I shopped here last October. I had a fantastic experience and the clothing wore very well all winter; I look forward to returning again in a few weeks; Milworks is now on my list of "must do's" when I return to Milwaukee!

Great in person shopping experience on a Saturday morning. An impromptu browse turned into a purchase of a Stetson open Road hat and a pair of on sale sneakers. Staff was super helpful as I tried on at least 6 hats determining the right size and the best color. Looking forward to my next visit.

This place is a true treasure! Traveled all the way from North Carolina to visit. The experience was dreamlike! Not only did they stock my favorite brands, they provided stellar service! Genuine folks are hard to come by. They even included a free gift with my purchase! (Bourbon brittle) I will return soon!

Fantastic shop for menswear. The owners were super friendly and the pieces are high quality. Good selection of American made products. Will definitely stop in the next time I’m in Milwaukee. Bought a pair of jeans and they tailored them perfectly.

Online shopping experience was terrible. Sent the wrong item and when I reached out, they offered no solution, no explanation, and said they would ship out the right shirt, but I never wanted or ordered a shirt.

I’ve never written a review for a store before, but at the very least, Milworks deserves it. The shop has a unique atmosphere, top-tier product lines, and fantastic customer service. After hearing amazing things about the shop from a menswear store in Phoenix, AZ, I made an effort to take a weekend drive to Milwaukee to visit the shop in person, and it exceeded my expectations. There are many unique finds from Filson, Stetson, Relwen, Kardo, RRL, Naked and Famous, etc. If you’re looking for a piece to elevate your current wardrobe or want advice on maturing your style with timeless gear—Milworks has you covered! The customer service was also outstanding; they even recommended several shops within walking distance to check out based on my interests (Discourse Coffee and To Hell and Back Vintage)! If you’re in Milwaukee, check them out!

Absolutely phenomenal place with fantastic variety of quality options. Knowledgeable & lovely staff. Only qualm is that a store of this caliber should really have garment boxes on hand. Irritating & inconvenient after having a nice shopping experience that you’re forced to shell out $4.00ea more per box down the street or schlep to the suburbs. Kind of a missed branding/advertising opportunity you would think? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
