Milan Hotel & Restaraunt & Enoteca

A lovely massive suite with living room, however no tea and coffee making facilities. The first night the fridge had nothing in, the second night a mini bar, but the hotel didn't even provide any water in there. This would have been nice having the basic necessary items on arrival.|The employees were friendly in reception and during breakfast. There was enough selection for breakfast and options for freshly made. |The car park was big enough and easy to park.|A little distance out of the centre of the city, but still accessible for walking.

This is a really good, quiet chilled out hotel not too far from the centre of Pula. It's very modern, clean and well designed. The staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped with aircon. Very good - recommended!

Modern, fresh and clean but with some important drawbacks: 1) No elevator from street level to reception. Four stars shouldn't mean carrying your own bags up and down the stairs. 2) If you set the AC to 18°C you won't get anything lower than 25. We were sweating in our room and so were our neighbours in other rooms. 3) During the renovation they "forgot" to change the mattresses: the one in my room was horribly uncomfortable, and gave zero support. 4) Modest breakfast options. 5) Extremely slow WiFi All in all an OK hotel, but a with very low value-for-money factor.

Great hotel! Makes you feel welcomed, very friendly staff. Bed is comfortable, room’s size is nice. Roll up stutters make you sleep like a baby. Mall and beach is close, just 400-500 m. Breakfast was so-so, not a lot of choices, but super friendly people. Omlet is done by request! Parking is covered and spacious. Bathrobes in the room and a lot of nice fluffy towels! Couple things that can be improved: wi-fi was very bad in our room (203) and in the whole restaurant of hotel. So we were little bit frustrated. There can be a shelf in the shower to put the shampoo and staff - really needed! Overall we were very please to stay there! I will recommend

A superb hotel in a fascinating city, with exquisite rooms, convenient parking, and easy access to walking paths. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This modern hotel located across from the cemetery and next to a large mall has problems.|The location itself is far from the historical center of Pula and forces you to take a car or taxi to get there.|Beyond a poor location this modern hotel was extremely poorly designed architecturally.|When you arrive , to get to the réception from the parking garage you have to walk up a long flight of stairs before getting there and finally seeing an elevator.|The rooms are large , Windows do open and they are quiet at night.|However in the bathroom the shower floor is dangerously slippery.|Sub par buffet breakfast

Stayed at this hotel close to a shopping mall and beach in Pula. Easy to get to the centre of Pula with Uber taxi. The hotel rooms are clean and modern. With check in being easy. Staff are really friendly. My only drawback is if you have Apple devices then the WiFi doesn’t seem to work. It may have been my room. The restaurant is at the hotel. Service is good and a nice wine list. The food however was a little disappointing. I expected it to be tastier.

Wow, after jumping across cities in IT, the Milan Hotel in Pula impressed us the most of any of our accommodations. Contemporary style and clean functional rooms welcome you. A complimentary breakfast buffet, and service, perfectly start your day. The approx 1K walk into historical Pula is enjoyable or you can easily jump on the local bus. Pula does have industry along their coast so if this disinterests you, you may miss this family owned boutique hotel. Restaurant for dinner is intimate with exemplary food and service; a comforting end to any long days of day trips.
