Nicholas and his team were absolutely incredible. I have never had such a positive experience working with a repair company. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and very timely with the repair. They handled almost everything with the insurance company and made it as easy on me as possible. My car came back looking brand new, not to mention that they even took the time to bring it back cleaned. This company made my hail repairs go away. Excellent job you couldn’t have noticed the windshield even had a crack in it previously, and the dents from the hail were all gone less than a week. They provided a rental for me and took care of everything. I recommend this company to anybody they’ve been an excellent job first class service very thank you for them!

I haven’t experienced customer service this good in years. Nick at Mile High Dents went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very beginning, he made the whole process effortless! handled the claim for me, arranged everything with the rental, and I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket. He even returned my car to my house when it was done and took the rental back for me. And the cherry on top? He vacuumed all the dog hair from my back seat (which was no small task). My car came back looking perfect- every single dent was gone, and it looked like new. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference, I thought my car was beyond repair. I’ll be sending everyone I know to Mile High Dents. They truly care, and it shows.

Nick was awesome! I was in a time crunch, because my registration was due at the end of the month and the EV tax credits were expiring also at the end of the month. He was able to get my car done in about 3 days, and just in time for me to trade my vehicle in by the appointment date so I could get a brand new EV vehicle. Thanks for everything Nick!

Nick stopped by my house.. and while I usually loathe door to door people, I’m so grateful he did. He was approachable and genuine in his interaction with me. He walked me through the whole process and how everything worked. One of the rare instances where it was truly nothing out of pocket (with the exception of the windshield I opted to have replaced also). He accommodated meeting me at my job to pick up my car for the estimate, had timely and effective communication, and his timelines were accurate. He did all of the billing through my insurance and it was literally the most hassle free experience I’ve probably ever had. So much so I asked for extra cards to give to literally anyone I come across. Would recommend these guys a million times over.

Thanks for bothering me at home this evening and trying to sell me services when I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my door. Plus, if you're that good of a company you shouldn't need to come to my door. Guys that came think they knew everything, arguing with me that my car is dented from hail. Ha, it's from other things (eye roll). I also don't appreciate your door-to-door sales people talking about my car before attempting to sell me something. Might want to inform your employees most people have video/camera these days. Why would I use you? Some "customer service"

We had our 2017 Highlander hammered in a hail storm in May 2019. The insurance company was proposing to have the roof cut off and replaced. Took it in to Nick and he said he'd work with the insurance company, ended up they PDR the roof and the rest of the car. They found additional hail damage, contacted USAA and had the additional damage added to the claim. Nick worked with us to get the car in and out while we were away so we had no downtime with the car. The work? It is flawless. I can see no evidence of hail dings anywhere! I've waxed the car twice since having the work done and the finish is amazingly smooth. This week I dented the hood of my wife's car, contacted Nick and he got me in right away. Within a couple hours the hood was fixed, door dings removed. Great work is done here. I'd highly recommend Nick and Mike High Dents for hail damage and any PDR work you need done!

Must be experienced to be believed. My little car was caught in a golf ball sized hail storm, along with nearly everyone else in this area. They helped me contact my insurance company and submit the claim, and actually dropped off my car and picked up the rental at my house. If you need ANY sort of body work and you want to work with a team who puts amazing customer service at the very top of their priority list, this is your place. I was truly wowed. They made the process more than easy, and they did superior work, too. Just great!

The most painless process ever. I dropped my car off, sat through a conference call with my insurance where Nick did all the talking, got a ride to a rental car, exchanged a few texts over a few days, drove rental car to Nick's shop, drove home my perfect, gorgeous, super clean car home. Nothing out of pocket, no hassles from insurance, great service. Should get ten stars.

