Mill Houses New Elegant Suites

First class service from day one. Kelly and crew were extremely welcoming and accomodating. All of the staff including cleaners, management and maintenance are amazing! From bag delivery, arranging car hire and day trips, nothing was a problem. We enjoyed daily breakfast by the pool and sunsets in the jetted tub all while being in awe of the jaw dropping view. Plenty of restaurants a short stroll away for twilight dinners. Mill Houses is a fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate. We stayed for a week … wished it could have been longer. Truly amazing staff and destination. Just magical!

When we arrived - our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The Caldera view was stunning and the outdoor jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. Breakfast was brought to our balcony each morning and the room was great. The staff were so accommodating - we needed to add a night due to a flight change and they were able to help us out. We had to change rooms but they moved our luggage for us. There are so many stairs! But the views were worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had the most magical experience at Mill Houses Elegant Suites. First off, we weren’t ready for all the stairs in Santorini and the hotel staff helped carry our luggage to our rooms. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable right out of the gates. Kelly, the hotel manager, made dinner reservations for us and even went out of her way for us when our dinner reservation went sideways. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the rooms are incredible. I highly recommend staying at the Mill Houses Suites! We’ll be back for sure.

Kelly and her staff go over and beyond to make sure that your stay at the apartments is enjoyable and relaxing. Andreas always greeted us with a friendly smile each morning, when he served our breakfast overlooking the magnificent views. We were greeted by hotel staff out of our vehicle, who carried our bags to the apartment and Andreas carried our bags back up the stairs when we departed (He is a true assest to the business). I highly recommend the Mill House apartments for any stay in Santorini. You do not have to go anywhere else to catch the magnificent sunsets of the island.

This is a very special place. Thank you to Kelly and her team for providing a most memorable birthday stay. This is a great team of warm capable people who genuinely care about you and your stay. We spent 4 nights at Mill House Suites and would gladly have spent more time there. Intimately nested within the caldera, this small boutique facility provides a comforting rustic bohemian type charm. We stayed in both the studio room as well as the honeymoon suite with hot tub overlooking the caldera. The studio is cozy and provides plenty of room for 2. The honeymoon suite with hot tub is worth the up charge as it provides plenty of room for you to unpack (the things that you didn't need to bring). Sitting in your private hot tub, watching the sunset, as you sip your favorite cocktail is a much more palatable experience than hanging with the crowd in Oia. The HVAC system works well as does the WIFI. Nespresso in the room too. Like all of the other facilities in the caldera, there's a lot of exposure to walking up/down stairs so wear appropriate shoes. Andrea knows when you are arriving and will carry your luggage ... not a small task. He has other special senses as he knows when you're ready for breakfast or in need of more coffee. He delivers your Greek / American continental breakfast to your patio table overlooking the sunrise. It's plenty of healthy food ... get used to it. The orange juice must be freshly squeezed as its just full of wonderful pulp. My communication with property manager Kelly started before our stay. She provided great suggestions regarding excursions, restaurant reservations, and car rental. She scheduled everything. She makes herself directly available via Whats App. She reserved the best table overlooking the Aegean at Giorgaros Taverna in Akrotiri. We were greeted by the owner as if we were old friends ... all thanks to Kelly. We believe that Firostefani is a better stay location than Fira or Oia as it's quieter. Fira is a 15 minute walk and Oia is reachable by bus or car. Skaros Rock is 20 minutes away and certainly worth the hike ... just magnificent. The Mill House Suites is a very special place ... quality people providing outstanding service in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

We had an a VERY pleasant stay! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were some of the first visitors of the season and this was one of the only hotels in Firastefani open during our stay. We arrived late and the staff was helpful in helping us order dinner to the room. They also assisted us with a rental car that was delivered to us. We had perfect sunset views and the greek breakfast brought to our room was delicious and fresh. We look forward to our next stay here.

This is an incredible place to stay.|What really made the experience stand out was the Staff. Kelly, Andreas, Tina (the cleaner☺️) were so personable and incredible. Kelly treated us like we were the only people in the hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed and Andreas carried all of our luggage up and down the stairs and make sure we had everything we needed. please make sure you tip these hard-working people who give so kindly information and help and guidance for everything you need.|They go above and beyond🫶🏽|What a location being a short 20 minute walk from Fira and the view of the caldera cannot be beaten.|We booked this through a travel agent, unfortunately it was an economy studio room |Which on arrival was not suitable for our requirements as we were staying for five nights. |Just one message to Kelly and we were upgraded (for an additional cost, which we agreed to)|A much bigger beautiful room with an amazing view. Just got back from an amazing stay at Mill House Suites and I’m already missing it! The views alone are worth the trip—absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. You can just sit and soak it all in for hours.||What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Kelly and Andreas were incredible—Kelly, made sure we had everything we needed and Andreas carried all of our luggage up and down steps and made sure our coffee was never empty. They went out of their way to make us feel completely at home.||The whole vibe of the place strikes that perfect balance between cozy and luxurious. You get all the comfort and charm of a boutique stay, but with those little touches that make it feel extra special. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was our favorite part.
