Food , service & atmosphere is always a 10/10 @mimosa. There is something new to try every time we visit 😊 always forget to take photos of the food 🤣 highly recommend, advise booking couple of weeks in advance.

It was one of the best meals I've ever had. I have eaten around the world. It sounds like an exaggeration. However, I don't believe it is. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I can't recommend this place enough.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the food , atmosphere and service and of course the staff are outstanding. If your heading to Carlow this is the restaurant to go to if there’s one tip I can give book your table well in advance because it is that popular. Beautiful garden at the rear with dining areas. A must visit 5 star for me.

Myself and my husband had a lovely experience here on Sunday night for my birthday. The atmosphere was lovely, food was absolutely delish and the staff were so friendly. Our waitress Eva was so pleasant and friendly. Being a vegetarian I was thoroughly impressed with the dishes, the flavours all complemented each other so well. The Pornstar Martini was fab! Thanks for a lovely evening, Mimosa never disappoints!

Yummy food and great atmosphere!! We bought everything we wanted, 7 food dishes, 2 deserts, 2 soft drinks and 2 glasses of wine. We expected it to be well over 100 euro and it wasn’t. The food was so tasty with a great variety. Ewa I think was the name of the person who served us and they couldn’t have been more helpful!

I found this restaurant while I was trying to find hidden gems. I love the food , drinks , service and everything. Everything about this place is amazing. It’s beautiful, we sat there for hours drinking and the service was heartwarming ❤️ Every dish we order was finger licking good and it isn’t expensive. Best Spanish restaurant in Ireland.

Super cosy location for delicious tapas in Carlow. Almost feels like a little Spanish corner in Carlow. Food is delicious just some personal taste limitations but all in all delicious. Atmosphere is great for family dinner, birthday dinner, date etc. I wish our tables was bigger in order to contain the food but still manageable. Service was great as well! Small wait time in between dishes. A little pricey ish but good quality for price.
