DO NOT RECOMMEND - CHEEKY OVERBOOKERS.
Canceled our reservation 2 days after we placed it - on the day of arrival around 10 p.m. While on the plane, we received a message via Booking.com, that they do not have the possibility to host us on the last day of our trip(not the whole stay), but then they canceled the whole reservation. Since we were on this plane, we couldn't respond or get in touch with them earlier. After we reached the front desk(around 1:00 a.m.), nobody sudenly knew nothing, there was no room for us.
After a phone call from some manager we just got informed that "someone from the staff" overbooked us but they cant do nothing... So, the hotel left us with nothing in the middle of the night in the center of Buenos Aires.... Warning to all the travellers.
Overbooking is one thing, and I can even understand it, but lying about not having the room on the last day and then cancelling the whole reservation is just weak.
