I am very sick and disappointed with your apartment complex. My daughter has had no heat since Wednesday when we call your answering service. Your maintenance calls us and all we get is the runaround. This is totally uncalled for we will be contacting the health department and let them know that you have made my daughter go without heat for five days. I know very well that you would not do this to one of your family members so why do it to your tenants?

Star and Tory are extremely unprofessional. They make the moving process miserable. Most of the advertisements are false advertisements. The ads say $810 but are actually $895/ month. All they really care about is an application fee. No one returns calls. I personally wouldn't let a squirrel live there.

I'm posting with an assumed name to protect from any retaliation. But think twice or more before renting the townhouses. The walls are paper thin and management is notorious for doing less than nothing about it. I currently pay to hate living here, its incredibly miserable 24/7 with my neighbors. Cant wait to leave. you'll regret not listening.

I lived there for a little over one year. If your thinking of renting, you should know that you'll have an electric & gas bill. I loved the size of the Master Bedroom!! - the rest of the duplex (or mine at least) was very small. You can hear your neighbors that you share your section of the Duplex with. They are Section 8 friendly which was nice! Parking can be tricky and I received 2 parking tickets while living there. The women at the office were wonderful and very friendly.

First of All I Pay my Rent on time Every Month. I'm on Permanent Disability for the Rest of my Life. I'm Very Low income to begin with. This Place is Not on A Disabled or Poor Incomes side at All. Just Received a Very Unfair Letter from them $35 increase Added to the $10 increase they Added last year. Worst of All adding insult to injury Additionally making A Poor Person on Disability and Social Services Take a $100,000 Dollar Renters Policy For Very Old Apartment Unkept Maintenance. Now I'll need to Get a Lawyer so I Don't get Put out on the Streets For Not being Able to Pay their High Profit Unfair Increase. Unbelievable
