Millennium Palestine Ramallah

Despite the war and the suffocating of the Palestinian economy, this hotel maintains all the services, beautiful cafe, great restaurant, specious lobby and nice rooms with a pool and parking. But what stuck me the most the professionalism of the staff and their readiness to help. Ayman at the reception went above and beyond to help us with the best customer care possible, thank you. Highly recommend this hotel as you get to experience beautiful ramallah with some great dining near by, while feeling like at a resort disconnecting from life's issues.

I visited with my family and husband our stay was pleasant the hotel was clean and the pool was enjoyable, the breakfast was amazing as well and the staff was nice i have nothing to complain about, |I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because of the negative reviews but i was pleasantly surprised .

The location is central and close to down town. It is a very nice and clean hotel, it deserve 5 stars and more.|There is excellent breakfast, the room is clean and the most important the staff always smiling and willing to help with anything, polite and very helpful.

This hotel has very good potential, but the service and rooms were terrible. I spent my first 3nights as a newlywed groom and came to find a baby cradle, no towels and an a/c that does not work. I had agreed with them to come as a newlywed to a clean and a decorated room but that’s was not the case. There is much more to say, but this is enough. Will never recommend nor come back I will take any money to caramel hotel. They were to expensive for this quality of service

I stayed there with my wife for a International Conference. The Staff were very attentive. The building is very clean and the room is very confortable. The meals we had in the Hotel were delicious ! As I could notice, the hotel is very well located.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. They shut off their credit card devices so you can’t pay by credit card, then they blame it on you as your card declined and then tell you to pay cash. They ask for a certain amount in shekel and when you try to pay with dollars, they calculate it a ridiculous discounted rate. When I asked why, he replied it’s our policy, therefore I replied ya a thief with a policy that’s the way to go. نصب واحتيال ومهنية صفر

the hotel is clean, the service around the pool is good. Room service is bad! they didnt change towels I called the reception 4 time to get a towels they give us a towels after an hour of waiting with kids in the bathroom! disappointed service this is defiantly the last visit wifi is bad in the room

Enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Hotel, Ramallah. Good service, decent rooms, good food, and lots more. If you love swimming, they have a very big pool with bar service. Also very neat hotel.
