Milord's Suites

What a disappointment this hotel is the only good thing is the location about 30m from the beach.|The rooms were ok but that’s about all unless you have the blinds closed all the time you have no privacy at all. Every room is overlooked by both the corridor or other rooms. There is only 1 lift in the whole building on one day we waited 25 min. The phone in the room didn’t work we had a light that could not be turned off.| The staff/maids are all ok one of the reception staff a man is quite abrupt and rude at times. We could have stayed in other cheaper hotels close to the beach and not paid over £1000 for ten days. Avoid at all costs

Stayed here for a week. Nothing at all to complain about..apart from not having a suite with a balcony,but booked with a 3rd party so didn't get the option.Fantastic staff,made you feel very welcome! Lovely cafe adjoining suites..open till 10pm serving everything including alcohol, food very good. Perfect location for beach and old town. Will definitely return

Fabulous location for these apartments, next to beaches, restaurants and shops, right in the heart of the Old Town. Apartments are basic but spotlessly clean, with towels and sheets changed every three days. We stayed in an apartment at the back, without a balcony, but the plus side to this is it’s much quieter at night. |The reception team at Milords are without doubt the most helpful I have come across in any hotel, they are brilliant.|We are hoping to be back later this year for another stay at Milords!

From the moment we booked everything went so smoothly When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Patricia and on entering our room with a balcony and street view we knew we had made the correct decision |We stayed for 7 nights we found all the staff professional and accommodating the rooms have a small well equipped kitchen and are regularly serviced with fresh linen the cafeteria downstairs has a great selection of freshly prepared dishes where we met the lovely Brian he is courteous and well mannered all in all the location is perfect and the apartment has everything needed for a wonderful stay |A huge thank you to Patricia and all the staff

Wasn't sure what to expect going to benidorm for the first time. There were 4 of us girls. Unfortunately no sea view but hopefully next time. We have all agreed we wouldn't book anywhere else to stay. Spacious rooms. Beach across the road. The roof top had some amazing views. Beds up there for sun bathing. Tapas ally on the doorstep. Loads of quirky little bars. Half hour walk to the strip. Taxis cheap. Was great rolling out the door every day to milords cafe. Breakfasts were amazing as was the cakes. Staff were all amazing. Nothing was a bother. Hotel spotless

This is great hotel to stay in the centre of Benidorm. excellent location. very close to the beach and old city. A lot of restaurants around giving you additional great experience. Room as described. apartment was very clean and besides there was no sea view but was very quite.

Great stay at Milords , perfect spot in the centre of the old town in Benidorm .|Rooms are great , clean and there’s everything you need to self cater. Couple of minutes walk to Tapas Alley if you don’t want to self cater and plenty of places around to eat out as well!|Staff are great and I had towel and bedding change half way through my weeks stay ! Great cafe with great food on the ground floor. Superb week , I’ll be back !

A good location in the old town, with a restaurant attached with a sea view. The room was comfortable and a nice size, with all the amenities needed for a short stay in an apartment.Everything was clean and well looked after
