"An upcoming solo survey titled “Spirits Roaming on the Earth” will debut on August 14 as the artist’s first major monographic exhibition in over a decade, bringing together animation, performance, drawing and other media to trace more than ten years of work; the project represents a major career milestone that the artist is rushing to complete amid a very busy practice." - Chris Crowley
When I was at the gallery with my family we had to leave because the art was pornographic and there was no warning. It was incredibly unsafe and dangerous for my kids to see. I would never go back.

ignore the haters, usually something worth seeing here, shows rotate out frequently. it's a college campus so complaining about the mature nature of work here is pretty hilariously misguided and there are also warning signs anyway.

The Miller Gallery usually has great exhibits on multiple levels. Frequently they will have installation and room-sized art pieces organized thematically. The most memorable exhibit was the Steelers Room transported in toto from a major fan's basement in 2010-11.

So glad this is in Pittsburgh. A great contemporary art series of exhibitions and public programming!

unfriendly and unsupportive installation crew and installation staff, bad lighting, odd architecture.

This is by far the worst art school and art gallery in the entire world.
