Milkroll Creamery Aurora

In all honesty, the service wasn’t great and the prices are super high. They also had “vanilla” listed as a base option on the physical menu hung up, but not listed as an option through the self-ordering kiosk machine. The wait can also take a while at this particular store (compared to other Milkroll locations). However, I personally prefer Milkroll to any other ice cream shop and I enjoy the options they have. The prices are also the same at every Milkroll, so that’s more of a corporate issue than store to store issue.

While a very cute concept it has a long way to go to be a place that is worth visiting. From having to remind that it was a nut allergy and haunt to wait 20 minutes after we received our other two ice creams. We were immediately told hey you have to leave because we closed. Do not visit if you have a nut allergy. Do not visit if you’d like to sit not in your car to enjoy. They will take 29 minutes to get you your ice creams with no apology for it taking so long.

Took my man here for the first time and he loved it. Its such a neat experience and the best ice cream!

Interesting dessert options with a huge number of possible combinations. The resulting desserts are visually superb, but ultimately I prefer the taste of traditional ice cream to the cream base. I didn't try any of the other bases. Service here was very good and password protected Wi-Fi is available for guests. There was plenty of available parking.

This place was 10/10 on taste and presentation. Prices were not bad either, the wait can be alittle long especially if ordering more than two.

Delicious. I always get the banana one. Would love to try something else but love the banana. This ice cream is not too sweet and has plenty of add-ins that make it so fun to eat. Bring your friends .Bring your kids... the love watching their ice cream being made

6/21/25-Lowering my previous 3 star review down to 1 star. The ice cream was super bland. Ordered ube and it was purple, but no ube flavor. Then we ordered a Tai tea. Was charged 75 cents extra for the boba, but we got a drink with no boba. The workers were too busy to fix the issue since there were only 2 workers and they were busy. Over all bad experience, would recommend just skipping this place. 4/23/22-I gave them 3 stars as average for an increase place. Yes, their creations are super cute, but where they lose points is on taste. When they mix in flavors to the base they do not add enough to give it real flavor. Mine for example had cotton candy mixed in. It did change the color, but the taste was bland and felt just vanilla. I've had ice cream at other places where there is no question that it is cotton candy flavored. My mom's had the same issue. You had to get you flavor from the toppings and not the ice cream. Would I go back?...maybe just to see if what I got was an accident and that their others would have more flavor. I know I wouldn't get the unicorn again.

This place is great! The milk rolled ice cream & topping options are 👌I got the Sunday Funday & it tasted like an absolutely amazing banana split. The banana wafer one could have been sweeter but I blame that on my insane sweet tooth! They were definitely busy but you can tell why, 100% worth the wait! I love that you can watch them make it! The art of milk rolled ice cream is to be appreciated! 🙃
