Minerva Grand Tirupati

Overall hospitality is excellent, food is excellent. But on the last day we saw there is dust below the bed, under the table. I had toddlers age baby ,my baby was touching all of them. Because of the dust my daughter started to get many sneezing. Management should check properly before you give to customers, we come here with kids to get neat rooms. If you guys can't maintain then no point in coming here and no point in paying some much of amount as day rent.

I have dined at the Minerva Grand restaurant on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed their food. This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations, matching the high standards of their culinary offerings. The hotel's location is one of its key advantages. It is conveniently situated just 1 km from the railway station and within walking distance of the bus stand. Additionally, the presence of a Reliance Superstore nearby adds to the convenience, offering easy access to any essentials. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring spacious layouts, a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff demonstrated professionalism and a helpful attitude throughout my stay. Given this excellent experience, I see no reason to consider any other accommodation for my future visits to Tirupati.

Rooms are not the worth of the money we pay they charge 4800/-rupees per one day but rooms are not that worth ac full sound washrooms water clog. maintenance is not good. For less cost better rooms will be available. Food is good only for food you can go but rooms are not good.

Luxury rooms with affordable price, big rooms which can be for family as well as for business. Bathrooms could have been changed or upgraded. Overall nice place to stay. Authentic Indian foods and many types of chutneys are a must try.

Room is spacious but no balcony. Complement breakfast has good spread. Scope for improvement in lobby areas. Staff at reception requires training on dealing with customers, felt rude and non responsive.

Taste was decent and we reached the place almost near to the restaurant closing timings. However, Staff did arrange us possible food options and food taste was decent. Curd rice is must try.

I faced several issues during my stay at Minerva Grand Tirupati. Firstly, the hair dryer wasn’t working, the washbasin was jammed, and the bathroom flush sometimes didn’t function properly. On top of that, I tried to contact the staff through the room telephone, but it didn’t work either. It was frustrating to pay such a high price for a stay where basic maintenance was completely neglected. Instead of resolving issues quickly, I had to personally go to the reception to file a complaint because the phone wasn’t working. For the price they charge, the management should ensure that everything is in proper working condition before the guests arrive. This level of poor maintenance and inconvenience is unacceptable.

Went for Lunch and it's amazing for the price in both taste and ambience. Janaki mam served and treated us very well. Will come back for sure
