Milestones

My son is 3 years old and we've been at Milestones since he turned one. He enjoys his teachers and learning through different activities. The director is welcoming and loves the kids, as well as finding fun ways to celebrate them. I've been happy knowing he is safe and the people there care about his wellbeing.

My toddler has been going here for the past 6 months and loves it. The entire staff is so friendly and they care for the kids as if they were their own. My daughter has developed so much since being there. I am so grateful for this daycare center. It is safe for my daughter and extremely affordable.

My baby loves this daycare! She has been going here since she was 6 weeks and she is now 16 months. She loves the staff. I love that they treat her with love as if she’s one of their own. They have plenty of activities for her do to and she has been learning so well. She’s so intelligent. I look forward to the next few years here watching her grow here. Definitely recommend to any parent.

Milestone is a family daycare. As soon as you take your kids there, you are become a family member. The owner is warm, kind, professional, very knowledgeable on children matters, listens to and addresses your concerns. The staff there are so friendly, kind and caring. Everyone there has a genuine love for kids and it shows in how they handle and interact with the children. I feel confident and at peace having my kids there because I know they are being taken care of. The environment is clean, warm and very kid friendly. They do not just look after your kids, they also teach them and help them develop. My kids learn so much from daycare. They also give very vital developmental suggestions specific to your child. The owner knows the name of every child there(despite it being a large daycare with many children). They pay attention to each child and know the specific individual needs and requirement of each child there. I would recommend Milestone Daycare to everyone.

Ms.Sabernia runs a wonderful, clean and welcoming daycare. I moved to the Middle River area in 2021 and was seeking childcare for my 3 minor children I was hesitant at first because it was a new environment for them & me as well. The enrollment process was smooth & fast and my kids LOVE IT. The daycare does alot with the children during the summer break from field trips, carnivals,swimming, etc. If you have a goal you’re trying to reach with your child such as potty training they assist with that as well which was also great because at the time I had a 2 year old who was learning. I now have 4 children that attend with the youngest being 6 months old and he lights up like a Christmas tree when he sees his teacher! I would highly recommend this daycare!

My now 2 years old started milestones when she was just 8 months old- I’ve had nothing but great experiences within this time. At one point my vouchers were no longer active and they accommodated me by letter her continue until it was back working. They’ve helped my child continuously learn things that I teach at home. Example-She came in using sign language and day by day left milestone with new vocabulary and more signs than what I already taught her. They plan trips , provide meals and a very safe environment for my child. Thank you to Sabrina, Brandy and especially Ms. Linda who always make sure my voice is heard and my child is well taken care of. They have amazing employees as well that don’t go unnoticed. If your hesitant about Milestones, I was given no reason to feel this way. It’s amazing here🤷🏾‍♀️

The team at Milestones eased my anxieties about daycare services in my area. They respect the values and belief we are instilling in our child and take excellent care of him. Sabrina is not only creating a warm and safe space for our kids but she has employed outstanding teachers and admin Brandi that warmly greet parents and children and show personal interest. Very satisfied and grateful

I would highly recommend . Clean and safe my child has attended here since she was 3months she is now 3I've never once had to question her safety or anything . The hours are perfect . The different classroom settings are equipped for each age group. I love that it's family oriented once enrolled they make you feel like family . The owner Ms Sabernia is exceptional. She puts her all into her buisness and it's shows . The love she has for the children is as if they are her own. She goes above and beyond for the children . Also as buisness women she maintains the day care at a high standard. Educational wise my daughter is currently above her age level and that's thanks to Ms Linda and Ms Faye with foundations that was taught to her . I absolutely have nothing negative to say and would. Highly recommend!

