I love this store! You’ll find fun, one-of-a-kind, vintage, but always fresh, and inspiring furnishings here. There’s a wonderful selection of unique finds from every era from mid century table sets to funky glassware and lamps. I always make it a point to stop in here when I’m in town to see what the latest offerings are. It’s a paradise for anyone who wants to add something original to their home that will complement their style.

I got some beautiful, reasonably priced dining chairs from here recently. They were very accommodating in their pricing - I could have bought them without being reupholstered for cheaper, or with additional woodworking for more money. I decided to have Mimo reupholster them for me, and they came out wonderfully! Their selection is great, and if you have something in mind that they don't have, they will write it down and give you a call whenever they find something similar.

I have visited Mimo Decor's beautiful showroom twice now and purchased a gorgeous mid-century dining table from them. The owner was knowledgeable about the pieces in her store and helpful about talking through options. The delivery people were great. I can't wait to purchase another piece from this store. Definitely worth a visit.

Extremely nice selection of mcm furniture. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and even let us take a look at stuff they're still working on restoring in their workshop. We bought two chairs and a credenza at a very fair price and they were extremely accommodating of us not being able to pick the credenza up for several weeks.

Drove from Rochester to Buffalo to buy chairs. Agreed on a price, and scheduled an appointment in advance. We arrived at the agreed-upon time, but seller was a no-show. Waited 1.5 hours and sent repeated text messages, but no response until after we had gotten back to Rochester again. No apology or willingness to do anything to help. Very flaky.

I live over 2,000 miles from MiMo Decor, but Jessica treated me like a valued customer walking through the doors of her shop. I purchased a beautiful vintage shoji teak floor lamp that had been restored by MiMO Decor and it arrived in excellent condition. I absolutely appreciate Jessica facilitating my purchase and its shipment. If I lived close to MiMo Decor, I'd be in it all the time!

What a nice place to check out some specially curated mid-century modern home furnishings!! My sister found a wonderfully pre-refurbished set of dining room chairs. We were able to negotiate a seat cushion/fabric replacement only and save the full wood refurbishment (working on a budget)! The nice young lady on staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was on point... they have some very nice statement pieces that are more pricey as you'd expect. But the non-statement pieces were very reasonably priced and exquisitely refurbished. Perfect place for home furnishings in the Buffalo area!

New to Hertel is this super cool decor store. The window displays brought me in, just to browse. The signage is also very noticeable, in a good way. The offerings are beautiful. Well worth seeing the vintage furniture and even some jewelry. They do have some new things as well. This is a place you could pick up a piece and change a room. I wasn't actually looking for anything specific so didn't notice prices. Welcome to Hertel. Street parking.

I admit it, I am a total fangirl of this shop! I have stopped in here at least a few times in the past 6 months and if we are being completely honest I would have stopped here about 10 more times if it were closer to Starin on Hertel. This shop boasts new and refurbished vintage furniture finds as well as vintage home decor accessories. Another confession, I haven't purchased anything here yet. We are waist deep into a large home renovation project that has spanned the past year and will likely continue for another year. I can guarantee that we will be getting at least a few things from here when it's time to furnish the renovated rooms.

We live in the neighborhood so I wanted to give this place a shot. I ended up buying a refinished dining room set and some patio furniture and they delivered it two days later. Once they brought it in I knew it was going to be something I'll probably have for a long time if not my whole life or pass it down to my kids. The quality compared to the new dining set we bought a few years ago is better. You can tell it's well constructed and they refinished the entire set to mint condition. Probably better than it was to begin with.
