This is my preferred place to stay when I visit Hyderabad. The location is excellent. Everything is very short drive away. Since I travel to Hyderabad by car, I'm happy that they have a covered and secure parking with valet. The restaurant are good. The service level is good. The hotel is old, so the interiors feel a little dated but they are clean and still decently maintained. But for the price, the rooms are very spacious.

Rooms are old but very spacious with all basic amenities. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. I tried chicken kabab and biryani. Quality and quantity both were awesome. A fine place to stay and relax after a day of hard work.

This property is quite old, and you can feel it the moment you enter the room — from the dated furniture to the old bathroom fittings. However, the place is maintained with reasonable cleanliness. The location of the hotel is good, and the staff are kind and accommodating — they even allowed a late checkout by an hour. Overall, it’s an average hotel that definitely needs a major renovation.

It was a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the space in the room. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Enough parking space. The staff was very helpful and cordial. They have two restaurants which serve great food.

Being a regular visitor to Minerva Grand - Secunderabad on office trips, I decided to take my family this time. While my previous visits were spot on, Minerva Grand Secunderabad disappointed my family and me especially with bathroom fittings and lack of hot bathing water in peak of winter. For all the 4 days, we had to manage with only lukewarm water for bathing. We are fed up of briefing different staff with same issues but no solutions were provided. One staff offered to shift us to a different room but he became silent and was not available for further support. One staff told us they will provide bucket of hot water every day and this made me feel sad that the quality of minerva grand secundrabad is being reduced to that of a lodge and not of a reputed hotel. The bathroom taps were leaking and staff admitted maintenance was required but they were helpless. The housekeeping, front desk and restuarant gave us a pleasant experience but the fear of taking bath in lukewarm water in chilling winter mornings were a nightmare, especially for our young son. So, before checking in to Minerva grand, pls confirm for availablity of hot water for bathing if that is what you and your family needs.
