinner was pretty cool with a bottle of wine. We had no hot water in the bath but the technician came and swiftly fixed it in about 5 minutes so errors for what you pay but they do redeem themselves and pay attention to detail. Its just the old man, stay clear of him, argumentative, grumpy etc even the women had to tell him to stop. Made me and my girlfriend feel a tad uncomfortable but nevertheless the lady very much appreciated and nice. Breakfast spot on. Would i come back? No,but it was worth the experience

Although the bubble itself was quite nice, the entire experience with the staff was nothing short of insulting and comically bad. Firstly, the astronomer service was nothing but a youtube video with an astronomer who was combative to each of us because of questions that were asked in English and not Catalan leading him to threaten to "end the session right now" 5 minutes in while people were just trying to clarify ideas.||The communication later from the staff boardered on insulting as they threatened, harrassed, and insulted us for checking out without telling them even though there was nothing left to handle. ||I have stayed in bubble or yurt like stays around Spain and many more are much cheaper, better service, and run by people who can be much more proud of who they are. Save yourself the trouble and do not book here.

Hosts Nuria & Beto and their fabulous staff made us feel so special. ||||This is must do, lifetime experience - as sleeping under the stars is just magical. The name of the hotel is Spanish for 'Thousand Stars' and when in the bubble bedrooms you see everyone of them in the night sky!||||My wife Kim and I travelled from the UK to Gerona (Barcelona) for a 2-week multi location holiday but this was the highlight of our trip as it was on our 'bucket list' to do. We'd seen the reviews and it looked out off this world - we just had to go and we were so happy! We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, 1 of which was in one of the bubbles! This will never be forgotten.||||Once inside, the canvas protective cover peels back like the opening eyelid of a giant eye revealing the sky. During the evening the dusk settles and then suddenly, as if by magic, the stars appear. It is breathtaking and so romantic. ||||Fully air conditioned, self-contained bubble bedrooms with ensuite, where the very friendly hotel staff bring you a special dinner and breakfast. The music makes the ambience very special adding to one of the most romantic locations ever.||||We highly recommend visiting and whilst the chateau is gorgeous too the bubbles make this place a not to be missed destination.

My husband and I dreamt in Mil Estrelles Hotel the night before and it was very beautiful, original and romantic experience. ||We had a good dinner in the forest bubble, with a tenue light of a lamp, better than a candle...||When we went to bed, very comfortable, it was magic because we could see the stars clearly, and every time that we woke up, saw the same, the stars!!!||In the morning, after a very relaxing bath, we enjoyed a very fantastic breakfast.||We only ask for Núria that fix the canvas of the bubble. It was a little dificult to push up in the sunrise!||Finally, we never forget the great experience in the flotarium...

Perfect place to enjoy a romantic night under the stars and a privileged environment. You can do a lot of amazing activities. We did yacuzzi and a bike route and it was perfect. The staff was very nice with us. 100% recommended.

When I arrived I was given a warm welcome by the Mil Estrelles staff with a cold glass of champagne. I was then kindly shown around the grounds of the Hotel. I stayed for 5 nights in the Vega room. The room was authentic with complementary shampoo, conditioner and body cream. You also have a projector on the top of the bed which projects the nights stars onto the ceiling of the room. This combined with the music was very relaxing and just perfect.||The breakfast was fantastic! It was all very fresh. You have a selection of freshly cooked pastries, cold meats, fruit, different breads, cereals, natural yogurts and my favourite was the natural apple juice.||During the day I visited Banyoles lake, Besalu which is very near to the hotel and the historic city of Girona.||I ate in the restaurant every night. The meals were of a very high standard. I recommend the tapas option because you can try lots of different items.||Overall this was my most favourite hotel that I have stayed whilst in Spain and I will most defintley return very soon!!!!
