Mill Houses New Elegant Suites

We had an amazing stay at the Mill Houses Elegent Suites in Firostefani, Santorini. We stayed for 1 week in the Honeymoon Suite, room 108, which had a hottub on the terrace/balcony with an amazing view of the Caldera and sunset.||The room was perfect for our needs with the only minor issue being lack of storage for our luggage and not many hangers but we just stored our suitcases on the sofa, no big issue. The room was cleaned daily and was perfect for us.||Breakfast was served to our room every morning which we would eat at the breakfast table on the terrace/balcony overlooking the Caldera which is a great way to start the day.||Kelly and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our trip. On arrival and departure our bags were carried for us up and down the many steps to our pickup point and Da Vinci restaurant. Kelly was on hand to assist us with any issues or queries throughout our trip and even provided us with her number to contact her on whatsapp at any moment to assist. She provided us with some great recommendations which was much appreciated.||Firostefani is a great location on the Island and has some nice bars and restaurants if you don't want to venture too far but is also walking distance to Imerovigli and Fira. Kelly helped us book a ATV for 2 day so that we could explore the rest of the island.||I highly recommend staying here, you'll thoroughly enjoy it.

We stayed here for our honeymoon at the beginning of October 2025. We loved it!||We arrived late (9pm) on a Saturday night, reception wasn't manned at that time but we phoned Kelly and we were soon in our room.||It is 134 steps down to the hotel with no alternative to walking so be prepared for a workout every time you go out! (I enjoyed the exercise and the views are superb of course).||Breakfast is served outside by the pool (or to your room) at a time of your choosing. the excellent, friendly and very helpful Andreas did this every day.||The room was clean, the shower excellent and it was very comfortable. I slept very well.||Kelly (who is also great, very efficient, friendly and helpful) helped us organise a boat trip - highly recommended - and a hire car. Both reasonably priced.||The hotel's location is excellent, not just for the views, but for its proximity to Fira (25 min walk), there are loads of dining options nearby and slightly further away.||The pool is small but lovely and the pol bar is open all day for drinks and snacks.||This is a lovely, relaxed, friendly, beautiful hotel that is full of character. The staff are brilliant, always there to help and yet totally unintrusive at the same time.||We loved our honeymoon here and very warmly recommend the hotel.

I’m so glad I came to Santorini. Just the hotel was worth it. Could’ve stayed here the whole trip and been content. The view of the caldera is stunning, the staff are wonderful and friendly. They upgraded our suite and helped us get around the island. A truly beautiful and comfortable hotel.

One of the most memorable travels ever in Santorini. The view, the warmth and friendliness of the staff! Shout out to Andreas, one of the most hardest working and accommodating persons ever… as was all of the staff and crew. 5 days here was magical… the breakfasts were one of the most amazing experiences… to sit facing the Aegean sea while being served each morning based on your preferences… every detail managed with care. There is great pride amongst the staff and it was an amazing experience to be there…

Our stay at Mill Houses New Elegant Suites in Santorini was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of for us. The staff went above and beyond, so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served right on our balcony, overlooking the caldera, it truly felt like a dream. The rooms and property were spotless, and every detail made our stay so relaxing and unforgettable. Having the private jetted tub on our balcony was such a treat, and we also loved spending time at the shared pool. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the property, but the views are absolutely worth it, and the amazing staff carried our bags up and down for us, which made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Mill Houses New Elegant Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We can’t wait to come back!

From the early check-in, to the recommendations and Kelly giving us her number if we need her. We felt instantly at ease and taken care of. Andreas carried my bags to our room, he wouldn’t take no for an answer. The daily breakfast (food and view) was phenomenal. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Any questions were promptly answered by Kelly. Great location to explore the island and restaurants and shops were right at our back door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First class service from day one. Kelly and crew were extremely welcoming and accomodating. All of the staff including cleaners, management and maintenance are amazing! From bag delivery, arranging car hire and day trips, nothing was a problem. We enjoyed daily breakfast by the pool and sunsets in the jetted tub all while being in awe of the jaw dropping view. Plenty of restaurants a short stroll away for twilight dinners. Mill Houses is a fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate. We stayed for a week … wished it could have been longer. Truly amazing staff and destination. Just magical!

We are so happy we booked Mill House! The location is perfect - very close to Fira but still quiet and romantic. It felt almost private without feeling isolated. Kelly and Andrea were so wonderful and helpful. They were friendly, great service, and Kelly especially helped us with planning and navigating. We are also not big breakfast people but we enjoyed the delicious and authentic breakfast each morning. Thank you so so much!!