Everyone needs to have a dent repair shop that they can trust living in Denver. I am happy to report that I have found it! My car had some serious hail damage from this summer including some rust on the roof. After months of procrastination and not knowing where to go, Nick was absolutely a lifesaver! They fixed all the dents and even took my car to the paint shop to repaint the roof! My car now looks brand new and dent-free! SERVICE: it indeed is as good as it gets! Nick provided updates on the repair throughout the entire process. Although it took a while to get the dents fixed, install new parts and repaint the roof, I was provided a rental car for free! Most importantly, they did an excellent job on the repair, which was all it mattered at the end! And, my car was washed and detailed! VALUE: they waived my deductible to my surprise and even provided me with a rental car for free! What more can you ask for? All in all, I am extremely happy with the work done on my car! I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking for A+ customer service and quality work!

Nick has taken care of all of our hail damaged cars. He helps with the rental car, has a great crew in the shop. Our vehicles always look brand new and his communication and customer service is AWESOME. No BS here genuinely good reliable company.

Before the hail storm my Jeep looked brand new. After the storm not so much! Thanks to Mile High Dent it looks new again. There was some back and forth with scheduling, but it was because Nick was honest about how long he'd have to keep my car so I decided to put off the repairs a couple times until I could get a shorter repair time. I really appreciated his honesty with that! He also handled everything with my insurance company when their original quote was too low and provided lyft rides when needed. If this happens again I'd definitely go back.

Nick picked up my car and delivered it to my house; so convenient in my busy schedule. And they discussed everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to hassle with it. When I booked my appointment with Nick, there was a slight miscommunication that wasn't a big deal, but he and his team still went WAY above and beyond to make right and ensure I was happy. This guy did a super job for me, got me a rental car took care of every cent out of pocket and only had my car for 3 days.

Had a couple door dings in my car. Called Mile High Dents and they were able to get me in for the repair the next day. Quality was great and service was even better. I'd definitely go back.

Two major thumbs up. I can't rave about Mile High Dents and Nick enough. I must say I was really paranoid thinking this must be too good to be true. Nick, the owner, was so patient and helpful. Not only did he come out to my house to explain things but drove me to the car rental and paid extra so that I would have to adjust my lifestyle for my large mastiff. The car came back spotless and I can't say enough about Mile High Dents. This may be the one thing that is actually as good as it sounds. If you have hail damage these guys really are the experts!!!!!!

I really enjoyed working with Nick and the guys at Mile High Dents. The job took a little longer than expected due to insurance issues, but Nick was very accommodating and took great care of me and my car throughout the process. I also love that they cover the deductible, that was wonderful. The car itself turned out great! I would recommend them to anyone!

My car had pretty heavy hail damage from the big hail storm in early May, with probably 300 dents in it. Just got the car back today, and it looks as good as new. Nick was super transparent through the whole process and kept me up to date with the repairs the whole time. Even though it sounds too good to be true, they really do cover your insurance deductible I didn't have to pay anything for my $8000 repair. Not sure you could find a better company to handle your repairs.

Nick and the crew at MHD was great. It took a while to get in but sooner than anywhere else and when they were done it looked as good as new. When I had an issue with my sensors, they looked at it no charge and even said if there are any charges from the dealer they will take care of it. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I used them.

Nick was amazing to deal with, he was able to have my car repaired the same day I came in to get it looked at. I originally went for one large dent from a shopping cart. We did an initial walk around, which Nick was very thorough and found a few other dents that were much smaller and not as noticeable (I work at a retail store parking in a busy lot). I waited at the shop while my truck was being worked on, got to watch netflix and browse some awesome car books. Nick gave me updates the whole time I waited on the progress. The service was quick and came out fantastic, you can't even tell the dents were ever there, I couldn't be happier!

As someone who never writes reviews, I had to in this case. I thought this place sounded way too good to be true but after multiple quotes elsewhere I decided to give them a shot. My car had significant hail damage on every panel and a broken windshield. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and his company... they covered the cost of my deductible and rental car and even delivered my vehicle back to me when the service was finished. Nick handled the insurance adjustment and managed to get my windshield replacement covered as well. I had a work trip overlap with the date of service and the extra days of rental were not an issue. Nick is so great to work with and extremely professional, I will be coming back every time I need dent or glass repairs.