My toddler began at Milestones in Middle River Maryland February 2024 and it was going well except for small things . He eventually got a new teacher and it was down hill from there ! He did have several new teachers in the months of him being there it didn't seem like much stability on that part .However I noticed my 2 year old consistently coming home in other children's clothing even down to girl panties ! I did express concern they stated the owner told them to put my son on panties since he is potty training even though he has extra underwear and a pull up in his bag and cubby , Shortly after this incident his teacher took it upon herself to stop his potty training due to my concern about the panties ! I spoke to the owner and it was cleared up . From that point I made sure he had several pairs of underwear and enough changes of clothes with his name in everything to avoid confusion. My son then developed several ring worms on his thighs and one on his face which the owner actually pointed out because I'm not familiar with ringworms . I feel this was due to all the other children's clothing that was placed on him because him siblings did not have ring worm at home and it has never been a problem I reached out to his doctor and got him treated for it and he was able to return . They were very inconsistent with the potty training and it was unsuccessful approaching his third birthday. I do my part at home and all day he is at the center and potty training was supposed to be a part of the program, Then I was told his teacher said he was the hardest to train and eventually she told me she didn't have time because her class was growing and so she just put him in a pull up due to his accidents. I do not recommend this daycare for your little ones , due to lack of professionalism and not able to provide consistency in toddlers . I did express on my son's last day my concerns and the owner was highly unprofessional and ghetto with me texting me to "come get my son asap " because I had expressed it was his last day , she even called herself insulting me but didn't apologize of the concerns And did not once address the problems about her establishment in fact she had my toddler outside and a strange man I never seen holding his backpack in the cold weather !

DO NOT SEND YOUR INFANT CHILDREN HERE. They are the worse place for them and they are dirty, impatient, incompetent, and they have mice. Nora is the worse person to work with infants she is impatient her attitude is terrible her communication is lacking she will leave your child dirty and in soiled diapers for hours. She had my son sent home saying he pooped up his back but he was sent home in the same clothes that he was sent to daycare in she changed his undershirt that was clean had no poop on it didn't even smell like poop. If any child pooped up their back wouldn't you change all of their clothes and not just certain parts? And managment allows stuff like that to happen all the time if they(staff) dont feel like dealing with your child theyll(staff) call you and say he/she pooped up their back and they need to be picked up. My son would be in dirty clothes dirty face dirty socks and nora would keep going like it was normal wouldn't clean him up she wasnt feeding him lied on all his paperwork saying he ate sandwiches my son never eats bread went for a food study he will not eat bread or anything breaded he doesn't even eat cake so why lie and say he did when I and his nutritionist know he doesnt eat bread? Management was also okay with her writing this on there saying he ate when he didnt he would come home starving eating 6-8 nuggets soon as we get in the car (he's1). Talisha is unprofessional and impatient has told them kids to shut up on more than one occasion and has stated to me "I cook what I feel like cooking for that day if I dont feel like going out my way I'm not so if its quick and easy it is what it is" she also inserts herself in stuff that has nothing to do with her.Do not send your breastfed baby here they will microwave your babys breast milk and not give a damn that they are killing your baby's important nutrients in the microwave. Fay who is supposed to be in some type of management position is incompetent and irresponsible. She never has a clue to anything that goes on in that building. Asked her one day after watching my son's bottle being put in the microwave how are yall heating his bottle she says oh under hot water. Go right in the classroom and pull it out of the microwave she will look you right in your face and being lying to you. There were times my son was sent home in other children's diapers never got an answer as to how and why this was okay as he is allergic to other diapers and I make sure he has plenty of diapers and wipes for this reason. I regret my decision to use this place I regret keeping my son here for as long as I did as horrible as the staff are and the overalllack of care they provide. I will never ever recommend them to anyone for any child of any age.

My daughter had been at Milestones since 3 months. She is 15 months now, and over the past 3-4 months I noticed a huge change in Milestones. The staff turnover is unreal. They've also become extremely unorganized. Whenever we pick up my daughter we never know what room she's in and then we have to hunt down all of her things from room to room. They have lost several of her sippy cups, she's come home with just her shoes on, socks were lost, her clothes are destroyed (they don't put the rubber bib on her that I supply) and most recently, I missed my only child's first haircut because they did it at daycare. They didn't ask, they just cut it. That is completely unacceptable. It is not up to a daycare provider to make those calls. I planner to save the first piece of her cut hair as a keepsake in a "my first curl" box, and I've been robbed of that. Furthermore, there was a child, 12 months old, left in a room with food in front of him for 10 solid minutes one evening when my husband went to pick our daughter up. He told the woman that he was in there and she said, "oh, I forgot", how do you forget when that's your job?! We pay $200 per week that doesn't include any food whatsoever, no milk, no wipes, nothing. I'm still so hurt and upset and just really torn apart that I missed my daughters first haircut because of the staff at this facility. I have problem pregnancies and cannot have anymore children. I only have one, I had once chance and its gone. The owner was not apologetic in tone when speaking with my husband about the whole issue either. Our daughter isn't going back. They cut her hair today, and she starts a new daycare tomorrow.
