Milwaukee Center iParkit Garage

Bought a $12 ticket with QR code, downloaded & took a photo of the code. When we entered garage, no one was around to help. Ironically, when we left, there was attendant the exit. We asked about spending money for prepayment. She took our $17 and told us "to get in touch" with the garage manager. We would really like to receive our refund!

Well, it's typical. The building is cramped, spaces are tight, the general public is sent down 3-4 levels to the bottom. Took a long time to get out after a performance nearby. Not cheap.

We had issues leaving the garage. Prepaid pass wasn’t scanning. Parking attendant called us liars and accused us of scamming. Claimed they saw me on video holding up another device to the scanner. Sure my guy, I have the Parking-Scammer 5000 to skip out on paying 15 bucks. Do not park here.

Be careful if you have issues with payment here. No one ever gets baresponse if you contactthem. I've contacted corporate who referred me to the local manager and I never got a response. Also a very rude employee who insisted that my payment issue couldn't ever happen when I had proof that it did.

Made reservation as a Silver Elite. Was notified by email that the pool is closed and that I could cancel. I asked for a drink voucher. No response. When I arrived I was told my king reserved could not be given and that I would have a room with two queens. Very blah rooms and average at best. Friendly front desk person but not at all accommodating. Will never book here again.

I’d leave 0 if it was possible. Many many spots blocked by huge pillars that only compact cars can fit into. Signage should be better and let you know if a level is full or only has compact spots left. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one was warranted. And after reading reviews I’m afraid what leaving is going to be like.

I contacted the manager James months ago back in February 2024 to cancel my monthly pass service. He advised me it will be done and turn in the key card which I did to a rude individual. But I am still being charged now in June 2024 for a service I don’t use nor have access to. The service needs to be cancelled.

Our plan was to wait a half hour after the show to leave the parking ramp. It didn't work. We got in our car and and spent another half hour moving maybe 7 car lengths before giving up and walking to dinner. At the restaurant I heard of people delayed two hours. There are ways to "drain" a parking ramp. One would be to charge an event parking fee up front and then keep the exit gate to let people flow out.
