I initially planned to rate this restaurant three stars when I walked in for lunch, as it seemed slightly above average compared to other places in the area. However, once the food arrived, I regrettably had to lower my rating to one star. This is the lowest rating I’ve ever given, and it reflects the seriousness of my experience.
The turning point was discovering a strand of hair in the mushroom dish we ordered. This was the first time I’ve encountered such an issue at a restaurant, and it left me deeply disappointed. Such an oversight raises significant concerns about the establishment's cleanliness and hygiene standards, which are fundamental in any dining experience.
Additionally, the staff’s indifferent attitude further added to the negative impression. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address these critical shortcomings. Cleanliness and attentive service are non-negotiable in the restaurant industry.
Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me and likely others from returning. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for improvement. Thank you.
