Millthorpe Motel

Pleasant surprise, I got the studio, was perfect for one or two people, like a bed sitter. The motel is handy to the IGA, and five minute walk to the pub, for pub grub, which was pretty good food, couple with glass of local wine you can’t go wrong, it was that good ate their both nights of my stay. Milthorpe is a one street, block, village, very nice and a pleasant surprise. I stayed cause it was between Bathurst and Orange, so was perfect for what I was doing. Beds were comfy, and rooms were clean 3.5 star, is my rating, had tea, coffee bar fridge, all you need for a cuppa and snack. Also had a mini bar for temptation. But the IGA is a one minute walk.

The second time we stayed here, fabulous location in a cute town. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. They have contactless check in which worked very well and they sent a message with places that are open for dinner which is great. Definitely will stay again

Highly recommend the Millthorpe Motel. First time guest, staying at the Loft Room. Cosy, abundant amenities, huge modern bathroom with spa, great size lounge with kitchenette. Bedroom upstairs is pure luxury. Two televisions. A lounge area by the window makes for a great place to sit and read a book. Friendly staff, going above and beyond. Located centrally, it is a mere few minutes walk from everything. IGA nearby, plenty of dining options as well. Plenty of parking too. Excellent service. Will stay here again next time.

Rooms are stock standard and tidy. The owners are lovely and one was wearing a Fred flinstones top. Was only a 10 -15 walk to the city centre. Was priced really nicely for location

Very convenient motel that is a pleasure to stay in. The room was very clean, well appointed and most of all quiet. This is the second time staying (first time 2021) and it didn't disappoint. Will stay again and would recommend this as an ideal stay in Millthorpe.

Booked for one night but so impressed with the room and the beautiful sleepy village of Millthorpe, stayed an extra night. Large, clean room with good shower. Perfect really. Great cafe opposite for coffee and snacks. Pub for dinner and rehydration walking distance from accommodation. Easy communication with host James. We will be back

Booked 3 nights acc in a King Deluxe Room using Booking.com, which gave me a Genius discount. The cost was $139/ night.|The motel is located within the village of Millthorpe & so easy access to eateries, pubs & shopping.|Contactless check in & check out. Only saw the cleaning staff 1 morning who were very helpful.|We were allocated Room 3 towards the front of the complex. Carparking is also towards the front.|Well maintained complex, both outside & in the room.|Our room was very comfortable & well designed. Easy to self cater with a kitchenette, with a sink, fridge, kettle,microwave, electric frypan & toaster & a bench with chairs for eating. There was also 2 easy chairs. The fridge was very quiet. |The bed was very comfortable. |The ensuite was a good size with a walk in rainshower. Toilettries were replenished & so was tea, coffee, milk & biscuits|The area is very quiet.||The wifi was very slow & could not be relied upon. Also the air con was loud. Apart from these, it was a great stay & the town of Millthorpe well placed to explore the region.|