This is the third time I have taken my car to Mile High Dents. They 1) paid my insurance deductible so I didn't pay anything out of pocket 2) filed my claim and did all the work with my insurance company 3) reserved a rental car with my insurance-but they do cover the cost of a rental if your insurance does not 4) gave me a ride to the rental car 5) fixed my car 6) washed it inside and out.

I cannot give enough accolades to Mile High Dents. They were incredibly responsive, honest, thorough and friendly. They returned our car looking better than it did before the massive hail storm. They even took the time to clean the interior once they finished all of the exterior work. The customer service was flawless. I highly recommend Mile High Dents.

Nick and everyone at Mile High Dents was incredibly good to me. I got a check from my insurance company and we discussed the damage to my car in my initial inspection. They were able to get my car into the shop quickly. I didn't have rental insurance and they covered the cost of my rental. My car actually ended up being a total loss and they still paid for my rental car. I'd definitely go back as their customer service is great.

Get your hail damage fixed before February! I'll admit, I was a little nervous going with a company that knocked on my door. You hear so many horror stories when it comes to hail damage. But Nick and Co. at Mile High Dents were great. They dealt with my insurance company, booked me a rental car, and even fixed up a dent I had caused by hitting some junk in my garage. (Oops). Nick kept in touch throughout the whole process and when I picked up my car it looked beautiful, and was vacuumed and washed. Oh, and did I mention they paid my deductible??? Get you car fixed here.

These guys did a great job. Nick was in constant contact throughout the process. My car had been pummeled by the hail and I wasn't sure how it was going to come out. It was like new. After I picked it up and got home I noticed there was some sort of haze on it. I called and they made it right. No questions asked. When they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they mean it. Although they might be a new they do an excellent job.

These guys were amazing! They were friendly and explained everything since I'd never had hail damage before. They waived my deductible, so I now know I don't need to put off that kind of repair. They figured out that I actually had 2 rounds of hail damage so went back to my insurance company and handled that whole conversation. I was going out of town during repair so didn't need their offer of helping get a rental car through my insurance company, but nice of them to offer that too. They dropped my car back to me, just like new (even cleaned inside). Will obviously use them again if I'm ever caught in another Colorado hailstorm.

They did a great job repairing a fender dent that had appeared in my car. Turned it around in one day at a price that was 1/6th (yes, you read that right, one sixth) of what I got quoted from another PDR place around the corner from them. I recommend them highly and will be back whenever the need arises

Literally couldn't be any easier or more FREE to have your car repaired. Had a rental ready for me at drop-off and when the car was ready, Nick brought it to my house and returned the rental. Updates at every step of the process. I can't express enough how hassle-free this experience is. . . Get your car fixed!

I met Nick in the parking lot of a Whole Foods. He noticed my car had gotten in a fight with hail and lost the battle, and gave me his card. I was leery to call, until I read reviews online. I had a leased vehicle, soon to be up for return, so not fixing it was not an option. Nick was easy to work with. He got me a rental car, handled everything with my insurance company, kept me up informed, and my car looked great when I came to get it. They even popped out another, larger dent from an unrelated incident "because they were in there already." All of this and I paid NOTHING out of pocket. I turned in my lease shortly after and had no fines!!! It was such a relief! I highly recommend using Mile High Dents. If my new car has any hail issues, this company will be my #1 choice for repair.

I highly recommend Mile High Dents. I've been meaning to write a review since they fixed my car back in October 2015 (my car got nailed in the hail storm in late June), but as we approach our most volatile weather season I feel compelled to share that these guys are amazing. Nick Barone is as good as his word. My car was actually CLEANER than when I dropped it off. Aside from having a dent-free car, you couldn't tell they did anything but detail the car! Amazing. And amazingly easy. I would totally use them again for any hail damage. I'm just sorry they don't do other types of body work, too.
