The one star is because the staff was “nice” not because of the information process or products. This was my first experience, the staff was very kind and professional, I left feeling great but was very soon disappointed. Since this was my first experience with prosthetics, I didn’t know there were multiple options available — and unfortunately, no one explained that to me. I was only offered and shown one, so I didn’t have the information I needed to really make an informed decision. The prosthetic I received doesn’t fit flush against my skin, which I would have really loved. When I got home from the appt I took a picture and found the “exact” same product (ABC 1042) on Amazon for less than half of what was charged to my insurance. While I understand pricing can vary, I expected better communication and guidance during the process. I would encourage this business to take more time educating patients about their options to help them make choices that best suit their comfort and need. And the bras if I could cancel I would, I’ll never wear them. I mean I was given a filler cup for the side that I didn’t have surgery so it doesn’t gap.

I called what turned out to be their phone number because someone responded to my business listing and that was the phone number they gave me. Debbie hung up on me before I finished my first sentence, which I found to be very rude. She could have just said "You have the wrong number."

Bev and Debbie made me feel so comfortable. I was late for my appointment, but they took me in anyway. I was never made to feel bad. Debbie was the ultimate professional in getting me suited up to feel like a lady again. I was never rushed to make a decision on which prosthesis to pick. In fact, Debbie changed my prosthetic several times until she was satisfied with my fitting. I never thought I would be in a position to require this prosthetic, but I'm glad these lady's were there to help me.

I was aware of only one location in Louisville until I learned there is in fact a far, far superior location to obtain help with post mastectomy issues. In contrast this location is ORGANIZED, much more efficient, knowledgeable, up front and accurate with costs to the customer and TIMELY delivery! Sure wish I had known about this place years ago!

No waiting. Debbie was very professional. Great surroundings. I would highly recommend her for a breast prosthesis.
