Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze (Milan, Lombardy) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Just outside the historical city center, in the up-and-coming Porta Nuova/Garibaldi design district, it’s a different world, a thoroughly modern city of skyscrapers in steel and glass. This is the natural habitat of Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze, an ultra-modern, ultra-urban luxury design hotel by the well-known UNA hotel brand. Expect views unlike any other, along with sleek, modernist inspired rooms and suites, a fitness and wellness area, and a couple of restaurants, including the fine-dining ANIMA as well as Vertigo, a contemporary osteria with a bar that opens onto a delightful private garden." - Tablet Hotels

Lovely hotel, and thank you Farid! ||We stayed here for a night whilst touring Milan, and the room was clean and spacious. Couldn’t complain. ||Breakfast was fine aswell. ||At first when we came we saw a bit of a kerfuffle with another customer and one receptionist, but we were speaking to one receptionist called Farid, he was AMAZING. So lovely, he also changed our two rooms so they can be near each other. ||Thank you so much Farid, you made our stay! ||Chow!

A well-positioned urban stay that manages to stay surprisingly calm despite its central location. The beds were genuinely comfortable and the room layout was thoughtful leaning toward function over flair. While the lobby doesn’t radiate luxury, it gives off a solid, grounded feel being understated but reliable, not pretentious. The nearby supermarkets were a practical bonus, especially for those staying longer or wanting to keep a flexible routine. Breakfast was decent, though the ambiance lacked a defining identity with no strong character or emotional pull. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient, a solid choice for business travelers or city explorers who value quiet function over spectacle. It does the job and that’s sometimes exactly what’s needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Milan. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a great variety to choose from, definitely something for everyone. The Receptionists are a little bit slow. But maybe that's just an Italian thing. However the staff at the breakfast we on point. The location is excellent—many of Milan’s main sights are within walking distance, which made sightseeing super convenient. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Hotel Milano Verticale is a very nice hotel. It’s quite new, the reception and lobby are modern. The reception was very friendly and helpful when I arrived early and had to store my luggage. The process of check-in took a little while, so there’s some efficiency gain. I had a room on the 6th floor which was not all too big but I certainly liked the atmosphere. The double bed was very good. Although the surrounding is a little bit noisy due to the tram, the sound isolation is very good. I had a small balcony so I could sit in the sun in the morning. The breakfast was good and there was enough choice. The Brera district is around ten minute walking distance and the Piazza del Duomo is 25 minutes. The station Garibaldi is about 5 minutes.

Great hotel. Very modern and comfortable. The views are very nice. The area is central enough but quiet. It is however unclear if they allocate you the room you have actually booked. The room I got seemed to be way smaller from what I had booked. They make you pay a EUR 30 extra per night for the additional guest even though the room was designed and charged to accommodate up to 3 people. The breakfast is very basic and they make you pay for the instant food stations. The stuff not the nicest and most helpful.

The hotel is as beautiful as you can see on the pictures and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, there are some things that we took issue with.|The most disturbing was the very (!) slow internet connection. They also couldn't provide faster wifi upon request, which is a big no go for a four star hotel. It was also rather loud at night even though our balcony faced the inner court / garden. The breakfast is good and the rooms are well equipped. I wouldn't come back however (biggest reason being the slow internet).

Hotel was great and the service was above and beyond! Location is a bit out of the center but we didn't mind since we like a more quiet place to sleep. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to milan.

Hotel came recommended by one of our suppliers and it is well located to public transport and station. Noise is an issue though due to tram track outside one entire side of the building. The bigger issue is the wash/dry cleaning services which the hotel was out sourcing. All my articles came back with a stapled number on them. I have never experienced this ever in a hotel and in particular an expensive shirt was damaged now with the staple holes. I approached management and after a month of back and forward emails I finally get to the management requesting I send them the shirt for it to be reviewed by their cleaners. The holes were very clear and not something you could deny. Very poorly handled and I’m not interested in sending a shirt from New Zealand to Italy for someone to then say it didn’t arrive. This business brand is new and needs time to grow up and learn about customer service
