⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North (A++++ Experience!) Our stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North Hotel (Feb 6–10) was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our Japan trip. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, warm, and welcoming — they genuinely go above and beyond to take care of their guests, especially for travelers visiting from abroad. Huge shoutout to Wanza and Akita — both were absolutely amazing. Wanza was always super helpful with directions and recommendations, and even pointed me to an incredible ramen spot just minutes away that I would have never found on my own. That alone made my night. Akita went out of his way to help us plan our transition to another hotel in Tokyo and assisted with filling out the luggage delivery forms. As foreigners, that level of support made everything stress-free and so convenient. Being able to rely on the MIMARU staff for logistics and local tips made our entire trip smoother. Honestly, every staff member was awesome — kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and family-friendly, but what really sets this place apart is the service. You don’t just feel like a guest here — you feel taken care of. This stay was A++++ and truly memorable. If you’re staying in Osaka, do yourself a favor and book MIMARU Osaka Namba North. We’ll 100% be back.

Amazing hotel! Got the Pokemon decorated room and my daughter loved it. Staff were so so nice and went above and beyond for us. It’s a short walk to Namba station. If I come back to Namba/Osaka, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Clean, large rooms that comfortably fit 3 adults, located walking distance to all of the attractions of Dotonbori. The staff was also very kind and courteous, allowing us to store our luggage both upon arrival and checkout, with the option for luggage delivery. This was a much more affordable option than others and would stay here again, especially when traveling with a family or group of people.

We loved our stay at Mimaru Namba North. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was close to Amemura, a few minutes walk from the train, and plenty of shops around. There was a coin operated laundry which was easy to use. Room was spacious with everything you need. Definitely recommend.

We love staying at Mimaru. It's always clean, comfortable and the staff are genuinely helpful and happy. Namba North's family rooms are a good size for a family of 4 to relax and unwind after a long day. The location is excellent as well, within a reasonable walking distance to Dotonbori. Definitely stay again.

Bunkbed room is spacious (plenty of space to walk) and bed is comfortable (on the firm side). ALL furnishing/equipment is clean and modern Laundry machine and dryer is clean and affordable (400¥ for wash 200¥ for 40mins dryer) Alternate day room service / daily trash disposal. Used luggage delivery (2300¥ per piece) and it was hassle free when we take train to airport without luggage

Highly recommended, nothing but praise for this hotel and it's staff. Totally enjoyed our 6 night stay in late November 2025. Excellent service. When my younger sister was having toothache and fever, friendly staff recommended nearby dentist and helped us a lot with the language barrier with which we were very grateful. When I requested for quest card in English one morning, a gentleman said he'll get it translated by 1pm. When we returned back at 4.25pm, a lady staff greeted us a handed the English version to me. The handover was done very smoothly, really appreciate, thank you very much! ☺️☺️☺️

Our family stayed at the Mimaru Osaka Namba North & enjoyed our overnight stay. Very friendly service, clean rooms, & lots of space. The Pokémon room was pretty cool. Great location to Namba Station & close to all of the sights & shopping. We utilized the luggage transfer service too which added to having more time to explore.
