Milk Jar

My first time coming here and Kevin was absolutely amazing with suggesting options on the menu and was very informative. Also let us know if we did not like it he would remake our drink to something else. I would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer to try out the different options on the menu !!!! Thank you so much for the great experience!! We got a signature drink that was made with a paste and was not a fan of the texture, so he made us another using the flavors we wanted with no extra charge !! Thank you so much !!!

So to start I loved this place but lately the children you have running it need more training on food safety I had to get my order remade because it tasted gross. It looked gross and they couldn’t do a refund. Then after I told them the food was bad. They took four more orders and didn’t make mine until after the other peoples orders . They never apologized or even offer to make it with fresh food I had to tell them I needed fresh bananas and that banana tasted just like it looked gross 🤮 please fix this store so I can come back and give this place a good review like it should

Enjoyed the rolled ice cream!! I loved that it wasn’t too sweet and didn’t melt too fast. Matthew was so helpful! He helped me pick a great flavor, Pick Up Lime. Friendly service and great ice cream with a fun experience!!

I stopped in here for a quick drink and had a couple people in front of me so I figured it must be a good spot. I then noticed that the people in front of me were friends of the 2 younger boys making and taking orders. The tables were covered in leftovers from previous customers. The outlet covers were missing on some of the plugs. The place was super dirty. The boys were handling products barehanded and also touching their face hair and clothing. I just turned and walked out after about a 6 minute observation

Incredibly disappointing. I absolutely love milk jar. I have been at this location about 7 times in the past year so it’s a treat when I go. Every single time I have went the boba has been incredible but the workers not so much. I have tried to give it multiple chances but the workers have seemed to completely ruin my view of the place. A red headed worker with piercings and a blonde shorter girl both are absolutely disgusting how they treat customers. I have never went into an establishment and been treated worse. I was hassled to leave and not only that but I heard rude comments about me and my friends and I was being eyed down and whenever I looked back at them they would stare back at me and make a disgusted face. I wish I was exaggerating but whatever children are running this place must be dealt with. Do better.

SO GOOD! I’m from NC and I’m dying to find a good boba place that fills the spot of queen bee’s Well this place just might! I ordered a strawberry matcha latte with regular boba, it did not end up being as sweet or creamy as I liked and the man at the counter had no issue letting me get some of the milk cap topping to add to it and it made the drink perfect, 10/10 will come back! Spend 7.58 for one large drink

TRY THEIR COTTON CANDY MACHINE!!! i love this place, great for chilling and hanging out with my friends and family. i’ve been here like more than 10 times, these are the only pics i have bc we would devour everything before we could snap a photo…also their drinks are really good, i’ve tried each category already. also ignore her pose, she’s sad from her exam but she was much happier after devouring the bingsu lollll

Stopped in for the first time today. Got a large strawberry matcha with strawberry popping boba and it was delicious! They have so many options it was hard to choose. Staff was super friendly and place was clean!
