My girlfriend visited the Milk Boutique in Brentwood yesterday, and unfortunately, her experience was far from pleasant. She was met with an employee who clearly didn't want to be there and was incredibly rude. From the moment she walked in, the employee was unapproachable and spoke to her inappropriately, making her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is crucial, and this interaction left a bad taste. We won't be returning, and I'd advise others to think twice before visiting. Disappointing and unprofessional behavior from staff is unacceptable.

I love Milk Boutique! They have the best selection of my favorite designers, like Ganni, Nanushka, and A.L.C. Their in-store staff is super helpful too!

Yelp
Super impressed by the variety of the styles they offered. From the outside, it seemed to be more of a trendy sort of establishment, but they had some very nice pieces that you could wear to work and going out. They also carry accessories like hats, belts and purses. The prices ranged, but it wasn't all "Brentwood" priced, as you would expect. Plus, when you check in, they give 20% off (with some limitations). The salesperson was really nice and allowed me to peruse at my leisure and did not seem bothered if she had to go back to check on something to answer my questions. I definitely appreciate the attention to service.

Yelp
Milk Boutique is the best! Whenever I have a special occasion, I can count on Milk to come through. Michael, Ashley, and Bari are so kind - they always help me put together the best outfits! I highly recommend going into the store and checking it out in person! Thank you Milk Boutique!

Yelp
I'm aware of the fact that a ton of celebrities shop at Milk. But then again a ton of celebrities don't know how to dress themselves, and most of their stylists just pore through runway images and slap on whatever the general trend is on their clients. Milk is genius in picking apart all the ugliest and most unflattering silhouettes from the runway--voluminous balloon dresses, remember? And the "hottest" (trendiest) labels--I believe they call this "minimalist chic" which in fact is a piece of fabric sewn to a smaller piece of fabric, worn over your head with a $350 price tag. I can see how rich folks can buy their overpriced, ugly "designer" clothing here, this is where all of it can be found. The salespeople don't care about you either, well, unless you were some sort of Mischa Barton or out-of-work celebrity who graced the covers of tabloid magazines for a couple months. I bought 2 notepads here. Don't get me wrong, I like some of the designers they carry at Milk, but the merchandise is just flat and unexciting. If I'm going to pay $300 for a tee, it had better not look like I got it at Wal-Mart.

Yelp
Be absolutely, 100% sure you want what you purchase, as the store does not offer a refund, only store credit. I purchased a $327 sweater for my son, got home and realized it had a hole in it when I went to wrap it. They claimed the damage had not happened in the store and refused to take it back, nor give me store credit. So, I now have a damaged $327 sweater (tags still attached). I'll stick to stores who stand by their products in the future.

Yelp
beware of sexy accented salesguys unfairly influencing your ability to judge your hotness in outfits. but don't stress too much because all of the clothes are pretty sick.

Yelp
Here comes the sun! The rain is gone, and that's all right with me. Time for pretty frocks. Time for skin again. I love everything at Milk. It's as though a fairy godmother looked into my closet and created a bigger, better wardrobe with all my favorite labels, including Tweltfth Street by Cynthia Vincent and Johnson. There are lots of hard to find designers like Guilia Piersant, as well as nice baubles, flats, and sandals. As a space Milk's romantic, easygoing charm is a testimony to the power of the ultra feminine dresses hanging on it's racks. It's a confidence boost, a man magnet, and a rite of spring. Delicious, delightful, and delovely.

Yelp
Milk is one of my favorite stores that I cannot afford. This 3rd Street boutique is decidedly heavy on vintage-inspired labels and of-the-moment contemporary lines that girls swoon for. I would like to scoop up armfuls of Herve Leger dresses and Loeffler Randall shoes and toss them directly into my closet, but until I have the budget of a Hollywood starlet at my disposal, I will simply browse.

Yelp
Michael was a great help. I needed some accessories for back to school (aka summer is over and I am so sad and need a pick me up). Milk has a great collection of everything a girl needs and the men's stuff is great as well! I hope that everyone comes to shop at Milk and sticks to buying local.

Yelp
A fine establishment for women's clothing. An expansion of the men's clothes would be cool.

Yelp
Love the selection here! Always carrying the cutest, hard-to-find denim. Everyone at Milk is really genuine and dog-friendly!

Yelp
Loved the spacious, airy interior and definitely loved the end-of-season 75% off (plus an extra 10%) sale. The salesperson was very helpful, and the clothing assortment was phenomenal. Would definitely return, though I am probably more in the price range of that sale rack versus the $500 skirt category.

Yelp
This was my first shopping experience here. I ordered a couple of hard to find shoes in my size online because I live in the Bay Area so I couldn't just stop by! I got them within 3 business days, in perfect condition. I really liked that they sent me a personal note, thanking me for shopping there and hoping I'd enjoy my purchase. I am already enjoying my boots, have worn them every day since purchased!

Yelp
Milk is one of the best stores in LA. Instead of carrying all of the overly trendy lines, they have an amazing selection of established high-end designers like Zac Posen, to up and coming genuises like Brian Reyes and Bensoni. It definitely has a little bit of everything and caters to so many different styles and tastes. I also love that the sales people are friendly and helpful, but aren't pushy so you don't feel like you are being convinced to buy something just so that they can have the sale. I find a lot of boutiques to be intimidating, but Milk is definitely a gem in the LA fashion world. If you are looking to update your closet, definitely make a stop here.
