Mildom Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Mildom Hotel in Almaty. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to cafes and attractions. The staff were kind and helpful, always smiling. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — ideal for rest after a busy day. The breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of food. Overall, it’s a cozy, modern hotel with great service. I’d happily stay here again!

I stayed at mildom hotel for three nights during my trip and it was honestly one of the best choices I made. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, so everything was just a short walk away, shops, cafes and parks. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help, no matter what I asked for. Breakfast was really good every morning FRESH bread, eggs, vegetables, and that strong coffee that wakes you up instantly. In the evening, I tried their georgiann restaurant downstairs and man, the food was amazing. Real flavors, fair prices, and good portions. My room was quiet, the mattress was very comfortable, and I slept better than at home 🏠

The hotel is very good, I highly recommend it! It's very clean and cozy, comfortable, conveniently located, and has everything you need nearby, including many interesting places (such as Arbat Street, parks, shops, restaurants, and much more) and lots of other interesting things to do. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, I highly recommend it. It's a great hotel!!!🔥

I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such low reviews. My stay was phenomenal. The rooms felt brand new—spacious, spotless, and modern. The sheets smelled incredibly fresh and everything was so soft, it honestly felt like a five-star experience. The breakfast was outstanding, easily one of the best I’ve ever had for this value. There were over 50 different options, all served outside on a beautiful patio surrounded by trees—such a perfect start to the day. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—it’s literally right where you want to be to explore and hang out. For what you pay, this is hands down one of the best value hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 days. It has great location, walking distance from some famous landmarks like Zenkov Cathedral. The room is well maintained and it is clean. The staff are hospitable and accommodating. They are very good in customer service. Some of them may not be able to speak English but they will try hard to assist you to exceed customer satisfaction. Thankful for all of them. Well done! Keep it up!

Nice rooms, ours with a large bed. Good location central for most sites. Very good breakfast choice. Reception helpful, and airport collection worked perfectly in the middle of the night.||Minor points: bathroom was tight, and towels were small and thin, definitely from another era. Couldn’t get the TV to work but didn’t chase with reception so no complaint. Breakfast hot food was not kept warm.

This place was all right, but definitely missing some key things. Pros: close to everything with a CU and mini market around the corner. Scandalista bar and restaurant next door makes awesome cocktails (food was okay as well). Cons: TV didn't seem to work (took me about 20 minutes to make it functional). Toilet stopped flushing at some point, so I went to call the front desk, only to discover that the room phone didn't work 😂. Housekeeping "cleaned" the room, but only cleaned the toilet after a special request.Overall, if you're on a tight budget, I think the room was fine for the money, but if you're willing/able to spend a bit more, I'd recommend going somewhere else for a stay in Almaty.

The room very spacious. The bed is comfy. This hotel does not have elevator.So it very hard for traveller with huge luggage.the receptionist told us that they will help carried your luggage and when it arrive at our room, they are like forcing us to pay tips.The WC does not have bidet.The wifi does not function well. Not very good experience to stay there.
