- First impression of inflexibility: not able to change the date of check in made us frustrated. - the bathroom is very old which is green in color Despite all the cons, we did enjoy the spacious roomWith free access to the hot spring areas nearby. The price is not expensive during the summer season.

This is my first review. I'm writing this review cause this hotel really shocked our family. The size of the room that our family used was quite enough but the facilities suck fr. Unknown hair came out of our pillows(before we use it & more than 5 of unknown hair.) and it was quite dirty and has musty smell(kinda odor). I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. This hotel absolutely ruined my family trip to matsuyama. P.s. even the room key didn't worked easily. And I have no idea why this hotel has a good review. Though the staff in here was okay... In = 4pm Out = 10am

You get your own private onsen in your room and the owner was really nice! She gave me free drinks even after the happy hours since I couldn’t leave work on time. Definitely coming back here again! Oh and there’s a free flowing tap orange juice on the lobby

えひめこどもの城で遊ぶために宿泊しました。もしかしたら砥部焼の作家さんプロデュースのおしゃれな部屋に泊まれるかと思っていましたが、フロアも違い少し質素な部屋でした。部屋はきれいでベッドも広く、気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉は無料の手形が頂けるので家族はていれぎ温泉まで車で行きました。私は部屋のお風呂でじっちょう温泉を楽しみました。フロントの方たちの接客も素晴らしく、また近くに寄れば泊まりたいです。

お部屋がとても広く、室内風呂は、南道後温泉で　少し臭いがありますが、とっても温まる温泉です。 ベッドも広く、ウオーターサーバ付きで、便利です。 アメニティも充実しています。 スタッフの方も明るくとても親切です。 有料ですが、この温泉の入浴剤も販売しています。 たくさん買いまして、自宅でも南道後温泉を楽しむことが出来ます。 とべ焼きも販売してくれてます。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。 とべ動物園へ来るときは、いつも利用しています。

部屋風呂が決め手でこのホテルにしました。 ベッドも大きく、部屋も広く、のびのび過ごせました。檜風呂もよかったです。 サウナは暑くて早々に出ましたが。 ウェルカムドリンクは何杯も頂きましたし、蛇口みかんジュースも頂きました。 朝食バイキングもおいしかったです。 エレベーター少し暑かったのと(仕方ないですが)、朝食の焼き魚(とてもおいしかったので、もっと食べたかった)が早々になくなってしまったので、サービスは星4つです。
